Romans 16
1 And I commend you to Phoebe our sister—being a servant of the assembly that [is] in Cenchrea—
I recommend to you our sister Phoebe, who is a deaconess at the Cenchreae church.
2 that you may receive her in the LORD, worthily of the holy ones, and may assist her in whatever matter she may have need of you, for she also became a leader of many, and of myself.
Please welcome her in the Lord, as believers should, and help her in whatever way she needs, because she has been a great help to many people, myself included.
3 Greet Priscilla and Aquilas, my fellow-workmen in Christ Jesus—
Pass on my greetings to Prisca and Aquila, my co-workers in Christ Jesus,
4 who laid down their own neck for my life, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the assemblies of the nations—
who risked their lives for me. It's not just me who is very thankful for them, but all the churches of the foreigners too.
5 and the assembly at their house; greet Epaenetus, my beloved, who is first-fruit of Achaia to Christ.
Please also give my greetings to the church that meets in their home. Pass on my best wishes to my good friend Epaenetus, the first person to follow Christ in the province of Asia.
6 Greet Mary, who labored much for us;
Give my greetings to Mary, who worked hard for you,
7 greet Andronicus and Junias, my relatives, and my fellow-captives, who are of note among the apostles, who also have been in Christ before me.
and also Andronicus and Junia, from my own country and fellow-prisoners. They are well-known among the apostles, and became followers of Christ before me.
8 Greet Amplias, my beloved in the LORD;
Give my best to Ampliatus, my good friend in the Lord;
9 greet Arbanus, our fellow-workman in Christ, and Stachys, my beloved;
to Urbanus, our co-worker in Christ; and to my dear friend Stachys.
10 greet Apelles, the approved in Christ; greet those of the [household] of Aristobulus;
My greetings to Apelles, a trustworthy man in Christ. Greetings to Aristobulus's family,
11 greet Herodion, my relative; greet those of the [household] of Narcissus, who are in the LORD;
to my countryman Herodion, and to those from Narcissus' family who belong to the Lord.
12 greet Tryphaena, and Tryphosa, who are laboring in the LORD; greet Persis, the beloved, who labored much in the LORD.
My best wishes to Tryphaena and Tryphosa, hard workers for the Lord, and to my friend Persis, who has done so much in the Lord.
13 Greet Rufus, the chosen one in the LORD, and his mother and mine,
Give my greetings to Rufus, an exceptional worker, and his mother—who I count as my mother too.
14 greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brothers with them;
Greetings to Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas, and the fellow-believers who are with them.
15 greet Philologus, and Julias, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the holy ones with them;
Best wishes to Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, Olympas, and to all the believers with them.
16 greet one another in a holy kiss; the assemblies of Christ greet you.
Greet one another affectionately. All the churches of Christ send their greetings to you.
17 And I call on you, brothers, to mark those who are causing the divisions and the stumbling-blocks, contrary to the teaching that you learned, and turn away from them;
Now I'm pleading with you my fellow-believers: watch out for those who cause arguments and confuse people about the teachings you learned. Stay away from them!
18 for such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and through the good word and fair speech they deceive the hearts of the harmless.
These people are not serving Christ our Lord but their own appetites, and by their smooth-talking and pleasant words they deceive the minds of unsuspecting people.
19 For your obedience reached to all; I rejoice, therefore, as regards you, and I wish you to be wise, indeed, as to the good, and pure as to the evil;
Everyone knows how faithful you are. This makes me really happy. However, I want you to be wise about what's good, and innocent of anything bad.
20 and the God of peace will bruise Satan under your feet quickly; the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you. Amen!
The God of peace will soon break the power of Satan and make him subject to you. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
21 Timotheus greets you, my fellow-workman, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my relatives;
Timothy my co-worker sends his greetings, as do Lucius, Jason, and Sosipater, my fellow-countrymen.
22 I, Tertius, greet you (who wrote the letter) in the LORD;
Tertius—who wrote down this letter—also sends you greetings in the Lord.
23 Gaius greets you, my host, and of the whole Assembly; Erastus greets you, the steward of the city, and Quartus the brother.
My host Gaius, and the whole church here, send you greetings. Erastus the city treasurer, sends his best wishes, as does our fellow-believer Quartus.

25 And to Him who is able to establish you, according to my good news, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the secret, having been kept secret in the times of the ages, (aiōnios g166)

26 and now having been revealed, also, through prophetic writings, according to a command of the perpetual God, having been made known to all the nations for obedience of faith— (aiōnios g166)
now made visible; Through the prophets' writings, and Following the command of the eternal God, The mystery of truth is made known to everyone everywhere so they can trust and obey him; (aiōnios g166)
