< 1 John 5 >

1 Whoever believes that Yeshua is the Meshikha is born of God. Whoever loves the Father also loves the child who is born of him.
Basa atahori mana ramahere rae, Yesus naa, memaꞌ Kristus, fo Lamatualain haitua nemaꞌ a, naa sira, dadꞌi Lamatualain ana nara ena. Huu atahori mana sue-lai amaꞌ sa, eni o sue-lai amaꞌ naa anan boe.
2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and do his commandments.
Mete ma ata sue-lai Lamatuaꞌ, ma tao tungga parendan, naa natudꞌu oi, ata sue-lai Eni ana nara boe.
3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. His commandments are not grievous.
4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world: our faith.
Hita mana dadꞌi Lamatuaꞌ ana nara, bisa labꞌan tasenggiꞌ raefafoꞌ no hihii-nanaun, huu hita tamahere neu E.
5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Yeshua is the Son of God?
Huu atahori mana bisa nasenggi raefafoꞌ hihii-nanaun, naeni atahori mana ramahere rae, Yesus naa, Lamatualain Anan.
6 This is he who came by water and blood, Yeshua Meshikha; not with the water only, but with the water and the blood. It is the Rukha who testifies, because the Rukha is the truth.
Sadꞌi ama bubꞌuluꞌ e. Yesus naa, nda atahori biasaꞌ a sa. Huu Eni o Kristus fo Lamatualain haitua nisiꞌ raefafoꞌ ia. Leleꞌ Ana nae nalalao ue-tataon, Yohanis sarani E nendiꞌ oe. Basa ma, Ana mate ma raan nandali boe. De nda akaꞌ oeꞌ fo Yohanis sarani nendiꞌ neu E, pantin, te raan mana mandaliꞌ naa o pantin boe. Huu Lamatualain Dula-dalen mana nafadꞌe taꞌo naa, ma Eni nda pepeko-leleko nahine sa.
7 For there are three who testify:
Huu hambu dalaꞌ telu mana dadꞌi sakasii,
8 the Rukha, the water, and the blood; and the three agree as one.
naeni, Lamatuaꞌ Dula-dalen, oe, fo Yohanis sarani nendiꞌ neu Yesus, ma Yesus raan. Dalaꞌ telu naa ra, ratudꞌu dala onaesaꞌ soꞌal Yesus.
9 If we accept human testimony, the witness of God is greater; for this is God's testimony that he has testified concerning his Son.
Lelenan fai mete ma Lamatualain mana dadꞌi sakasii soꞌal Anan.
10 He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. He who does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning his Son.
Atahori mana namahere neu Lamatuaꞌ Anan, eni sosoan nae, atahori naa simbo Lamatuaꞌ Hara-liin soꞌal Anaꞌ naa. Te atahori nda mana namahere neu Lamatuaꞌ sa, eni onaꞌ atahori mana olaꞌ nae, “Lamatualain naa, mana peko-lelekoꞌ!” No taꞌo naa, eni nda simbo Lamatuaꞌ Hara-liin soꞌal Lamatuaꞌ Anan.
11 The testimony is this, that God gave to us everlasting life, and this life is in his Son. (aiōnios g166)
Lamatuaꞌ Hara-liin isin taꞌo ia: Ana fee hita masodꞌa ndoo-tetuꞌ a nda mamaꞌetuꞌ sa. Ma hita hambu masodꞌaꞌ naa, huu tamahere neu Anan. (aiōnios g166)
12 He who has the Son has the life. He who does not have God's Son does not have the life.
De atahori mana naꞌabꞌue no Lamatualain Anan, hambu nasodꞌa nakandooꞌ a no E. te atahori nda mana neꞌebꞌue no Lamatualain Anan sa, nda hambu masodꞌaꞌ onaꞌ naa sa.
13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
Au suraꞌ basa dalaꞌ ia ra fee neu hei mana mimihere neu Lamatualain Anan, naa fo ama bubꞌuluꞌ tebꞌe-tebꞌeꞌ mae, hei hambu masodꞌaꞌ mikindooꞌ a. (aiōnios g166)
14 This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
15 And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
16 If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin not leading to death, he shall ask, and God will give him life for those who sin not leading to death. There is a sin leading to death. I do not say that he should make a request concerning this.
17 All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not leading to death.
18 We know that whoever is born of God does not sin, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him.
19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.
Hita tahine tae, hita taꞌoka sia Lamatualain. Te hita o tahine tae, deꞌulaka manaseliꞌ a naena koasa fo nauli basa atahori sia raefafoꞌ ia.
20 We know that the Son of God has come, and has given us an understanding, that we know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Yeshua Meshikha. He is the true God and eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
Hita tahine tae, Lamatualain anan nema ena fo fee nggita tahine dalaꞌ ia ra, naa fo bisa tahine Lamatualain matetuꞌ a. Leleꞌ ia bisa tasodꞌa maloleꞌ to e, huu tasodꞌa ralaꞌ esa to Anan, Yesus Kristus. Huu Eni o Lamatualain matetuꞌ a boe. Ma Eni mana fee atahori rasodꞌa rakandoo. (aiōnios g166)
21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols.
Ana ngga re! Minea malolole masodꞌa mara. Afiꞌ losa hambu mana seti hendi fo nggati Lamatualain sia rala mara. Baꞌu a naa ena. Yohanis
