< Zechariah 4 >
1 And the messenger who is speaking with me turns back, and stirs me up as one who is stirred up out of his sleep,

2 and he says to me, “What are you seeing?” And I say, “I have looked, and behold, a lampstand of gold—all of it, and its bowl [is] on its top, and its seven lamps [are] on it, and twice seven pipes [are] to the lights that [are] on its top,
Tuahi ipi namum tin eidong in ahi, keiman ka donbut nin, sanna ngenna kisem thaomei tunna achunga thaotwi khonkhat akitun kamui kati. Hiche khon vella chun thaomei sagi aum in khat cheh chun avahna patjang khat neicheh ahom sagi aummin ahi.
3 and two olive-trees [are] by it, one on the right of the bowl and one on its left.”
Chuleh keiman hiche khon langte achun Olive thing ni kamun ahi.
4 And I answer and speak to the messenger who is speaking with me, saying, “What [are] these, my lord?”
Hijou chun keiman Vantil chu ka dong in Pakai hiche hohi ipi tina ham? katin ahileh,
5 And the messenger who is speaking with me answers and says to me, “Have you not known what these [are]?” And I say, “No, my lord.”
Vantil chun na hetlou ham tin eidong in ahileh keiman ka hepoi ka Pakai katin ahi.
6 And he answers and speaks to me, saying, “This [is] a word of YHWH to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by a force, nor by power, But—by My Spirit, said YHWH of Hosts.
Hijou chun aman ei seipeh in, “Hiche hi Pakaiyin Zerubbabel komma asei chu ahi, hunamma natoh naleh thahat vanga hilou ding amavang keima Lhagao vanga hiding ahibouve, tin thaneipen Pakaiyin aseijin ahi.
7 Who [are] you, O great mountain Before Zerubbabel—for a plain! And he has brought forth the top-stone, Cries of Grace, grace—[are] to it.”
Imachan nang jou lou ding, mol sangpen jeng in jong Zerubbabel lampi chu asuh tang jou lou ding ama masanga chu phaicham sohjeng ding ahi. Zerubbabel hin houin semphatna a achaina song asettoh phattengleh, mipihon Pathen in phattheiboh hen, Pathen in phattheiboh hen!” tia asapdiu ahi.
8 And there is a word of YHWH to me, saying,
Hijeh chun Pakaija kon nin thupeh chomkhat ahung lhung kit-in,
9 “Hands of Zerubbabel founded this house, And his hands finish it, And you have known that YHWH of Hosts Has sent Me to you.
Zerubbabal hi Hou-in aleibul ana tungdoh a chu ahin, aman asahchai ding ahi. Hiteng chuleh hatchungnung Pakai chun eihin sol ahi ti na het diu ahi.
10 For who trampled on the day of small things, They have rejoiced, And seen the tin weight in the hand of Zerubbabel, These seven [are] the eyes of YHWH, They are going to and fro in all the land.”
Natoh ahina ding banga amachal lou jeh in alungthoi’un ahi, ahinla Zerubbabel hin houin asah chu atoh jom amuteng uleh kipah tauvinte. Thaomei sagi kiti hin Pakai mit-in vannoi leiset pumpi akholsoh vetsahna ahi.
11 And I answer and say to him, “What [are] these two olive-trees, on the right of the lampstand, and on its left?”
Hijou chun keiman vantil chu ka dong in, hiche thaomei khom pang tenia Olive thingphung nihi ipi tina hintem,
12 And I answer a second time, and say to him, “What [are] the two branches of the olive trees that, by means of the two golden pipes, are emptying out of themselves the oil?”
Thaotwi kisun lhah naji sana luong teni komma Olive thingbah teni khun ipi asatsat hin tem? kati.
13 And he speaks to me, saying, “Have you not known what these [are]?” And I say, “No, my lord.”
Aman eidong in na hetlou ham eiti. Keiman ka donbut in ka hepoi Pakai kati.
14 And he says, “These [are] the two sons of the oil, who are standing by the Lord of the whole earth.”
Hichun aman, “Hiche hin thao kinusa leiset pumpi Pakai laltouna komma ding jing van mi teni chu avetsah ahi”ati.
