2 Timothy 3
1 But know this, that in the last days terrible times will come.
சரமதி³நேஷு க்லேஸ²ஜநகா: ஸமயா உபஸ்தா²ஸ்யந்தீதி ஜாநீஹி|
2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
யதஸ்தாத்காலிகா லோகா ஆத்மப்ரேமிணோ (அ)ர்த²ப்ரேமிண ஆத்மஸ்²லாகி⁴நோ (அ)பி⁴மாநிநோ நிந்த³கா: பித்ரோரநாஜ்ஞாக்³ராஹிண: க்ரு’தக்⁴நா அபவித்ரா:
3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, hateful of good,
ப்ரீதிவர்ஜிதா அஸந்தே⁴யா ம்ரு’ஷாபவாதி³நோ (அ)ஜிதேந்த்³ரியா: ப்ரசண்டா³ ப⁴த்³ரத்³வேஷிணோ
4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God;
விஸ்²வாஸகா⁴தகா து³: ஸாஹஸிநோ த³ர்பத்⁴மாதா ஈஸ்²வராப்ரேமிண: கிந்து ஸுக²ப்ரேமிணோ
5 holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power thereof. Turn away from these, also.
ப⁴க்தவேஸா²: கிந்த்வஸ்வீக்ரு’தப⁴க்திகு³ணா ப⁴விஷ்யந்தி; ஏதாத்³ரு’ஸா²நாம்’ லோகாநாம்’ ஸம்’மர்க³ம்’ பரித்யஜ|
6 For among them are those who crawl into households and take captive weak-willed women weighed down with sins, led away by various passions and pleasures,
யதோ யே ஜநா: ப்ரச்ச²ந்நம்’ கே³ஹாந் ப்ரவிஸ²ந்தி பாபை ர்பா⁴ரக்³ரஸ்தா நாநாவிதா⁴பி⁴லாஷைஸ்²சாலிதா யா: காமிந்யோ
7 always learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
நித்யம்’ ஸி²க்ஷந்தே கிந்து ஸத்யமதஸ்ய தத்த்வஜ்ஞாநம்’ ப்ராப்தும்’ கதா³சித் ந ஸ²க்நுவந்தி தா தா³ஸீவத்³ வஸீ²குர்வ்வதே ச தே தாத்³ரு’ஸா² லோகா: |
8 Even as Jannes and Jambres opposed Mushe, so do these also oppose the truth; people corrupted in mind, disapproved concerning the faith.
யாந்நி ர்யாம்ப்³ரிஸ்²ச யதா² மூஸமம்’ ப்ரதி விபக்ஷத்வம் அகுருதாம்’ ததை²வ ப்⁴ரஷ்டமநஸோ விஸ்²வாஸவிஷயே (அ)க்³ராஹ்யாஸ்²சைதே லோகா அபி ஸத்யமதம்’ ப்ரதி விபக்ஷதாம்’ குர்வ்வந்தி|
9 But they will proceed no further. For their folly will be evident to all, as theirs also was.
கிந்து தே ப³ஹுதூ³ரம் அக்³ரஸரா ந ப⁴விஷ்யந்தி யதஸ்தயோ ர்மூட⁴தா யத்³வத் தத்³வத்³ ஏதேஷாமபி மூட⁴தா ஸர்வ்வத்³ரு’ஸ்²யா ப⁴விஷ்யதி|
10 But you did follow my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, steadfastness,
மமோபதே³ஸ²: ஸி²ஷ்டதாபி⁴ப்ராயோ விஸ்²வாஸோ ர்த⁴ர்ய்யம்’ ப்ரேம ஸஹிஷ்ணுதோபத்³ரவ: க்லேஸா²
11 persecutions, and sufferings: those things that happened to me at Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. I endured those persecutions. Out of them all the Lord delivered me.
ஆந்தியகி²யாயாம் இகநியே லூஸ்த்ராயாஞ்ச மாம்’ ப்ரதி யத்³யத்³ அக⁴டத யாம்’ஸ்²சோபத்³ரவாந் அஹம் அஸஹே ஸர்வ்வமேதத் த்வம் அவக³தோ(அ)ஸி கிந்து தத்ஸர்வ்வத: ப்ரபு⁴ ர்மாம் உத்³த்⁴ரு’தவாந்|
12 Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Meshikha Yeshua will suffer persecution.
பரந்து யாவந்தோ லோகா: க்²ரீஷ்டேந யீஸு²நேஸ்²வரப⁴க்திம் ஆசரிதும் இச்ச²ந்தி தேஷாம்’ ஸர்வ்வேஷாம் உபத்³ரவோ ப⁴விஷ்யதி|
13 But evil people and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
அபரம்’ பாபிஷ்டா²: க²லாஸ்²ச லோகா ப்⁴ராம்யந்தோ ப்⁴ரமயந்தஸ்²சோத்தரோத்தரம்’ து³ஷ்டத்வேந வர்த்³தி⁴ஷ்யந்தே|
14 But you remain in the things which you have learned and have been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them.
கிந்து த்வம்’ யத்³ யத்³ அஸி²க்ஷதா²: , யச்ச த்வயி ஸமர்பிதம் அபூ⁴த் தஸ்மிந் அவதிஷ்ட², யத: கஸ்மாத் ஸி²க்ஷாம்’ ப்ராப்தோ(அ)ஸி தத்³ வேத்ஸி;
15 From infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Meshikha Yeshua.
யாநி ச த⁴ர்ம்மஸா²ஸ்த்ராணி க்²ரீஷ்டே யீஸௌ² விஸ்²வாஸேந பரித்ராணப்ராப்தயே த்வாம்’ ஜ்ஞாநிநம்’ கர்த்தும்’ ஸ²க்நுவந்தி தாநி த்வம்’ ஸை²ஸ²வகாலாத்³ அவக³தோ(அ)ஸி|
16 All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
தத் ஸர்வ்வம்’ ஸா²ஸ்த்ரம் ஈஸ்²வரஸ்யாத்மநா த³த்தம்’ ஸி²க்ஷாயை தோ³ஷபோ³தா⁴ய ஸோ²த⁴நாய த⁴ர்ம்மவிநயாய ச ப²லயூக்தம்’ ப⁴வதி
17 that the person of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
தேந சேஸ்²வரஸ்ய லோகோ நிபுண: ஸர்வ்வஸ்மை ஸத்கர்ம்மணே ஸுஸஜ்ஜஸ்²ச ப⁴வதி|
