Romans 7
1 Are you ignorant, brothers—for to those knowing law I speak—that the law has lordship over the man as long as he lives?
୧ଏ ବାଇବଇନିମନ୍, ଏବେ ମୁଇ ଜାଇଟା କଇବାକେ ଗାଲିନି, ସେଟା ଅଇଲାନି ନିୟମ୍ । ନିୟମ୍ କାଇଟା ବଲି ତମେ ବୁଜିପାରାସ୍, ତାର୍ ଅରତ୍ ମିସା ଜାନାସ୍ । ମୁନୁସ୍ ଅବ୍କା ତାର୍ ଜିଇବା କାଇବା ଦିନ୍ ଜାକ ନିୟମର୍ ତଲେ ରଇସି ।
2 For the married woman to the living husband has been bound by law, and if the husband may die, she has been free from the law of the husband;
୨ବିବା ଅଇବା ବିସଇ ଦେକ୍ଲେ, ମୁନୁସ୍ ବଁଚି ରଇବା ଜାକ, ତାର୍ ମାଇଜି ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବିବା ବାନ୍ଦନେ ବାନ୍ଦିଅଇରଇସି । ମାତର୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ ମରିଗାଲା ପଚେ ତାର୍ ମାଇଜି ଏ ନିୟମେଅନି ମୁକଲ୍ସି ।
3 so then, the husband being alive, she will be called an adulteress if she may become another man’s; and if the husband may die, she is free from the law, so as not to be an adulteress, having become another man’s.
୩ସେ ବଁଚି ରଇଲା ବେଲେ, ତାର୍ ମାଇଜି ଜଦି ବିନ୍ ମୁନୁସ୍କେ ବିବା ଅଇସି, ତେବେ ତାକେ ଚାଡ୍ରି ବଲି କଇବାଇ, ମାତର୍ ମୁନୁସର୍ ମରନ୍ ପଚେ ବିନ୍ ମୁନୁସ୍କେ ବିବା ଅଇଲେ, ତାକେ ଆରି ଚାଡ୍ରି ବଲି ନ କଅତ୍ । ନିୟମ୍ ଇସାବେ ସେ ଗଟେକ୍ ମୁକ୍ଲି ରଇବା ମାଇଜି ।
4 So that, my brothers, you also were made dead to the law through the body of the Christ, for your becoming another’s, who was raised up out of the dead, that we might bear fruit to God;
୪ଏ ମର୍ ବାଇବଇନିମନ୍, ତମେ ମିସା ସମାନ୍ ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ । ନିୟମ୍ ଇସାବେ କିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ଗାଗ୍ଡେ ମିସ୍ଲାର୍ପାଇ ତମେମିସା ମରିଆଚାସ୍ । ଏବେ ତମେ ତାର୍ଟା । ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତାକେ ମରନେଅନି ଉଟାଇଆଚେ । ଜେନ୍ତାରିକି ତାର୍ ସେବାକାମେ ଆମେ ମିସା ମିସ୍ବୁ ।
5 for when we were in the flesh, the passions of sins, that [are] through the Law, were working in our members, to bear fruit to death;
୫ଜେତେଦିନ୍ ଜାକ ଆମେ ଗାଗଡ୍ ମନ୍ କଲା ଇସାବେ ବାନ୍ଦିଅଇରଇଲୁ, ନିୟମ୍ ଆମ୍କେ ନାଇ ବଲି କଇତେରଇଲା । ସେଟା ଆମର୍ ପାପ୍ ଅଦିକ୍ ଅଦିକ୍ କରାଇତେ ରଇଲା । ଆରି ଆମେ ମରନ୍ ବାଟେ ଜାଇତେରଇଲୁ ।
6 and now we have ceased from the Law, that being dead in which we were held, so that we may serve in newness of spirit, and not in oldness of letter.
୬ଏବେ ଆମେ ନିୟମର୍ ସାସନେଅନି ମୁକଲ୍ଲୁ ଆଚୁ, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଜନ୍ଟା ଆମ୍କେ ଦିନେକ୍ ବନ୍ଦି କରି ସଙ୍ଗାଇରଇଲା, ସେଟା ଆମର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ମରିଗାଲାଆଚେ । ଆମେ ଆରି ଆଗ୍ତୁର୍ ପାରା ଲେକାଅଇଲା ନିୟମ୍ ଇସାବେ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ସେବାକରୁ ନାଇ । ଏବେ ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମା ଦେକାଇଲା ବାଟେ ଇଣ୍ଡ୍ଲୁନି ।
7 What, then, will we say? The Law [is] sin? Let it not be! But I did not know sin except through law, for also the covetousness I had not known if the Law had not said:
୭ତେବେ ଆମେ କାଇଟା ବଲି କଉଁ, ନିୟମେସେ ପାପ୍ ଆଚେ କି? ସେଟା ସତଇସେ ନଏଁ । ମାତର୍ ପାପ୍ କାଇଟା? ସେଟା, ମକେ ନିୟମ୍ ଜାନାଇଦେଲା ଆଚେ । “ବିନ୍ ଲକର୍ ଦିନ୍ସୁ ଲବାଇବାର୍ ନାଇ ।” ଏ ଆଦେସ୍ ଜଦି ନିୟମ୍ତେଇ ନ ରଇତା, ଲବାଇବାଟା କାଇଟା ବଲି ମୁଇ ନାଜାନ୍ତି ।
8 “You will not covet”; and sin having received an opportunity, through the command, worked in me all covetousness—for apart from law sin is dead.
୮ମାତର୍ ଉପ୍ରର୍ ଆଦେସର୍ ସୁବିଦାନେଇ ପାପ୍ ମର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ବିନ୍ବିନ୍ ରକାମର୍ କାରାପ୍ ମନ୍ କର୍ବାଟା ଜନ୍ମାଇଲା । ନିୟମ୍କେ ଚାଡିଦେଲେ ପାପ୍ ମଲା ସମାନ୍ ଆଚେ ।
9 And I was alive apart from law once, and the command having come, sin revived, and I died;
୯ଗଟେକ୍ ବେଲାଇ, ମୁଇ ନିୟମ୍ ନାଜାନି କରି ଜିଇତେ ରଇଲି, ନିୟମ୍ ଜାନ୍ଲା ପଚେ ପାପ୍ ପୁର୍ଲା,
10 and the command that [is] for life, this was found by me for death;
୧୦ଆରି ମୁଇ ମରିଗାଲି । ଜନ୍ ନିୟମ୍ ଜିବନ୍ ଦେବାକେ ଟିକ୍ କରିରଇଲା, ସେଟା ମର୍ ପାଇ ମରନ୍ ଆନ୍ଲା ।
11 for sin, having received an opportunity, through the command, deceived me, and through it, slew [me],
୧୧କାଇକେବଇଲେ ନିୟମର୍ ସୁବିଦା ନେଇ ମକେ ପାପ୍ ନାଡାଇଲା ଆରି ମରାଇଲା ।
12 so that the Law, indeed, [is] holy, and the command holy, and righteous, and good.
୧୨ନିୟମ୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଆଇଲାକେ ସୁକଲ୍ ଆଚେ । ତାର୍ ଆଦେସ୍ ସବୁ ସୁକଲ୍, ଟିକ୍ ଆରି ବେସି ନିକ ।
13 That which is good then, has it become death to me? Let it not be! But sin, that it might appear sin, through the good, working death to me, that sin might become exceedingly sinful through the command.
୧୩ସେନ୍ତିଆଲେ ଜନ୍ଟା ନିକ, ସେଟା କାଇକେ ମର୍ ମରନ୍ ଆନ୍ବାଟା ଅଇରଇଲା? ସେନ୍ତାରି କେବେ ନ ଅ । ମାତର୍ ପାପର୍ ମରନ୍ ଅଇଲା । ତାର୍ ନିୟମ୍, ଜେନ୍ତିକି ଆମର୍ ପାପ୍ କେତେକ୍ କାରାପ୍ ଆଚେବଲି ଡିସାଇବାକେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଜଜ୍ନା ରଇଲା । ତେବର୍ପାଇ ତାର୍ ନିୟମର୍ଲାଗି ଏଟା ସାଦନ୍ କଲା ।
14 For we have known that the Law is spiritual, and I am fleshly, sold by sin;
୧୪ଆମେ ଜାନୁ ଜେ, ନିୟମ୍ ଆତ୍ମାଇ ଆଇସି, ମାତର୍ ମୁଇ ମର୍ ଗାଗଡ୍ ମନ୍ କଲାଟାକେ ମାନ୍ଲାର୍ପାଇ ପାପର୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ଅଇଲିଆଚି ।
15 for that which I work, I do not acknowledge; for not what I will, this I practice, but what I hate, this I do.
୧୫ମୁଇ ଜନ୍ଟା କଲିନି, ସେଟା ବୁଜି ନାଇ, ମାତର୍ ଜନ୍ ନିକ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲିନି ସେଟାସେ କରିନାପାର୍ଲିନି । ଆରି ଜନ୍ କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ମୁଇ ମୁଲ୍କେ ମନ୍ କରି ନାଇ, ସେଟାସେ କଲିନି ।
16 And if what I do not will, this I do, I consent to the Law that [it is] good,
୧୬ମାତର୍ ମୁଇ ମନ୍ ନ କରି ରଇବା କାମ୍ କର୍ବାର୍ ଲାଗି, ନିୟମ୍ ଟିକ୍ ଆଚେ ବଲି ମାନ୍ଲିନି ।
17 and now it is no longer I that work it, but sin dwelling in me,
୧୭ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଏ ସବୁ ଜାକ କାମ୍ ମୁଇ କରି ନାଇ । ମର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ରଇବା ପାପ୍ସେ ସେଟା କଲାନି ।
18 for I have known that there does not dwell in me, that is, in my flesh, good: for to will is present with me, and I do not find to work that which is right,
୧୮ମର୍ ଗାଗଡର୍ କାରାପ୍ ମନ୍ କର୍ବାଟାନେଅନି କାଇମିସା ନିମାନ୍ ବିସଇ ନ ଆସେ ବଲି ମୁଇ ଜାନ୍ଲିନି । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ନିକ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ମନ୍ ରଇଲେ ମିସା ସେଟା କରି ନାପାର୍ଲିନି ।
19 for the good that I will, I do not do; but the evil that I do not will, this I practice.
୧୯ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଜନ୍ ନିକ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ମୁଇ ମନ୍ କଲିନି, ସେ କାମ୍ ନ କରି, ଜନ୍ କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ମୁଲ୍କେ ମନ୍ ନାଇ, ସେଟାସେ କଲିନି ।
20 And if what I do not will, this I do, it is no longer I that work it, but sin that is dwelling in me.
୨୦ଜଦି ମୁଇ ମନ୍ ନ କର୍ବାଟା କରିଲାଗି ଆଚି, ସେନ୍ତାର୍ଆଲେ ଜାଇଟା କଲିନି, ସେଟା ମୁଇ ସତଇସେ କରିନାଇ, ମର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ରଇଲା ପାପ୍ସେ ସେଟା କଲାନି ।
21 I find, then, the law, that when I desire to do what is right, the evil is present with me,
୨୧ଏଟା ମର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଗଟେକ୍ କାମ୍କର୍ବା ନିୟମ୍ ବଲି ମନେ ଅଇଲାନି । ଜନ୍ଟା ନିକ, ସେଟା ମୁଇ କର୍ବାକେ ଗାଲାବେଲେ, ଅବ୍କା କାରାପ୍ ବିସଇସେ କଲିନି ।
22 for I delight in the Law of God according to the inward man,
୨୨ପରମେସରର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ନାମ୍ବାକେ ମୁଇ ବେସି ମନ୍ କଲିନି,
23 and I behold another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin that [is] in my members.
୨୩ମାତର୍ ମର୍ ମନ୍ କଲା ବିରଦେ ମର୍ ଗାଗଡ୍ ତେବାଇବା ବିଦି ସବୁବେଲେ ଜୁଇଦ୍ କଲାନି । ମର୍ ଗାଗ୍ଡେ କାମ୍କର୍ତେ ରଇବା ସବୁ ପାପ୍ ମକେ ବନ୍ଦି କରି ସଙ୍ଗଇଲା ଆଚେ ।
24 A wretched man I [am]! Who will deliver me out of the body of this death?
୨୪କେଡେ କରମ୍ ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ ମୁଇ! ମରନର୍ ମୁଏଁ ଜିକିନେବା ଏ ଗାଗଡର୍ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି ଅନି କେ ମକେ ମୁକ୍ଲାଇସି?
25 I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord; so then, I myself indeed serve the Law of God with the mind, and with the flesh, the law of sin.
୨୫ପରମେସର୍ ଦନିଅବାଦ୍ ପାଅ! ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜିସୁ କିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ଲାଗି ମୁଇ ଉଦାର୍ ପାଇଆଚି । ତେବେ, ଏଟା ଅଇଲାନି ମର୍ କରମ୍ । ପରମେସରର୍ ନିୟମ୍ କାଲି ମୁଇ ମର୍ ମନେ ନାମି ପାର୍ବି । ମାତର୍ ମର୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ ଇସାବର୍ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି ମକେ ପାପର୍ ଗତି ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ଅଇବାକେ ବାଦିଅ କଲାନି ।
