Luke 18
1 He also taught them by a parable how they ought always to pray and never to lose heart.
১অপরঞ্চ লোকৈরক্লান্তৈ র্নিরন্তরং প্রার্থযিতৱ্যম্ ইত্যাশযেন যীশুনা দৃষ্টান্ত একঃ কথিতঃ|
2 "There was a certain town," he said, "a judge who had neither reverence for God, nor respect for man.
২কুত্রচিন্নগরে কশ্চিৎ প্রাড্ৱিৱাক আসীৎ স ঈশ্ৱরান্নাবিভেৎ মানুষাংশ্চ নামন্যত|
3 "In that same town there was a widow who came again and again before him, saying, "‘Do for me the justice of my adversary.’
৩অথ তৎপুরৱাসিনী কাচিদ্ৱিধৱা তৎসমীপমেত্য ৱিৱাদিনা সহ মম ৱিৱাদং পরিষ্কুর্ৱ্ৱিতি নিৱেদযামাস|
4 "For a while he would not, but afterwards he said to himself, ‘Though I have neither reverence for God nor regard for man,
৪ততঃ স প্রাড্ৱিৱাকঃ কিযদ্দিনানি ন তদঙ্গীকৃতৱান্ পশ্চাচ্চিত্তে চিন্তযামাস, যদ্যপীশ্ৱরান্ন বিভেমি মনুষ্যানপি ন মন্যে
5 "‘yet because this woman annoys me I will give her justice, lest by her continual coming she wear me out.’
৫তথাপ্যেষা ৱিধৱা মাং ক্লিশ্নাতি তস্মাদস্যা ৱিৱাদং পরিষ্করিষ্যামি নোচেৎ সা সদাগত্য মাং ৱ্যগ্রং করিষ্যতি|
6 "Listen" said the Lord, "to what this unjust judge says.
৬পশ্চাৎ প্রভুরৱদদ্ অসাৱন্যাযপ্রাড্ৱিৱাকো যদাহ তত্র মনো নিধধ্ৱং|
7 "And will not God see justice done to his elect who are crying unto him day and night, even if he seems to delay helping them?
৭ঈশ্ৱরস্য যে ঽভিরুচিতলোকা দিৱানিশং প্রার্থযন্তে স বহুদিনানি ৱিলম্ব্যাপি তেষাং ৱিৱাদান্ কিং ন পরিষ্করিষ্যতি?
8 "I tell you that he will quickly see justice done to his elect! Nevertheless, when the Son of man comes, will he find faith upon the earth?"
৮যুষ্মানহং ৱদামি ৎৱরযা পরিষ্করিষ্যতি, কিন্তু যদা মনুষ্যপুত্র আগমিষ্যতি তদা পৃথিৱ্যাং কিমীদৃশং ৱিশ্ৱাসং প্রাপ্স্যতি?
9 Moreover he spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves because they were righteous, and looked down upon the rest.
৯যে স্ৱান্ ধার্ম্মিকান্ জ্ঞাৎৱা পরান্ তুচ্ছীকুর্ৱ্ৱন্তি এতাদৃগ্ভ্যঃ, কিযদ্ভ্য ইমং দৃষ্টান্তং কথযামাস|
10 "Two men are going up to the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, the other a tax-gatherer.
১০একঃ ফিরূশ্যপরঃ করসঞ্চাযী দ্ৱাৱিমৌ প্রার্থযিতুং মন্দিরং গতৌ|
11 "The Pharisee stood apart and thus began to pray by himself. "‘O God, I thank thee that I am not like the rest of men, extortioners, rogues, adulterers, or even like this tax gatherer;
১১ততোঽসৌ ফিরূশ্যেকপার্শ্ৱে তিষ্ঠন্ হে ঈশ্ৱর অহমন্যলোকৱৎ লোঠযিতান্যাযী পারদারিকশ্চ ন ভৱামি অস্য করসঞ্চাযিনস্তুল্যশ্চ ন, তস্মাত্ত্ৱাং ধন্যং ৱদামি|
12 "‘I fast twice a week, I pay tithes of all my possessions.’
১২সপ্তসু দিনেষু দিনদ্ৱযমুপৱসামি সর্ৱ্ৱসম্পত্তে র্দশমাংশং দদামি চ, এতৎকথাং কথযন্ প্রার্থযামাস|
13 "But the tax-gatherer, standing far back, would not lift up so much as his eyes to heaven, but kept beating his breast and saying, "‘O God be merciful to me, the sinner!’
১৩কিন্তু স করসঞ্চাযি দূরে তিষ্ঠন্ স্ৱর্গং দ্রষ্টুং নেচ্ছন্ ৱক্ষসি করাঘাতং কুর্ৱ্ৱন্ হে ঈশ্ৱর পাপিষ্ঠং মাং দযস্ৱ, ইত্থং প্রার্থযামাস|
14 "I tell you that this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for every one who exalts himself shall be humbled; but he who humbles himself shall be exalted."
১৪যুষ্মানহং ৱদামি, তযোর্দ্ৱযো র্মধ্যে কেৱলঃ করসঞ্চাযী পুণ্যৱত্ত্ৱেন গণিতো নিজগৃহং জগাম, যতো যঃ কশ্চিৎ স্ৱমুন্নমযতি স নামযিষ্যতে কিন্তু যঃ কশ্চিৎ স্ৱং নমযতি স উন্নমযিষ্যতে|
15 And they kept bringing their babies for him to touch them; but when his disciples saw it they began to rebuke them.
১৫অথ শিশূনাং গাত্রস্পর্শার্থং লোকাস্তান্ তস্য সমীপমানিন্যুঃ শিষ্যাস্তদ্ দৃষ্ট্ৱানেতৃন্ তর্জযামাসুঃ,
16 But Jesus called for the babies. "Let the little children come to me," he said, "do not hinder them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
১৬কিন্তু যীশুস্তানাহূয জগাদ, মন্নিকটম্ আগন্তুং শিশূন্ অনুজানীধ্ৱং তাংশ্চ মা ৱারযত; যত ঈশ্ৱররাজ্যাধিকারিণ এষাং সদৃশাঃ|
17 "I tell you in solemn truth that whoever will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child, he will never get into it."
১৭অহং যুষ্মান্ যথার্থং ৱদামি, যো জনঃ শিশোঃ সদৃশো ভূৎৱা ঈশ্ৱররাজ্যং ন গৃহ্লাতি স কেনাপি প্রকারেণ তৎ প্রৱেষ্টুং ন শক্নোতি|
18 A ruler put this question to him. "Good teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?" (aiōnios g166)
১৮অপরম্ একোধিপতিস্তং পপ্রচ্ছ, হে পরমগুরো, অনন্তাযুষঃ প্রাপ্তযে মযা কিং কর্ত্তৱ্যং? (aiōnios g166)
19 "Why are you calling me ‘good’?"said Jesus to him; "no one is good but God.
১৯যীশুরুৱাচ, মাং কুতঃ পরমং ৱদসি? ঈশ্ৱরং ৱিনা কোপি পরমো ন ভৱতি|
20 "You know the commandments. "Do not commit adultery, Do not murder, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honor your father and mother."
২০পরদারান্ মা গচ্ছ, নরং মা জহি, মা চোরয, মিথ্যাসাক্ষ্যং মা দেহি, মাতরং পিতরঞ্চ সংমন্যস্ৱ, এতা যা আজ্ঞাঃ সন্তি তাস্ত্ৱং জানাসি|
21 "All of these," he replied, "I have kept from my youth up."
২১তদা স উৱাচ, বাল্যকালাৎ সর্ৱ্ৱা এতা আচরামি|
22 And receiving this reply, Jesus said to him. "One thing you are still lacking. Sell all that you have and give it to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven. Then come and follow me."
২২ইতি কথাং শ্রুৎৱা যীশুস্তমৱদৎ, তথাপি তৱৈকং কর্ম্ম ন্যূনমাস্তে, নিজং সর্ৱ্ৱস্ৱং ৱিক্রীয দরিদ্রেভ্যো ৱিতর, তস্মাৎ স্ৱর্গে ধনং প্রাপ্স্যসি; তত আগত্য মমানুগামী ভৱ|
23 But when he heard these words he became deeply grieved, for he was exceedingly rich.
২৩কিন্ত্ৱেতাং কথাং শ্রুৎৱা সোধিপতিঃ শুশোচ, যতস্তস্য বহুধনমাসীৎ|
24 Jesus looked at him and said. "How hard it is for those who have money to enter into the kingdom of God!
২৪তদা যীশুস্তমতিশোকান্ৱিতং দৃষ্ট্ৱা জগাদ, ধনৱতাম্ ঈশ্ৱররাজ্যপ্রৱেশঃ কীদৃগ্ দুষ্করঃ|
25 Why, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."
২৫ঈশ্ৱররাজ্যে ধনিনঃ প্রৱেশাৎ সূচেশ্ছিদ্রেণ মহাঙ্গস্য গমনাগমনে সুকরে|
26 "Who then can be saved?" exclaimed his hearers.
২৬শ্রোতারঃ পপ্রচ্ছুস্তর্হি কেন পরিত্রাণং প্রাপ্স্যতে?
27 "Things that are impossible with men," he answered them, "are possible with God."
২৭স উক্তৱান্, যন্ মানুষেণাশক্যং তদ্ ঈশ্ৱরেণ শক্যং|
28 Then Peter said, "Look! we have left our homes and followed you."
২৮তদা পিতর উৱাচ, পশ্য ৱযং সর্ৱ্ৱস্ৱং পরিত্যজ্য তৱ পশ্চাদ্গামিনোঽভৱাম|
29 And he said to them, "In Solemn truth I tell you that there is no one who, for the sake of the kingdom of God, has left houses, or wife, or brother, or parents, or children,
২৯ততঃ স উৱাচ, যুষ্মানহং যথার্থং ৱদামি, ঈশ্ৱররাজ্যার্থং গৃহং পিতরৌ ভ্রাতৃগণং জাযাং সন্তানাংশ্চ ত্যক্তৱা
31 Then he took the twelve aside and told them. "See, we are on our way to Jerusalem, and all prophets regarding the son of Man will be fulfilled.
৩১অনন্তরং স দ্ৱাদশশিষ্যানাহূয বভাষে, পশ্যত ৱযং যিরূশালম্নগরং যামঃ, তস্মাৎ মনুষ্যপুত্রে ভৱিষ্যদ্ৱাদিভিরুক্তং যদস্তি তদনুরূপং তং প্রতি ঘটিষ্যতে;
32 "He will be betrayed to the Gentiles, and be mocked, and shamefully treated, and spit upon;
৩২ৱস্তুতস্তু সোঽন্যদেশীযানাং হস্তেষু সমর্পযিষ্যতে, তে তমুপহসিষ্যন্তি, অন্যাযমাচরিষ্যন্তি তদ্ৱপুষি নিষ্ঠীৱং নিক্ষেপ্স্যন্তি, কশাভিঃ প্রহৃত্য তং হনিষ্যন্তি চ,
33 "and they will scourge and kill him; and the third day he will rise again."
৩৩কিন্তু তৃতীযদিনে স শ্মশানাদ্ উত্থাস্যতি|
34 But they understood none of these sayings. His words were a mystery to them, and they did not know what he meant.
৩৪এতস্যাঃ কথাযা অভিপ্রাযং কিঞ্চিদপি তে বোদ্ধুং ন শেকুঃ তেষাং নিকটেঽস্পষ্টতৱাৎ তস্যৈতাসাং কথানাম্ আশযং তে জ্ঞাতুং ন শেকুশ্চ|
35 As Jesus drew near to Jericho, there was a blind man who sat by the wayside begging.
৩৫অথ তস্মিন্ যিরীহোঃ পুরস্যান্তিকং প্রাপ্তে কশ্চিদন্ধঃ পথঃ পার্শ্ৱ উপৱিশ্য ভিক্ষাম্ অকরোৎ
36 He heard the crowd passing and asked what the matter was.
৩৬স লোকসমূহস্য গমনশব্দং শ্রুৎৱা তৎকারণং পৃষ্টৱান্|
37 They told him, "Jesus of Nazareth is passing by."
৩৭নাসরতীযযীশুর্যাতীতি লোকৈরুক্তে স উচ্চৈর্ৱক্তুমারেভে,
38 Then he shouted out, saying, "Jesus, son of David, take pity on me!"
৩৮হে দাযূদঃ সন্তান যীশো মাং দযস্ৱ|
39 Those who went ahead began to reprove him and to tell him to be still; but he kept clamorously shouting all the more, "Son of David, take pity on me!"
৩৯ততোগ্রগামিনস্তং মৌনী তিষ্ঠেতি তর্জযামাসুঃ কিন্তু স পুনারুৱন্ উৱাচ, হে দাযূদঃ সন্তান মাং দযস্ৱ|
40 So Jesus stopped and ordered him to be brought to him. When he was come near to him he asked him
৪০তদা যীশুঃ স্থগিতো ভূৎৱা স্ৱান্তিকে তমানেতুম্ আদিদেশ|
41 "What do you want me to do for you?" "Lord," he answered, "that I might see again."
৪১ততঃ স তস্যান্তিকম্ আগমৎ, তদা স তং পপ্রচ্ছ, ৎৱং কিমিচ্ছসি? ৎৱদর্থমহং কিং করিষ্যামি? স উক্তৱান্, হে প্রভোঽহং দ্রষ্টুং লভৈ|
42 "Receive your sight," said Jesus, "your faith has saved you."
৪২তদা যীশুরুৱাচ, দৃষ্টিশক্তিং গৃহাণ তৱ প্রত্যযস্ত্ৱাং স্ৱস্থং কৃতৱান্|
43 Instantly he regained his sight and followed Jesus, giving glory to God; and all the people who saw it gave praise to God.
৪৩ততস্তৎক্ষণাৎ তস্য চক্ষুষী প্রসন্নে; তস্মাৎ স ঈশ্ৱরং ধন্যং ৱদন্ তৎপশ্চাদ্ যযৌ, তদালোক্য সর্ৱ্ৱে লোকা ঈশ্ৱরং প্রশংসিতুম্ আরেভিরে|
