Zechariah 14

1 Behold, a day has come to YHWH, And your spoil has been divided in your midst.

روز خداوند نزدیک است! در آن روز، خداوند قومها را جمع می‌کند تا با اورشلیم بجنگند. آنها شهر را می‌گیرند و خانه‌ها را غارت نموده به زنان تجاوز می‌کنند و غنیمت را بین خود تقسیم می‌نمایند. نصف جمعیت را به اسارت می‌برند و نصف دیگر در میان خرابه‌های شهر باقی می‌مانند.

2 And I have gathered all the nations to Jerusalem to battle, And the city has been captured, And the houses have been spoiled, And the women are lain with, Half the city has gone forth in a removal, And the remnant of the people are not cut off from the city.

3 And YHWH has gone forth, And He has fought against those nations, As in the day of His fighting in a day of conflict.

آنگاه خداوند، همچون گذشته، به جنگ آن قومها خواهد رفت.

4 And His feet have stood, in that day, On the Mount of Olives, That [is] eastward before Jerusalem, And the Mount of Olives has been cleft at its midst, To the east, and to the west, a very great valley, And half of the mountain is removed toward the north, And half toward the south.

در آن روز، او بر کوه زیتون که در سمت شرقی اورشلیم واقع شده است، خواهد ایستاد و کوه زیتون دو نصف خواهد شد و درهٔ بسیار وسیعی از شرق به غرب به وجود خواهد آورد، زیرا نصف کوه به طرف شمال و نصف دیگر آن به طرف جنوب حرکت خواهد کرد.

5 And you have fled [to] the valley of My mountains, For the valley of the mountains joins to Azal, And you have fled as you fled before the shaking, In the days of Uzziah king of Judah, And my God YHWH has come in, All holy ones [are] with You.

شما از میان آن دره فرار خواهید کرد و به آن طرف کوه خواهید رسید. آری، فرار خواهید کرد، همان‌گونه که اجداد شما قرنها پیش در زمان عزیا، پادشاه یهودا، از زمین لرزه فرار کردند. خداوند، خدای من خواهد آمد و تمامی مقدّسان با او خواهند بود.

6 And it has come to pass in that day, The precious light is not, it is dense darkness,

در آن روز نه آفتاب خواهد بود و نه سرما و نه شبنم،

7 And there has been one day, It is known to YHWH, not day nor night, And it has been at evening-time—there is light.

ولی همه جا روشن خواهد بود! آن روز، روز مخصوصی خواهد بود و فقط خداوند می‌داند چه هنگام فرا خواهد رسید. دیگر مانند همیشه شب و روز نخواهد بود، بلکه هوا در شب هم مثل روز روشن خواهد بود.

8 And it has come to pass in that day, Living waters go forth from Jerusalem, Half of them to the Eastern Sea, And half of them to the Western Sea, It is in summer and in winter.

آبهای حیات‌بخش، هم در زمستان و هم در تابستان از اورشلیم جاری خواهد شد؛ نیمی از آن به سوی دریای مدیترانه، و نیمی دیگر به سوی دریای مرده خواهد رفت.

9 And YHWH has become King over all the earth, In that day YHWH is one, and His Name one.

در آن روز، خداوند، پادشاه سراسر جهان خواهد بود و مردم تنها او را خواهند پرستید و او را خداوند خواهند دانست.

10 All the land is changed as a plain, From Gebo to Rimmon, south of Jerusalem, And she has been high, and has dwelt in her place, Even from the Gate of Benjamin To the place of the first gate, to the front gate, And from the Tower of Hananeel, To the wine-vats of the king.

تمامی سرزمین از جبع (مرز شمالی یهودا) تا رمون (مرز جنوبی) دشت پهناوری خواهد شد، ولی اورشلیم در محل مرتفعی قرار خواهد داشت و وسعت آن از دروازهٔ بنیامین تا محل دروازهٔ قدیمی و از آنجا تا دروازهٔ زاویه، و از برج حنن‌ئیل تا محل چرخشتهای پادشاه خواهد بود.

11 And they have dwelt in her, And destruction is no more, And Jerusalem has dwelt confidently.

مردم در اورشلیم در امنیت ساکن خواهند شد و دیگر هرگز خطر نابودی آنها را تهدید نخواهد کرد.

12 And this is the plague with which YHWH plagues all the peoples who have warred against Jerusalem: He has consumed away its flesh, And it is standing on its feet, And its eyes are consumed in their holes, And its tongue is consumed in their mouth.

خداوند بر سر تمام قومهایی که با اورشلیم جنگیده‌اند این بلاها را نازل می‌کند: بدن آنها زنده‌زنده می‌پوسد، چشمهایشان در حدقه از بین می‌روند و زبان در دهانشان خشک می‌شود.

13 And it has come to pass in that day, A great destruction [from] YHWH is among them, And they have each seized the hand of his neighbor, And his hand has gone up against the hand of his neighbor.

خداوند آنها را چنان گیج و مضطرب می‌کند که به جان همدیگر خواهند افتاد.

14 And also Judah is fought with in Jerusalem, And the force of all the surrounding nations has been gathered, Gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance.

تمام مردم یهودا در اورشلیم خواهند جنگید و ثروت همهٔ قومهای همسایه، از طلا و نقره گرفته تا لباسهایشان را غارت خواهند کرد.

15 And so is the plague of the horse, of the mule, Of the camel, and of the donkey, And of all the livestock that are in these camps, As this plague.

همین بلا بر سر اسبها، قاطرها، شترها، الاغها و تمامی حیوانات دیگر که در اردوگاه دشمن هستند نازل خواهد شد.

16 And it has come to pass, Everyone who has been left of all the nations, Who are coming in against Jerusalem, They have also gone up from year to year, To bow themselves to the King, YHWH of Hosts, And to celebrate the Celebration of the Shelters.

آنگاه آنانی که از این بلاهای کشنده جان به در برند، هر ساله به اورشلیم خواهند آمد تا خداوند لشکرهای آسمان، پادشاه جهان را بپرستند و عید خیمه‌ها را جشن بگیرند.

17 And it has come to pass, That he who does not go up of the families of the land to Jerusalem, To bow himself to the King, YHWH of Hosts, Even on them there is no shower.

اگر قومی برای پرستش پادشاه یعنی خداوند لشکرهای آسمان به اورشلیم نیاید، دچار خشکسالی خواهد شد.

18 And if the family of Egypt does not go up, nor come in, Then on them is the plague With which YHWH plagues the nations That do not go up to celebrate the Celebration of Shelters.

اگر مردم مصر در جشن شرکت نکنند، خداوند بر آنان نیز همان بلا را نازل خواهد کرد که بر قومهایی که در جشن شرکت نمی‌کنند نازل می‌فرماید.

19 This is the punishment of the sin of Egypt, And the punishment of the sin of all the nations, That do not go up to celebrate the Celebration of Shelters.

بنابراین، اگر مصر و سایر قومها از آمدن خودداری کنند همگی مجازات خواهند شد.

20 In that day “Holy to YHWH” is [engraved] on bells of the horse, And the pots in the house of YHWH Have been as bowls before the altar.

در آن روز حتی روی زنگولهٔ اسبها نیز نوشته خواهد شد: «اینها اموال مقدّس خداوند هستند.» تمام ظروف خوراک‌پزی خانهٔ خداوند همچون ظروف کنار مذبح، مقدّس خواهند بود.

21 And every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah, Have been holy to YHWH of Hosts, And all those sacrificing have come in, And have taken of them, and boiled in them, And in that day there is no merchant anymore in the house of YHWH of Hosts!

در واقع هر ظرفی که در اورشلیم و یهودا یافت شود مقدّس و مختص خداوند لشکرهای آسمان خواهد بود. تمام کسانی که برای عبادت می‌آیند از آن ظروف برای پختن گوشت قربانیهای خود استفاده خواهند کرد. در آن روز در خانهٔ خداوند لشکرهای آسمان، دیگر اثری از تاجران نخواهد بود.
