< 1 Timothy 4 >

1 But the Rukha says expressly that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons,
Tun Lhagao Thengin kichehtah-in eiseipeh-un, ni nunung teng mitamtah, tahsan dihtah-a kona pullha ding, amahon thilha hoa kona lhagao dihlouho thuhil ajui diu ahi.
2 through the hypocrisy of liars, branded in their own conscience as with a hot iron;
Amaho chu thuhillhem chule mijouho ahiuvin, selepha ahetnau lungthim chu athisa ahi.
3 forbidding marriage and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.
Amahon jinei hi adihpoi atiuvin chuleh thutah hea tahsanten thangvah taona puma aneh diuva Pathen in asemho chu nehding adihpoi atidiu ahi.
4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving.
Ajehchu Pathen thilsemho jouse hi thangvah taona puma ikisana ahileh aphamo umlou paidoh ding jong umlou ahi.
5 For it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer.
Ajehchu hiche hi Pathen Thule taonaa santhei ding dol a kisuthenga ahiti iheuve.
6 If you instruct the brothers of these things, you will be a good servant of Meshikha Yeshua, nourished in the words of the faith, and of the good doctrine which you have followed.
Timothy nangin hichehohi sopiho koma nasei chetpehleh nangma, tahsan thua kikhoukhah chule thuhilpha juiyah, Christa Yeshua lhacha lomtah nahi ding ahi.
7 But have nothing to do with irreverent and silly myths. And train yourself for godliness.
Amavang Pathen deilou gollui thusimho le thuchavai ki houlimna hoa konin kidalsen lang Pathen dei hinkhoa kipuikhangna ah kipelutjon.
8 For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, having the promise of the life which is now, and of that which is to come.
Tahsalam phatchomna dinga kimanchah hi aphanai, ahinla Lhagaolam dol a phatchomna dinga kimanchah hi aphajoi, ajeh chu hichehin tuhinkhoa dingleh khonunga dinga phatchomna tah ahi chu thutep uma ahi.
9 This saying is faithful and worthy of all acceptance.
Hichehi tahsan theidol tah-a kisei ahin, mijousen asanding doltah ahi.
10 For to this end we both labor and strive, because we have set our trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.
Hiche ding jeh-a hi hatah a itoh-u ahin, tohjong itohjom jing dingu ahi, ajeh chu, mijouse huhhingpu ahidehset a tahsan chate Huhhingpu hingjing Pathena ikijopnau uma ahi.
11 Command and teach these things.
Hiche thu hohi hil inlang amaho chu hetthemsah teiding khohsah-in.
12 Let no one despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in faith, and in purity.
Nakhandonjeh hin mi nahsahmo theiyin umhih-in, amavang nathusei dan leh nahinkho mandan in, namingailutna-in, natahsan hinkho kimanchah danleh thenna hinkho naman danin atahsan ho vetjui theiyin um'in.
13 Until I come, pay attention to reading, to exhortation, and to teaching.
Keima kahung kahsen, Pathen Thu simna in, tahsan chate tilkhouna-in chuleh thuhillam in anaponthon.
14 Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the elders.
Houbunga Pakai lhachaten nachunga khut angap uva nachungchang thua themgao thuphondoh naa kona Lhagao Thilpeh nachan chu nahsahmo hihbeh-in.
15 Be diligent in these things. Give yourself wholly to them, that your progress may be revealed to all.
Hichenga hin lungluttah-in pangin. Nakhantouna hi mijouse het a akilah dohtheina dingin nanatohna-a hin kipumpeh jingin.
16 Pay attention to yourself, and to your teaching. Continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.
Nathuhil dungjui chun kimangchan, hichu chepi jingin chutileh Pathen in phatthei naboh ding chuleh nathuhil jahojong phatthei chang diu ahi.
