< Romans 8 >

1 There is, then, now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit;
Maram aduna, houjikti Christta Jisuda leiba misinggidamakta aranba tahanba leitre.
2 for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus set me free from the law of sin and of death;
Maramdi Christta Jisugi mapanna hingba piba Thawaigi wayel yathangna eibu papki amasung sibagi wayel yathangdagi ining tamhanbire.
3 for what the Law was not able to do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, His own Son having sent in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh,
Maramdi hakchangna sonba maramna Wayel Yathang aduna touba ngamdaba adu Tengban Mapu masamakki Machanupabu pap chenba hakchanggi mawongda amasung papki iratpot oinaba thabiduna Ibungo mahakna toubire. Maram aduna Ibungona pappu hakchangda aranba tahalle.
4 that the righteousness of the Law may be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
Madu hakchanggi matung inna chattaduna Thawaigi matung inna chatpa eikhoida Wayel Yathangna haiba adu thunghannabani.
5 For those who are according to the flesh, mind the things of the flesh; and those according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit;
Hakchanggi matung inna hingbasingna hakchanggi oiba hiramsingda pukning thammi. Adubu Thawaigi matung inna hingbasingna Thawaigi oiba hiramsingda pukning thammi.
6 for the mind of the flesh [is] death, and the mind of the Spirit—life and peace;
Hakchanggi apambana khudum chanba pukning adu sibani, adubu Thawaina khudum chanba adu hingbani amasung ingthabani.
7 because the mind of the flesh [is] enmity to God, for to the Law of God it does not subject itself,
Hakchanggi apambana khudum chanba pukning adu Tengban Mapubu yeknei; maduna Tengban Mapugi wayel yathangbu inde, tasengnamak maduna inbasu ngamde.
8 for neither is it able; and those who are in the flesh are not able to please God.
Hakchanggi apamba matung inna leiba makhoina Tengban Mapubu pelhanba ngamde.
9 And you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you; and if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ—this one is not His;
Adubu tasengnamak Tengban Mapugi Thawaina nakhoida leirabadi, nakhoi hakchanggi apamba matung inna leite, adubu nakhoi Thawaigi apamba matung inna leibani. Kanagumba mida Christtagi thawai leitrabadi, mahak Christtagi oide.
10 and if Christ [is] in you, the body, indeed, [is] dead because of sin, and the Spirit [is] life because of righteousness,
Aduga Christtana nakhoida leirabadi, nakhoigi hakchang adu papki maramna sigadaba oirabasu, nakhoibu Tengban Mapugi maphamda chumhanbikhraba maramna Thawaina nakhoida hingba pibi.
11 and if the Spirit of Him who raised up Jesus out of the dead dwells in you, He who raised up the Christ out of the dead will also quicken your dying bodies, through His Spirit dwelling in you.
Jisubu asibasinggi maraktagi hinggat-hanbiba mahakki Thawaina nakhoida leirabadi, Christtabu asibasinggi maraktagi hinggat-hanbiba mahak aduna nakhoida leiba mahakki Thawai adugi mapanna nakhoigi siba naiba hakchangdasu hingba pibigani.
12 So, then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh;
Maram aduna ichil-inaosa, eikhoi laman tolle, madu hakchanggi matung inna hingnanaba natte.
13 for if according to the flesh you live, you are about to die; and if, by the Spirit, the deeds of the body you put to death, you will live;
Maramdi nakhoina hakchanggi matung inna leirabadi nakhoi sigani; adubu Thawaigi mapanna nakhoina hakchanggi phattaba thabaksing adu sihallabadi nakhoi hinggani.
14 for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God;
Maramdi Tengban Mapugi Thawaina chingbiba makhoising adu Tengban Mapugi machasingni.
15 for you did not receive a spirit of bondage again for fear, but you received [the] Spirit of adoption in which we cry, “Abba! Father!”
Tengban Mapuna nakhoida pibiba Thawai aduna nakhoibu minai oihande amadi nakhoida akiba oihande adubu Tengban Mapugi machasing oihanbi amasung Thawai adugi panggalna eikhoina Tengban Mapuda, “Abba! Ipa!” haina koujei.
16 [This] One—the Spirit—testifies with our spirit, that we are children of God;
Eikhoi Tengban Mapugi machasingni haiba asi Thawai mahakmakna eikhoigi thawaiga loinana sakhi pi.
17 and if children, also heirs, heirs, indeed, of God, and heirs together of Christ—if, indeed, we suffer together, that we may also be glorified together.
Aduga houjik eikhoi Tengban Mapugi machasing oirabadi, eikhoi yumlepchara oire, Christtagi matik mangalbu eikhoinasu saruk phangjanaba eikhoina tasengnamak mahakki awabasingda saruk yarabadi eikhoi Tengban Mapugi yumlepchara amasung Christtaga loinana yumlepchara oiminnare.
18 For I reckon that the sufferings of the present time [are] not worthy [to be compared] with the glory about to be revealed in us;
Eikhoina houjik awaba khaangliba asiga eikhoida phongdokpigadaba matik mangal aduga changdamnabada matik chade haina eina khalli.
19 for the earnest looking out of the creation expects the revelation of the sons of God;
Khutsem pumnamakna Tengban Mapugi machasing phongdokkadaba adu khourangna ngaiduna lei.
20 for to vanity was the creation made subject—not of its will, but because of Him who subjected [it]—in hope,
Maramdi khutsemsing asi mahei yandaba oihalle, masi makhoina pamjabagi matung inna natte adubu Tengban Mapugi aningbana masi oibani. Adum oinamak asa leiri.
21 that also the creation itself will be set free from the servitude of the corruption to the liberty of the glory of the children of God;
Madu khutsemsing adu mangtharakkadaba apha apun adudagi maning tamhanbiraga Tengban Mapugi machasinggi matik mangal amadi ningtamba aduda pubirakkani.
22 for we have known that all the creation groans together, and travails in pain together until now.
Maramdi khutsem pumnamakna houjikki matam asi phaoba angang unagadabagi naoyeklibi amagumna naheduna leiri haiba eikhoina khang-i.
23 And not only [so], but also we ourselves, having the first-fruit of the Spirit, we also ourselves groan in ourselves, expecting adoption—the redemption of our body;
Adubu khutsem khakta naoyekpa natte; Tengban Mapugi ahanba khudol oiriba Thawaibu phanglaba eikhoimaknasu Ibungona eikhoibu mahakki machasing oihanbiba amadi eikhoigi hakchangbu handokpiba adu eikhoina khourangna ngaijaduna eikhoigi nungda naheri.
24 for in hope we were saved, and hope beheld is not hope; for what anyone beholds, why does he also hope for [it]?
Maramdi asa asida eikhoibu kanbire, adubu uba ngamba asa adu asa natte. Makhoida hannana leiraba pot amagidamak kanana asa tougadra?
25 And if what we do not behold we hope for, through continuance we expect [it].
Adubu eikhoida leitriba adugidamak eikhoina asa tourabadi, eikhoina madugidamak khaangheibaga loinana ngaiduna lei.
26 And in like manner also, the Spirit helps our weaknesses; for what we may pray for, as it is necessary, we have not known, but [this] One—the Spirit—makes intercession for us with unutterable groanings,
Matou adugumna Thawai adunasu eikhoigi asonbasingda mateng pangbi. Maramdi eikhoina karamna haijagadage haiba khangde, adubu waheina phongdokpa yadaba nahebaga loinana Tengban Mapugi maphamda Thawai Ibungo mahakmakna eikhoigidamak haijabi.
27 and He who is searching the hearts has known what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because according to God He intercedes for holy ones.
Aduga eikhoigi thamoibu uriba Tengban Mapuna, Thawaigi wakhal adu khangbi; maramdi Thawaina Tengban Mapugi misinggidamak Tengban Mapugi ningba matung inna Tengban Mapugi maphamda haijabi.
28 And we have known that to those loving God all things work together for good, to those who are called according to purpose;
Maramdi Tengban Mapubu nungsiba, Ibungo mahakki aningba matung inna koubiraba makhoigidamak oiriba phibham pumnamakta Tengban Mapuna phanaba thabak toubi haiba eikhoina kang-i.
29 because whom He foreknew, He also foreordained, conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be firstborn among many brothers;
Maramdi machin manaosinggi marakta ahanba pokpa oinaba Tengban Mapuna hanna khangkhraba makhoising adu Machanupagi sakwongga mannanaba Ibungona hanna langbire.
30 and whom He foreordained, these also He called; and whom He called, these also He declared righteous; and whom He declared righteous, these also He glorified.
Hanna langbikhraba makhoising adu Ibungona kousu koubire; koukhraba makhoi adu mahakna chumhanbire; chumhanbikhraba makhoi adu mahakna matik mangalsu chaohanbire.
31 What, then, will we say to these things? If God [is] for us, who [is] against us?
Adu oirabadi pumnamak asigi maramda eikhoina kari haisige? Tengban Mapuna eikhoigidamak leibirabadi, kanana eikhoigi maiyokta leppa ngamgani?
32 He who indeed did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him grant to us all things?
Tengban Mapuna masamakki Machanupabu kanbidaduna eikhoi pumnamakkidamak mahakpu katthokpi. Mahakki Machanupabu eikhoigidamak pibiba Ibungona pot pumnamakpusu eikhoida karigi lemna pibiroidage?
33 Who will lay a charge against the chosen ones of God? God [is] He that is declaring righteous;
Tengban Mapuna khandokkhrabasinggi mathakta kanana maral pigani? Chumhanbiba adu Tengban Mapunani.
34 who [is] he that is condemning? Christ [is] He that died, indeed, rather also, was raised up; who is also on the right hand of God—who also interceded for us.
Makhoibu aranba tahan-gadaba mahak adu kanano? Kanasu leite. Christta Jisuna sibikhiba madudagi hendokna asibasinggi maraktagi hinggatpiraga mahakna Tengban Mapugi yet thangbada leiduna eikhoigidamak haijabiri.
35 Who will separate us from the love of the Christ? Tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Kanana eikhoibu Christtagi nungsibadagi khainahan-gadage? Awa anana, nattraga awa meichakna, nattraga ot-neibana, nattraga chaktangbana, nattraga phi leitabanara, nattraga khudongthibana, nattraga thangsangnara?
36 According as it has been written: “For Your sake we are put to death all the day long; we were reckoned as sheep of slaughter.”
Masi Mapugi puyada ikhibagumnani, “Nahakki maramgidamak eikhoina numit chuppa siba maiyoknari; hatlagadaba yaosinggumna eikhoibu singthanare.”
37 But in all these we more than conquer, through Him who loved us;
Adum oinamak, maram pumnamak asida eikhoibu nungsibiba mahakki mapanna lanngambasingdagi eikhoina helli.
38 for I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present,
Maramdi eina sengna khang-i, madudi sibana oirabasu, hingbana oirabasu, swargadutsingna oirabasu, swargada pallibasingna oirabasu nattraga houjik haibasina oirabasu, tungda oirakkadabasingna oirabasu, karigumba panggal amana oirabasu
39 nor things about to be, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God that [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.
awangbana oirabasu, arubana oirabasu, semkhraba pot pumnamakki manungdagi oirabasu karigumba amatana eikhoigi Ibungo Christta Jisuda leiba Tengban Mapugi nungsiba adudagi eikhoibu khaidok-hanba ngamloi.
