Titus 2
1 But you—speak what is suitable [according] to the sound teaching.
ನೀನಾದರೋ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಬೋಧನೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಉಪದೇಶಿಸು.
2 Elders [are] to be temperate, dignified, sober, sound in faith, in the love, in the endurance.
ವೃದ್ಧರು ಆತ್ಮ ಸಂಯಮವುಳ್ಳವರೂ ಗೌರವಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯರೂ ಸ್ವಯಂನಿಯಂತ್ರಿತರೂ ನಂಬಿಕೆ, ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ತಾಳ್ಮೆ ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾಗದವರೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಉಪದೇಶಿಸು.
3 Aged women, in like manner, in behavior as becomes sacred persons, not false accusers, not enslaved to much wine, teachers of good things,
ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ವೃದ್ಧಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರು ನಡತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಕ್ತಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಹಾಗೆ ಇರುವವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಅವರು ಸುಳ್ಳಾಗಿ ದೂರುವವರೂ ಮದ್ಯಾಸಕ್ತರೂ ಆಗಿರದೆ, ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸುವವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉಪದೇಶಿಸು.
4 that they may make the young women sober-minded, to be lovers of [their] husbands, lovers of [their] children,
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ದೂಷಣೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಯೌವನ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಗಂಡಂದಿರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರೂ
5 sober, pure, keepers of [their own] houses, good, subject to their own husbands, that evil may not be spoken of the word of God.
ಸ್ವಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವರೂ ಪತಿವ್ರತೆಯರೂ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವವರೂ ದಯೆವುಳ್ಳವರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಗಂಡಂದಿರಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನರೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ವೃದ್ಧಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರಿಂದ ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
6 The younger men, in like manner, exhort [them] to be sober-minded.
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರು ಆತ್ಮ ಸ್ವಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸು.
7 Concerning all things, present yourself [as] a pattern of good works—in the teaching [with] uncorruptedness, dignity,
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸತ್ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆದರ್ಶವಾಗಿ ತೋರಿಸು. ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಗಂಭೀರತೆಯನ್ನೂ
8 sound discourse [that is] blameless, so that he who is of the contrary may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say concerning you.
ನಿಂದೆಗೆ ಹೊರತಾದ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನಾಡುವವನಾಗಿರು. ಇದರಿಂದ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವವನು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದೇನೂ ಹೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗದೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಪಡುವನು.
9 Servants [are] to be subject to their own masters, to be well-pleasing in all things, not contradicting,
ಸೇವಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಯಜಮಾನರಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವವರಾಗಿ ಎದುರು ಮಾತನಾಡದೆ,
10 not stealing, but showing all good steadfastness, that the teaching of God our Savior they may adorn in all things.
ಯಾವುದನ್ನೂ ಕದ್ದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ದೇವರ ಉಪದೇಶವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ, ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರೆಂದು ಎಲ್ಲದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತೋರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಉಪದೇಶಿಸು.
11 For the saving grace of God has appeared to all men,
ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ತರುವ ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಯೂ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಯಿತು.
12 teaching us, that denying the impiety and the worldly desires, we may live soberly, and righteously, and piously in the present age, (aiōn g165)
ನಾವು ಭಕ್ತಿಹೀನತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಲೋಕದ ಆಶೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೊರೆದು, ಈಗಿನ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವವರಾಗಿಯೂ ನೀತಿವಂತರಾಗಿಯೂ ಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿಯೂ ಬದುಕಬೇಕೆಂತಲೂ ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಯು ನಮಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. (aiōn g165)
13 waiting for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,
ನಮಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಕರೂ ಮಹಾ ದೇವರೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಭಾಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನೂ ಎದುರು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೃಪೆಯು ನಮಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
14 who gave Himself for us, that He might ransom us from all lawlessness, and might purify to Himself a special people, zealous of good works.
ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದುಷ್ಟತನದಿಂದ ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿ ಸತ್ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತರಾದ ಸ್ವಂತ ಜನರನ್ನು ತಮಗಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ನಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಾವೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
15 Speak these things, and exhort and convict with all authority; let no one despise you!
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ನೀನು ಉಪದೇಶಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇರು. ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇರು. ಯಾರೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸದಿರಲಿ.
