< 1 Thessalonians 2 >
1 For you yourselves know, brothers, our visit to you was not in vain,
Ngonugv achiboru vdwa ngonugv nonua kaalwkla aanam hv anyung kaamanvgobv rima vla nonuno chinsudo.
2 but having suffered before and been shamefully treated, as you know, at Philipus, we grew bold in our God to tell you the Good News of God in much conflict.
Nonugv Tesalonika hoka ngonugv aatv madvbv Pilippi lo rinikla okv rinyingrirula hinying paamunam ha nonuno chinsudo. Okv alo haaknv achialv jeka Pwknvyarnv ngonua mvngrw dubv jila ninyigv lokv aanv Alvnv Yunying nga nonua minji moto.
3 For our exhortation is not of error, nor of uncleanness, nor in deception.
Ngonugv nonua kumla minam hv rimur riki vmalo darwkmanvbv ridubv, hv majeka yvv akonyika mvvkup dubv ngonu gwngma.
4 But even as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the Good News, so we speak; not as pleasing people, but God, who tests our hearts.
Vmabvya, ngonu Pwknvyarnv gv ngonua vbv minsego vla mvngku lokv ngonu lokia mindunv, ogulvgavbolo nw jwngkadaka la ngonua Alvnv Yunying nga japgo kardubv dartoku. Ngonu nyi vdwa mvngpu modubv vla rikw madunv vbvritola ngonugv haapok ka chinv kaanv Pwknvyarnvnyi mvngpu modubv ridunv
5 For neither were we at any time found using words of flattery, as you know, nor with a pretext for greed (God is witness),
Nonuno alvrungbv chinsudo ngonu nonu gvlo aala nonua minjo minlap yama, vbv rimajeka ngonugv kaabiu nama mintam mimam sila ka mimapvnv—Pwknvyarnv um kaaya tayala chinv ngv

Ngonu nonu gvlokv vmalo kvvbi gvlokv hartv paanam lvgabv rikw mapvnv, hvyv gvloka rikw mapvnv,
7 But we were gentle among you, like a nursing mother cherishes her own children.

8 Even so, affectionately longing for you, we were well pleased to impart to you, not the Good News of God only, but also our own souls, because you had become very dear to us.

9 For you remember, brothers, our labor and travail; for working night and day, that we might not burden any of you, we preached to you the Good News of God.
Ngonugv ajin vdwa, jvjvbv nonu mvngpa nyadu nvpv ngonugv gwngnam rinam ma! Ngonu Pwknvyarnv gvlokv Alvnv Yunying nga japji dula nonua adwkaku dubv rimu nwngma mvngla aluayu bv kudungkua nga raitungtung bv ribwng supvnv.
10 You are witnesses with God, how holy, righteously, and blamelessly we behaved ourselves toward you who believe.

Nonu chindu anvabuv kuu vdwa oguaingbv mvdu ridudw vbv ngonu nonu akin-akinha mvto ritoku.
12 we exhorted, comforted, and implored every one of you to lead a life worthy of God, who calls you into his own Kingdom and glory.

13 For this cause we also thank God without ceasing, that, when you received from us the word of the message of God, you accepted it not as a human word, but, as it is in truth, the word of God, which also works in you who believe.
Okv ngonu Pwknvyarnvnyi lokia umbonyikv vdunv ogulvgavbolo nonugv ninyigv doin ha torwk sunam gv lvkwnglo, nonuno um tvvtokula ngonugv doin gubv naamabv okv Pwknvyarnv gv doin gubv naarwk sutoku. Okv si Pwknvyarnv gv doin vrung, nonuno sum mvngjwng duku nonugv pingkolo Pwknvyarnv kudungkua ridu.
14 For you, brothers, became imitators of the congregations of God which are in Yehuda in Meshikha Yeshua; for you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, even as they did from the Yehudeans;
Ngonugv ajin vdwa nonuno Judia lo Jisu Kristo gvlokv Pwknvyarnv gv gvrja vdw aingbv ridu, nonua nonunogv Atunyi vdwv maatarbv alvmabv mvpv, Judia lo Pwknvyarnv gv nyi vdwa kvvbi Jius nyi vdwgv mvnam apiabv,

17 But we, brothers, being bereaved of you for a short season, in presence, not in heart, tried even harder to see your face with great desire,
Ajin vdwa, ngonu gvbv, vdwlo ngonu achukgo nonua adu tokudw—ngonu mvngnam lokvma vbvritola ayak lokv mwng—Vdwgo ngonu nonua lvkodv paami sudubv rikw pvkudw okv vdwgo ngonu nonua kaapa minsu kumabv ripvkudw!

Ngonu nonu gvlo vngkur kunvpv vla mvngtoku. Ngo atubongv vngkur kunvpv vla lvko lvvyago rikwto, vbvritola Uyu ngv ngonua vbv rimuma.
19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you, before our Lord Yeshua at his coming?
