Romans 7
1 Are you ignorant, brothers—for to those knowing law I speak—that the law has lordship over the man as long as he lives?
၁ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ သင်တို့သည်တရားဥပဒေ များအကြောင်းကိုသိထားသူများဖြစ်၍ ငါ ယခုပြောဆိုမည့်အကြောင်းအရာကိုနား လည်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ လူသည်အသက်ရှင်လျက် နေသမျှကာလပတ်လုံးတရားဥပဒေ များ၏အာဏာစက်အောက်တွင်ရှိ၏။-
2 For the married woman to the living husband has been bound by law, and if the husband may die, she has been free from the law of the husband;
၂ဥပမာပေးရသော်အိမ်ထောင်သည်အမျိုး သမီးတစ်ယောက်သည် မိမိ၏ခင်ပွန်းအသက် ရှင်စဉ်လက်ထပ်ထိမ်းမြားခြင်းဆိုင်ရာတရား ဥပဒေအောက်တွင်နေရ၏။-
3 so then, the husband being alive, she will be called an adulteress if she may become another man’s; and if the husband may die, she is free from the law, so as not to be an adulteress, having become another man’s.
၃သို့ဖြစ်၍သူသည်မိမိခင်ပွန်းအသက်ရှင်လျက် ရှိစဉ်အခြားလူတစ်ယောက်နှင့်ပေါင်းသင်းနေ ထိုင်ပါမူ မျောက်မထားသူဟုအခေါ်ခံရမည် ဖြစ်သော်လည်း ခင်ပွန်းသေဆုံးလျှင်မူကား တရားဥပဒေနှင့်ကင်းလွတ်သွားပြီဖြစ်၍ အခြားလူတစ်ယောက်နှင့်ထိမ်းမြားစုံဖက်လျှင် မျောက်မထားသူမဖြစ်တော့ပေ။-
4 So that, my brothers, you also were made dead to the law through the body of the Christ, for your becoming another’s, who was raised up out of the dead, that we might bear fruit to God;
၄ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ဤအချက်သည်သင်တို့နှင့် လည်းသက်ဆိုင်ပေသည်။ သင်တို့သည်ခရစ်တော် ၏ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါဖြစ်သဖြင့် ပညတ်တရားအောက် တွင်ရှင်သောဘဝကိုစွန့်လွှတ်ခဲ့ကြလေပြီ။ ဘုရားသခင်အတွက်အသုံးဝင်သူများ ဖြစ်လာကြစေရန် သင်တို့သည်သေခြင်းမှ ဘုရားသခင်ရှင်ပြန်ထမြောက်စေတော်မူ သောခရစ်တော်၏ဘက်တော်သားများဖြစ် ကြလေပြီ။-
5 for when we were in the flesh, the passions of sins, that [are] through the Law, were working in our members, to bear fruit to death;
၅ငါတို့သည်လူ့ဇာတိသဘောကိုလိုက်လျော ၍ အသက်ရှင်ကြစဉ်အခါကပညတ်တရား ၏လှုံ့ဆော်ချက်အရအပြစ်ကူးလိုစိတ်သည် ငါတို့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာအတွင်း၌ထကြွလှုပ်ရှား ကာငါတို့ပြုသမျှသည်သေမင်းအဖို့ ဖြစ်ခဲ့၏။-
6 and now we have ceased from the Law, that being dead in which we were held, so that we may serve in newness of spirit, and not in oldness of letter.
၆ပညတ်တရားသည်အခါတစ်ပါးကငါတို့ အားချုပ်နှောင်ခဲ့၏။ ယင်းသို့ချုပ်နှောင်ခြင်းခံရ သောဘဝကိုစွန့်လွှတ်ခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်၍ ယခုအခါ မှာမူငါတို့သည်ပညတ်တရား၏လက်အောက် မှလွတ်မြောက်ကြပြီ။ ယခုအခါ၌ငါတို့ သည်အက္ခရာတင်ထားသည့်တရားဥပဒေ လမ်းစဉ်ဟောင်းအရမဟုတ်တော့ဘဲ ဝိညာဉ် တော်၏လမ်းစဉ်သစ်အရအမှုဆောင်ရွက် ကြပေသည်။
7 What, then, will we say? The Law [is] sin? Let it not be! But I did not know sin except through law, for also the covetousness I had not known if the Law had not said:
၇သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်ငါတို့မည်သို့ဆိုရမည်နည်း။ ပညတ်တရားသည်ဆိုးယုတ်သည့်အရာဖြစ် သည်ဟုဆိုရမည်လော။ သို့ရာတွင်အပြစ်ဟူ သည်မှာအဘယ်အရာဖြစ်သည်ကို ငါ့အား ပညတ်တရားကသိရှိစေ၏။ အကယ်၍ ပညတ်တော်က ``လောဘလွန်ကူးခြင်းမရှိ နှင့်'' ဟုမဆိုလျှင်လောဘလွန်ကူးခြင်း ဟူသည်မှာအဘယ်အရာဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို ငါသိရှိလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။-
8 “You will not covet”; and sin having received an opportunity, through the command, worked in me all covetousness—for apart from law sin is dead.
၈အပြစ်တရားသည်ငါတို့အားထိုပညတ် တော်ကိုသတိရစေကာ ငါတို့၏စိတ်အတွင်း ၌တစ်ကိုယ်ကောင်းကြံစည်မှုအမျိုးမျိုးတို့ ကိုဖြစ်ပေါ်စေ၏။ တရားဥပဒေသာမရှိ လျှင်အပြစ်တရားသည်သေလျက်နေ၏။-
9 And I was alive apart from law once, and the command having come, sin revived, and I died;
၉ငါသည်တရားဥပဒေနှင့်ကင်းလျက်အသက် ရှင်ခဲ့သည့်အချိန်ရှိခဲ့ဖူး၏။ သို့သော်ပညတ် တော်ကိုငါသိရှိလာသည်နှင့်တစ်ပြိုင်နက် အပြစ်တရားသည်ရှင်သန်လာ၏။-
10 and the command that [is] for life, this was found by me for death;
၁၀ထို့နောက်ငါသည်သေရ၏။ ငါ့အားအသက်ရှင် စေရန်ပေးအပ်သည့်ပညတ်တော်ကပင်လျှင် ငါ၏အသက်ကိုသေစေလေသည်။-
11 for sin, having received an opportunity, through the command, deceived me, and through it, slew [me],
၁၁အပြစ်တရားသည်အခွင့်ရကာပညတ်တော် အားဖြင့် ငါ့ကိုလှည့်စား၍ငါ့အားသေစေ ၏။
12 so that the Law, indeed, [is] holy, and the command holy, and righteous, and good.
၁၂ထို့ကြောင့်ပညတ်တရားသည်မြင့်မြတ်သန့်ရှင်း ၏။ ပညတ်တော်သည်လည်းမြင့်မြတ်သန့်ရှင်း မှန်ကန်ကောင်းမြတ်၏။-
13 That which is good then, has it become death to me? Let it not be! But sin, that it might appear sin, through the good, working death to me, that sin might become exceedingly sinful through the command.
၁၃သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်ကောင်းမြတ်သည့်အရာကငါ့အား သေစေသလော။ မသေစေနိုင်ရာ။ ငါ့အားသေစေ သောအရာမှာအပြစ်တရားဖြစ်ပေသည်။ အပြစ် တရားသည် ၎င်း၏ပင်ကိုသဘောသဘာဝကို ပေါ်လွင်ထင်ရှားစေရန် ကောင်းမြတ်သည့်အရာ ကိုအသုံးပြု၍ငါ့ကိုသေစေခြင်းသာဖြစ်၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍အပြစ်တရားသည်မည်မျှဆိုးရွား ကြောင်းကိုပညတ်တော်အားဖြင့်သိရ၏။
14 For we have known that the Law is spiritual, and I am fleshly, sold by sin;
၁၄ပညတ်တရားသည်ဝိညာဉ်ရေးနှင့်ဆိုင်ကြောင်း ငါတို့သိကြ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ငါသည်အပြစ် တရား၏ကျွန်ဖြစ်သည့်လူသားဖြစ်၏။-
15 for that which I work, I do not acknowledge; for not what I will, this I practice, but what I hate, this I do.
၁၅မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်ပြုသည့်အမှုကိုပင်နားမလည်။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်မိမိပြုကျင့်လိုသည့် အတိုင်းမပြုကျင့်ဘဲ မိမိရွံမုန်းသည့်အမှု ကိုသာပြုသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။-
16 And if what I do not will, this I do, I consent to the Law that [it is] good,
၁၆ငါသည်မိမိမပြုကျင့်လိုသောအမှုကိုပြု ကျင့်၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ပညတ်တရားမှန်ကန်ကြောင်း ကိုငါဝန်ခံ၏။-
17 and now it is no longer I that work it, but sin dwelling in me,
၁၇ထို့ကြောင့်ငါပြုသောအမှုကိုပြုသောသူသည် စင်စစ်အားဖြင့်ငါမဟုတ်၊ ငါ၏စိတ်နှလုံး အတွင်း၌ရှင်သန်လျက်ရှိသည့်အပြစ်တရား ပင်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။-
18 for I have known that there does not dwell in me, that is, in my flesh, good: for to will is present with me, and I do not find to work that which is right,
၁၈ငါ၏လူ့ဇာတိ၌ကောင်းသောအရာမရှိကြောင်း ငါသိ၏။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ငါ့မှာအကျင့် ကောင်းကို ပြုကျင့်လိုသောစိတ်ရှိသော်လည်းပြု ကျင့်နိုင်စွမ်းကားမရှိသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။-
19 for the good that I will, I do not do; but the evil that I do not will, this I practice.
၁၉ငါသည်အကျင့်ကောင်းကိုပြုကျင့်လိုသော်လည်း မပြုကျင့်ဘဲမကျင့်လိုသောအကျင့်ဆိုးကို သာကျင့်၏။-
20 And if what I do not will, this I do, it is no longer I that work it, but sin that is dwelling in me.
၂၀မိမိမကျင့်လိုသောအကျင့်ကိုကျင့်သောသူ ကားငါမဟုတ်၊ ငါ၏စိတ်နှလုံးအတွင်း၌ရှင် သန်လျက်ရှိသောအပြစ်တရားပင်ဖြစ်၏။
21 I find, then, the law, that when I desire to do what is right, the evil is present with me,
၂၁သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါတွေ့ရှိရသောသဘောတရားမှာ ငါသည်အကျင့်ကောင်းကိုကျင့်လိုသောအခါ အကျင့်ဆိုးကိုသာကျင့်နိုင်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။-
22 for I delight in the Law of God according to the inward man,
၂၂ဘုရားသခင်၏ပညတ်တရားတော်ကို ငါ၏ စိတ်နှလုံးကနှစ်သက်ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာလက်ခံ ၏။-
23 and I behold another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin that [is] in my members.
၂၃သို့သော်ငါ၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာအတွင်း၌ ငါ၏စိတ်က နှစ်သက်သည့်သဘောတရားနှင့်ဆိုင်ပြိုင်တိုက် ခိုက်လျက်နေသည့်အခြားသဘောတရားတစ်ခု ရှိ၏။ ထိုသဘောတရားသည်ငါ၏အတွင်း၌ ထကြွလှုပ်ရှား၍ ငါ့အားအပြစ်တရား၏ လက်သို့အပ်နှံသည်ကိုငါမြင်ရ၏။-
24 A wretched man I [am]! Who will deliver me out of the body of this death?
၂၄သြော် ဒုက္ခပါတကား။ သေစေသည့်ဤကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ မှအဘယ်သူသည်ငါ့ကိုကယ်ဆယ်မည်နည်း။-
25 I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord; so then, I myself indeed serve the Law of God with the mind, and with the flesh, the law of sin.
၂၅ငါတို့အရှင်သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်အားဖြင့်ကယ် ဆယ်တော်မူသောဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူး တော်သည်ကြီးလှစွတကား။ အချုပ်အားဖြင့်ငါ၏ဖြစ်ရပ်ကိုဖော်ပြရသော် ငါသည်စိတ်အားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏တရားတော် အောက်အစေခံသော်လည်းဇာတိသဘောအား ဖြင့်အပြစ်တရားအောက်အစေခံ၏။
