< Romans 2 >

1 Therefore, you are inexcusable, O man—everyone who is judging—for in that in which you judge the other, yourself you condemn, for the same things you practice who are judging,
Əmdi ǝy baxⱪilarning üstidin ⱨɵküm ⱪilidiƣan insan, kim boluxungdin ⱪǝt’iynǝzǝr baⱨanǝ kɵrsitǝlmǝysǝn; qünki baxⱪilar üstidin ⱪaysi ixta ⱨɵküm ⱪilsang, xu ixta ɵz gunaⱨingni bekitisǝn. Qünki ǝy ⱨɵkümqi, sǝn ɵzüngmu ularƣa ohxax ixlarni ⱪiliwatisǝn.
2 and we have known that the judgment of God is according to truth, on those practicing such things.
Bizgǝ mǝlumki, Hudaning undaⱪ ixlarni ⱪilƣanlar üstidin ⱨɵküm qiⱪirixi [mutlǝⱪ] ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtkǝ asaslanƣandur.
3 And do you think this, O man, who are judging those who such things are practicing, and are doing them, that you will escape the judgment of God?
Xunga, i xundaⱪ ixlarni ⱪilƣanlar üstidin ⱨɵküm qiⱪarƣuqi, xundaⱪla xuningƣa ohxax ixlarni ⱪilƣuqi insan, ɵzüng Hudaning ⱨɵkümidin ⱪaqalaymǝn dǝp hiyal ⱪilamsǝn?
4 Or the riches of His goodness, and forbearance, and long-suffering, do you despise, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to conversion?
Yaki Hudaning meⱨribanliⱪining seni towa ⱪilix yoliƣa baxlaydiƣanliⱪini ⱨeq bilmǝy, uning meⱨribanliⱪi, kǝng ⱪorsaⱪliⱪi wǝ sǝwr-taⱪitining molluⱪiƣa sǝl ⱪarawatamsǝn?
5 But according to your hardness and impenitent heart, you treasure up wrath to yourself in [the] day of wrath and of the revelation of the righteous judgment of God,
Əksiqǝ, towa ⱪilmaydiƣan jaⱨilliⱪing wǝ tax yürǝklikingdin, Huda adil ⱨɵkümini ayan ⱪilidiƣan ƣǝzǝplik küni üqün sǝn ɵz bexingƣa qüxidiƣan ƣǝzipini toplawatisǝn.
6 who will render to each according to his works;
Huda ⱨǝrkimgǝ ɵz ǝmǝllirigǝ yarixa ix kɵridu.
7 to those, indeed, who in continuance of a good work, seek glory, and honor, and incorruptibility—continuous life; (aiōnios g166)
Yahxi ixlarni sǝwrqanliⱪ bilǝn ⱪilip, xan-xǝrǝp, ⱨɵrmǝt-eⱨtiram wǝ baⱪiyliⱪni izdigǝnlǝrgǝ U mǝnggülük ⱨayat ata ⱪilidu; (aiōnios g166)
8 and to those contentious, and disobedient, indeed, to the truth, and obeying the unrighteousness—indignation and wrath,
lekin xǝhsiyǝtqilǝrgǝ, ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtkǝ tǝn bǝrmǝy, ǝksiqǝ ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝtsizlikkǝ ǝgǝxkǝnlǝrgǝ ƣǝzǝp-ⱪǝⱨr yaƣdurulidu;
9 tribulation and distress, on every soul of man that is working the evil, both of Jew first, and of Greek;
yamanliⱪ ⱪilidiƣan barliⱪ jan igisigǝ, aldi bilǝn Yǝⱨudiylarƣa, andin Greklǝrgǝ külpǝt wǝ dǝrd-ǝlǝm qüxidu;
10 and glory, and honor, and peace, to everyone who is working the good, both to Jew first, and to Greek.
biraⱪ, barliⱪ yahxiliⱪ ⱪilƣuqilarƣa, aldi bilǝn Yǝⱨudiylarƣa, andin Greklǝrgǝ xan-xǝrǝp, ⱨɵrmǝt-eⱨtiram wǝ aman-hatirjǝmlik tǝⱪdim ⱪilinidu.
11 For there is no favor by appearance with God,
Qünki Hudada adǝmning yüz-hatirisini ⱪilix yoⱪtur.
12 for as many as sinned without law, will also perish without law, and as many as sinned in law, through law will be judged,
— qünki Tǝwrat ⱪanunini bilmǝy gunaⱨ sadir ⱪilƣanlarning ⱨǝrbiri Tǝwrat ⱪanunining ⱨɵkümigǝ uqrimisimu, [ǝyibkǝ uqrap] ⱨalak bolidu; Tǝwrat ⱪanunini bilip turup gunaⱨ sadir ⱪilƣanlarning ⱨǝrbiri bu ⱪanun boyiqǝ soraⱪⱪa tartilidu
13 for not the hearers of the Law [are] righteous before God, but the doers of the Law will be declared righteous.
(qünki Hudaning aldida ⱪanunni angliƣanlar ǝmǝs, bǝlki ⱪanunƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilƣuqilar ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱨesablinidu.
14 For when nations that have no law, by nature may do the things of the Law, these not having a law—to themselves are a law,
Qünki Tǝwrat ⱪanunini bilmǝydiƣan ǝlliklǝr tǝbiiy ⱨalda bu ⱪanunƣa uyƣun ixlarni ⱪilsa, gǝrqǝ bu ⱪanundin hǝwǝrsiz bolsimu, Tǝwrat ⱪanuni ularda kɵrüngǝn bolidu.
15 who show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience also witnessing with them, and between one another the thoughts accusing or else defending,
Ularning bu ⱪilƣanliri ɵz ⱪǝlblirigǝ ⱪanun tǝlǝplirining pütüklük ikǝnlikini kɵrsitidu; xuningdǝk, ularning wijdanlirimu ɵzlirigǝ ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtning guwaⱨqisi bolup, oy-pikirliri ɵzini ǝyiblǝydu yaki ɵzini aⱪlaydu)
16 in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my good news, through Jesus Christ.
— mǝn yǝtküzüp keliwatⱪan bu hux hǝwǝrgǝ asasǝn Hudaning Əysa Mǝsiⱨ arⱪiliⱪ insanlarning ⱪǝlbidǝ pükkǝn mǝhpiy ixlar üstidin ⱨɵküm qiⱪiridiƣan künidǝ [yuⱪirida eytilƣan ixlar qoⱪum yüz beridu].
17 Behold, you are named a Jew, and rest on the Law, and boast in God,
Sǝnqu, ǝgǝr ɵzüngni Yǝⱨudiy dǝp atap, Tǝwrat ⱪanuniƣa ümid baƣlap, Hudaƣa tǝwǝmǝn dǝp mahtansang,
18 and know the will, and approve the distinctions, being instructed out of the Law,
ⱪanundin ɵginip uning iradisini bilip, esil bilǝn pǝsni pǝrⱪ ǝtkǝn bolsang,
19 and have confidence that you yourself are a leader of blind ones, a light of those in darkness,
Tǝwrat ⱪanunidin bilim wǝ ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtning jǝwⱨirigǝ igǝ boldum dǝp ⱪarap, ɵzüngni korlarƣa yol baxliƣuqi, ⱪarangƣuda ⱪalƣanlarƣa mayak, nadanlarƣa ɵgǝtküqi, gɵdǝklǝrgǝ ustaz dǝp ixǝngǝn bolsang —
20 a corrector of foolish ones, a teacher of babies, having the form of the knowledge and of the truth in the Law.
21 You, then, who are teaching another, do you not teach yourself?
ǝmdi sǝn baxⱪilarƣa tǝlim berisǝnu, ɵzünggǝ bǝrmǝmsǝn? Oƣriliⱪ ⱪilmanglar dǝp wǝz eytisǝnu, ɵzüng oƣriliⱪ ⱪilamsǝn?
22 You who are preaching not to steal, do you steal? You who are saying not to commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who are abhorring the idols, do you rob temples?
«Zina ⱪilmanglar» — dǝp wǝz eytiysǝnu, ɵzüng zina ⱪilamsǝn? Butlardin nǝprǝtlinisǝnu, ɵzüng buthanilardiki nǝrsilǝrni bulang-talang ⱪilamsǝn?
23 You who boast in the Law, through the transgression of the Law do you dishonor God?
Tǝwrat ⱪanuni bilǝn mahtinisǝnu, ɵzüng xu ⱪanunƣa hilapliⱪ ⱪilip, Hudaƣa daƣ kǝltürǝmsǝn?!
24 For evil is spoken of the Name of God among the nations because of you, according as it has been written.
Huddi [muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda] yezilƣinidǝk: «Silǝrning ⱪilmixinglar tüpǝylidin Hudaning nami taipilǝr arisida kupurluⱪⱪa uqrimaⱪta».
25 For circumcision, indeed, profits, if you may practice law, but if you may be a transgressor of law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision.
Tǝwrat ⱪanuniƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilsang, hǝtnǝ ⱪilinƣiningning ǝⱨmiyiti bolidu, lekin uningƣa hilapliⱪ ⱪilsang, hǝtnǝ ⱪilinƣining hǝtnǝ ⱪilinmiƣandǝk ⱨesablinidu.
26 If, therefore, the uncircumcision may keep the righteousness of the Law, will not his uncircumcision be reckoned for circumcision?
Əmdi hǝtnisizlǝr ⱪanunning tǝlǝpligǝ ǝmǝl ⱪilsa, gǝrqǝ hǝtnisiz bolsimu, Huda tǝripidin hǝtnilik ⱨesablanmamdu?
27 And the uncircumcision, by nature, fulfilling the Law, will judge you who, through letter and circumcision, [are] a transgressor of law.
Tǝwrat ⱪanun dǝsturidin hǝwǝrdar wǝ hǝtnilik turuⱪluⱪ ⱪanunƣa hilapliⱪ ⱪilƣuqi, i Yǝⱨudiy, ⱪanunƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilidiƣan jismaniy hǝtnisizlǝr tǝripidin sening gunaⱨing üstidin ⱨɵküm qiⱪiriliwatmamdu?
28 For he is not a Jew who is [so] outwardly, neither [is] circumcision that which is outward in flesh;
Qünki sirtⱪi kɵrünüxi Yǝⱨudiy bolsila uni [ⱨǝⱪiⱪiy] Yǝⱨudiy degili bolmaydu, sirtⱪi jǝⱨǝttiki jismaniy hǝtninimu [ⱨǝⱪiⱪiy] hǝtnǝ degili bolmaydu,
29 but a Jew [is] he who is [so] inwardly, and circumcision [is] of the heart, in spirit, not in letter, of which the praise is not of men, but of God.
roⱨida Yǝⱨudiy bolƣini [ⱨǝⱪiⱪiy] Yǝⱨudiydur; uning hǝtnǝ ⱪilinƣini hǝtnǝ ⱪanun dǝsturi arⱪiliⱪ ǝmǝs, bǝlki ⱪǝlbidǝ, Roⱨtindur. Bundaⱪ kixining tǝriplinixi insanlar tǝripidin ǝmǝs, bǝlki Huda tǝripidin bolidu.
