< Titus 2 >
1 But you—speak what is suitable [according] to the sound teaching.
Lakini uewe utambule aya nihugie nintambu ako nauhueli.
2 Elders [are] to be temperate, dignified, sober, sound in faith, in the love, in the endurance.
Ianyampala atule nuukepyi, heshima, busara uhueli nuuza muulowa nuugimya.
3 Aged women, in like manner, in behavior as becomes sacred persons, not false accusers, not enslaved to much wine, teachers of good things,
Uu uu niasungu nianyampala ikie muigeleki nuupolo anga antu nialangaie singa ategetani. Aleke kutula atugwa antule.
4 that they may make the young women sober-minded, to be lovers of [their] husbands, lovers of [their] children,
Inonee kumanyisa nimaza, kunsoko akuzepelya iananso kumahala nukualowa iagoha ao palong'we neana ao.
5 sober, pure, keepers of [their own] houses, good, subject to their own husbands, that evil may not be spoken of the word of God.
Inonee kuamanyisa kutula nimahala, ezeelo alangaile niaza mumato ao, hangi atule nuliijo kuagoha ao, ienso. Inonee kituma imakani aya kunsoko ulukani lang'wi Tunda lulekekutukilwa.
6 The younger men, in like manner, exhort [them] to be sober-minded.
Kunkani zizozizo muaalye iahumba niagoha atule nimahala.
7 Concerning all things, present yourself [as] a pattern of good works—in the teaching [with] uncorruptedness, dignity,
Kunzela yanyu yehi mieke unyenye kutula meingwi mumilimo nemeza, nukumanyisa, lagiilye kugomba nukukulya.
8 sound discourse [that is] blameless, so that he who is of the contrary may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say concerning you.
Mudue mumbugulu nekete uugenu ningila idoa, kunsoko ehi niakugilya ahung'we minyala kunsoko mugila nulube nulukutambulwa kung'wanyu.
9 Servants [are] to be subject to their own masters, to be well-pleasing in all things, not contradicting,
Aatung'wa aite eakulu ao kukilakintu. Inonee kualoolya singa kilutania nienso.
10 not stealing, but showing all good steadfastness, that the teaching of God our Savior they may adorn in all things.
Shangainonee kia, apagwa inonee kigeelya uhueli wihi nuuza, kuuite kenda inzela yao yehi anonelye umanyisigwa witu kukeela Itunda muguni witu.
11 For the saving grace of God has appeared to all men,
Kunsoko u ukende nuang'wa Itunda wigeelekile ku antu ihi.
12 teaching us, that denying the impiety and the worldly desires, we may live soberly, and righteously, and piously in the present age, (aiōn )
Ikumanyisa kuhita imakani nisinga ang'wi Tunda ninsula aunkumbigulu. Ikumanyisa kikie muupolo, mutai nimunzila ang'wi Tunda mumatungo aya. (aiōn )
13 waiting for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,
Itungo nikusigiiye kusengilya uhueli witu nilekete uukende, uwigeeli wa ukulu wang'wi Tunda witu mukulu hangi muguni witu u Yesu Kilisto.
14 who gave Himself for us, that He might ransom us from all lawlessness, and might purify to Himself a special people, zealous of good works.
U Yesu aiwipumilye ung'wenso kunsoko itu, kunsoko akuleepilye kupuma mumilandu, nuukutenda kielu kunsoko akwe, antu niagombigwe niakete insula akituma milimo nimiza.
15 Speak these things, and exhort and convict with all authority; let no one despise you!
Matambule nukumasingilya imakani aya, akenela kunguluyehi. Uleke kugomba muntu uuihi wakumele.
