< Hebrews 12 >
1 Since, then, we have so great a cloud of witnesses placed before us, laying aside every incumbrance, and the sin which easily entangles us, let us run, with perseverance, the race set before us;
Afwe tukute mulongo unene watushinguluka wa bakamboni. Neco katutayani ciliconse cilatucelweshenga ne bwipishi bwatulangatila, katufwambani mwakutabwela panyuma mu lubilo ndotulimo.
2 looking to Jesus, the leader and perfecter of the faith; who, for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Katushani menso pali Yesu apo mpotwebaka lushomo lwetu kufuma pacitatiko mpaka ku mapwililisho. Yesu uliya kutamauka cebo ca lufu lwakendi lwa pa lunsanda, nsombi cebo ca kupembelela kukondwa, nendi uliya kutina kufwa pa lusanda mwakusampulwa. Pa cindi cino wekala ku cikasa ca kululyo ca Cipuna ca bwami ca Lesa.
3 Consider him who, from sinners, endured such opposition against himself, lest, becoming discouraged in your minds, you grow weary;
Kamuyeyani bintu mbyalapitamo, ncobalamupata bantu babwipishi. Neco kamutanyumfwa butolo nambi kutentuka sobwe.
4 you have not yet resisted to blood, struggling against this sin.
Pakwinga mukulwana ne bwipishi nkamuna mushika pakwinsa kushinwa.
5 Besides, have you forgotten the exhortation which reasons with you as with children, "My son, do not think lightly of the Lord's chastisement, neither faint when you are rebuked by him:
Mulalubu maswi akuyuminisha ngalamba Lesa kuli njamwe mobana bendi batuloba ne batukashi ngalambeti, “Omwaname, konyumfwila Mwami akululamikanga, kayi kotatyompwa akucancililanga.
6 for whom the Lord loves he chastises, and scourges every son whom he receives."
Pakwinga Mwami ukute kukalalila muntu ngwasuni ne kupa cisubulo uliyense ngwalatambulu eti mwana.”
7 If you endure chastisement, God deals with you as his children. For what son is there whom his father does not chastise?
Kamupitani mumapensho kwambeti mwiyepo mikalilo yaina. Lesa lenshingeti mobanabendi. Sena pali mwana ngobatapa cisubulo baishi?
8 But if you be without chastisement, of which all sons are partakers, certainly you are bastards, and not sons.
Na mubula kupewa cisubulo mobanabendi bonse, ekwambeti ntamwe bana bancine ncine, mobana ba mubufule.
9 Farther, we have had fathers of our flesh, who chastised us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of our spirits, and live?
Bameshetu bapacishi capanshi batupanga cisubulo tukute kubapa bulemu, inga cilyeconi lino ncotwela kubanyumfwila Bameshetu bakwilu ne kuba bayumi?
10 For they, indeed, during a very few days, chastised us according to their pleasure; but he, for our advantage, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
Bameshetu bapa cishi capanshi bakute kutupa cisubulo kwa kacindi kang'anowa mbuli ncebalayandanga, nomba Lesa ukute kutwinshileco kwambeti tucane caina, kwambeti tucanemo lubasu mu kuswepa kwakendi.
11 Now, no chastisement, indeed, for the present, seems to be matter of joy, but of sorrow. Nevertheless, afterward it returns the peaceful fruit of righteousness to them who are trained by it.
Twapewanga cisubulo tukute kuboneti tulasampuku nkatukute kukondwapo. Nomba panyuma pakendi bantu bakute kololwa ne cisubulo bakute kucana cilambo ca bote ca buyumi bwalulama.
12 Wherefore, bring to their right position, the arms that hang down, and the weakened knees.
Kamwimanikani makasa enu alefuka, kayi yumishani manungo enu atontola!
13 And make smooth paths for your feet, that that which is lame, may not be put out of joint, but that it may rather be healed.
Endani munshila yololoka cena kwambeti myendo yenu yalemana, kaitombankana, nsombi isengulwe.
14 Pursue peace with all men, and holiness, without which, no one shall see the Lord:
Elekeshani kwikala mulumuno ne bantu bonse, kayi elekeshani kwikala mu buyumi bwaswepa, pakwinga paliya eshakamubone Mwami kwakubula kwikala mubuyumi bwaswepa.
15 carefully observing, lest any one come short of the favor of God; lest some bitter root springing up, trouble you, and by it many be polluted;
Cenjelani, kamutafutatila kwina moyo kwa Lesa. Kakutaba muntu wakoshaneti citondo calula cikute kuleta makatasho angi ne kulula kwaco na cilakulu.
16 lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau; who, for one meal, gave away his birthrights.
Kakutaba mufule nambi wasula Lesa mbuli Esau walaulisha bukulene bwakendi bwakusemwa ne mbale ya cakulya.
17 And you know, that although afterward he wished to inherit the blessing, he was reprobated: for he found no scope for effecting a change, though he earnestly sought it with tears.
Mucinshi kwambeti panyuma pakendi walayanda kutambula colwe ku baishi, nomba balamutandanya, pakwinga uliya kucana nshila njelakushintilamo cintu ncalensa mwine nambi walikuyanda kensa kulilako misoshi.
18 Now you are not come to a tangible mountain, which burned with fire; and to blackness, and to darkness, and to tempest,
Amwe muliya kwinsa mbuli ncebalensa Baislayeli, abo balashika nekuya kukumya mulundu wa Sinai usa walikubangila mulilo, washipa mbi, wacipupu,
19 and to the sound of a trumpet, and to the voice of words, the hearers of which earnestly entreated that a word more might not be addressed to them:
kulila kwa tolompita kayi ne kunyumfwika kwa liswi lya Lesa ndyalikwamba. Mpobalanyumfwa liswi ndyalikwamba Lesa, bantu balamba mwangofu eti nkabasuni kwanyufwa tubili maswi alico.
20 for they could not bear this threat, "Even if a beast touch the mountain, it shall shall be stoned."
Pakwinga balatina mulawo wa Lesa walikwambeti, “Na muntu nambi munyama uya ukumya mulundu wela kupwaiwa mabwe nekufwa.”
21 And so terrible was the appearance, that Moses said, "I exceedingly fear and tremble."
Mbyobalabona pa mulundu wa Sinai byalabayosha bantu cakwinseti Mose walambeti “Ndatutumunga cebo cabuyowa.”
22 But you are come to Mount Zion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of messengers,
Nomba amwe mulesa ku mulundu wa Siyoni munshi wa Lesa muyumi, Yelusalemu wa kwilu uko kuli bangelo batabelengeke balasekelelenga pamo.
23 to the general assembly and congregation of the first-born, who are enrolled in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Mulesa ku mubungano wa bana ba Lesa bakutanguna abo balembwa maina kwilu. Mulesa kuli Lesa momboloshi wa bantu bonse, ne ku mishimu ya bantu baina balalulamikwa cakupwililila ne Lesa.
24 and to Jesus the mediator of the new institution, and to the blood of sprinkling, which speaks better things than that of Abel.
Mulesa kuli Yesu uyo walabamba cipangano calinolino uyo mwine walasansailo milopa, latulayanga bintu byaina kupita milopa ya Abelo.
25 Take care that you refuse not him who speaks: for if they did not escape, who refused him who spoke on earth, much more we shall not escape, who turn away from him that speaks from heaven:
Neco, cetukani, nyumfwilani Lesa lambanga. Balashinka matwi abo kunyumfwila Lesa walikubapa mulumbe wa kubacenjesha pano pacishi baliya kupuluka sobwe. Inga kupuluka kwetu ngakuba kung'aneconi na tufutatila Klistu lambanga kwilu!
26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now he has promised, saying, "Yet once I shake not the earth only, but also the heavens."
Maswi a Lesa alatenkanya cishi capanshi pa cindico, nsombi lino kayi lashomeshengeti “Nteti nkatenkanyowa cishi capanshi nsombi ninkatenkanye ne kwilu konse.”
27 Now this speech, "YET ONCE," signifies the removing of the things shaken, as of things which were constituted, that the things not shaken may remain.
Maswi akwambeti “lino kayi” Alaleshengeti bintu byonse byalalengwa nibikatenkane kayi nibikafumepo, kwambeti bintu byela kubula kutenkana bishalepo.
28 Wherefore, we having received a kingdom not shaken, let us have gratitude, by which we may serve God acceptably, with reverence and religious fear.
Neco, katulumbani Lesa, pakwinga tulatambulu Bwami butatenkana. Katulumbani ne kukambilila Lesa mwakumukondwelesha mwabulemu ne buyowa,
29 For truly our God is a consuming fire.
pakwinga Lesa wetu cakubinga ulyeti mulilo ukute kunyekesha cakupwililila.
