< 2 Corinthians 10 >
1 Now I Paul, myself, entreat you by the humility and gentleness of Meshikha; I who in your presence am lowly among you, but being absent am of good courage toward you.
Note mai ah ki niamkhiak napi, na om ngawl uh ciang in a hangsan keima Paul in, Christ i nunneam na le thinneam na tungtawn in kong thum hi:
2 But I implore you that when I am present I may not have to be bold with the confidence with which I intend on showing against some, who consider us to be walking according to the flesh.
Kote sia cilesa deina bang in ka nungta uh hi, ci in hong ngaisun te tung ah, ka ngaisut hangsanna bang in note kung ah kong thet ciang in hangsan ngawl tu khi hi, ci ki muanna taw kong thum hi.
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh;
Banghangziam cile cilesa taw nungta ka hi uh hang, cilesa deina zui in ngal do ngawl khu hi:
4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty in God for the tearing down of strongholds,
Banghangziam cile ngal kido na mun ah ka zak uh ngalvan te sia cilesa ngalvan hi ngawl hi, ahihang Pathian i vangletna tungtawn in kulpi te a cimsak thei ngalvan a hihi;
5 throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Meshikha;
Tua ngalvan te in mihing te ngaisutna te ahizong, Pathian heakna langpan in ama le ama ki lapsang nate ahizong, a nuai ah khia siat a, ngaisutna theampo sia Christ thu zui tu in ki khumcip na sung ah paipui hi;
6 and being in readiness to avenge all disobedience, when your obedience will be made full.
Note i thu nitna a khuangkhim ciang in, thu mang ngawl te theampo phu la tu in ka kinging zo uh hi.
7 Do you look at things only as they appear in front of your face? If anyone trusts in himself that he is Meshikha's, let him consider this again with himself, that, even as he is Meshikha's, so also we are Meshikha's.
Note sia a puatham bek en na hi uh ziam? Mi khatpo in ama le ama sia Christ i mihing ka hihi, ci in a ki muang le, hi thu ah ama le ama ki ngaisun kik in, ama sia Christ mihing a hibangma in, kote zong Christ i mihing te ka hi uh hi.
8 For though I should boast somewhat abundantly concerning our authority, (which the Lord gave for building you up, and not for casting you down) I will not be disappointed,
Banghangziam cile Topa in note hong siatsua ngawl in, hong khantosak natu in hongpiak, thuneina hang in ki suangtak ka hi uh hang, ka maizum ngawl hi:
9 that I may not seem as if I desire to terrify you by my letters.
Tabang in note ka lai thak te taw hong lauthawn bang in nong ngaisut tu uh ka dei bua hi.
10 For, "His letters," they say, "are weighty and strong, but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech is despised."
Banghangziam cile amate in, a laithak sia ngit a, vang nei hi; ahihang a pumpi sia eite kung a om ciang in thaneam hi, taciang a kampau te zong mannung ngawl hi, ci uh hi.
11 Let such a person consider this, that what we are in word by letters when we are absent, such are we also in deed when we are present.
Tabang mi khat in, ka om ngawl uh ciang in ka laithak te sung ah kammal te bangma in, ka om uh ciang zong laithak bangma in ka vawt tu uh hi, ci ngaisun tahen.
12 For we are not bold to number or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves. But they themselves, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves with themselves, are without understanding.
Amate le amate a ki pok thei te taw a ki simkhawm sung ah ka ki hel ngam bua uh hi, a hibale koma le koma ka ki te-ngat ngam bua uh hi; amate le amate a ki te-ngat uh hu in mipil hi ngawl hi.
13 But we will not boast beyond proper limits, but within the boundaries with which God appointed to us, which reach even to you.
Ahihang kote in a te na val in ka ki suangtak batu uh hi, ahihang Pathian in hongpiak te na bang in ka ki suangtak tu uh hi, tua te na sia note tung dong hong theng hi.
14 For we do not stretch ourselves too much, as though we did not reach to you. For we came even as far as to you with the Good News of Meshikha,
Banghangziam cile kote sia note kung hong theng ban ngawl napi, a te na val in ka ki suangtak bua uh hi: banghangziam cile Christ lungdamna thupha hil in note kung dong kong theng uh hi:
15 not boasting excessively in the work done by others, but having hope that as your faith grows, we will be abundantly enlarged by you in our sphere of influence,
Ngualdang nasepna sung ah a te na val in ki suangtak ngawl khu hi; ahihang na upna a khan ciang in, note tungtawn in ka nasepna ngam sia nasiatak in a zai seseam tu lametna ka nei uh hi,
16 so as to preach the Good News even to the regions beyond you, not to boast in what someone else has already done.
Taciang ngualdang te nasep nate ka khutsung ah hong thet hu in ki suangtak ngawl tu in, na omna uh ngal khat ngam dong lungdamna thupha ka hil tu uh hi.
17 But "he who boasts, let him boast in the Lord."
Ahihang a kisuangtak peuma sia Topa sung ah ki suangtak tahen.
18 For it is not he who commends himself who is approved, but whom the Lord commends.
Banghangziam cile ama le ama a kipok peuma sia Topa in heakpui ngawl a, Ama a heakpui te bek in pok uh hi.
