< Romans 13 >
1 Let every soul be subject to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and the authorities existing are appointed by God,
Amitakip thunei vaipo ho thua nungtei diudol ahi. Ajehchu thuneina jouse hi Pathen'a kon ahin, chule thuneina panmun hoa Pathen'in amaho apansah ahi.
2 so that he who is setting himself against the authority, has resisted against God’s ordinance; and those resisting will receive judgment to themselves.
Hijeh a chu koi hijongleh athuneiho douva chu Pathen tohgonsa douva ahiuvin, chutia chu gimbolna ama hon akimu dingu ahi.
3 For those ruling are not a terror to the good works, but to the evil; and do you wish to not be afraid of the authority? Be doing that which is good, and you will have praise from it,
Ajehchu thuneiho khu thilpha bolho dinga kichat ding hilou ahiuve, hinla thilse bolho chunga ding bou ahi. Thuneiho kichalouva na-umnom em? Adih chu bol'in, chuteng amahon najabol dingu ahi.
4 for it is a servant of God to you for good; and if you may do that which is evil, be fearing, for it does not bear the sword in vain; for it is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who is doing that which is evil.
Thuneiho khu thilpha bol dinga kisol doh Pathen sohte ahiuve. Hinla aphalou nabol'a ahileh kichatna neijon, ajehchu amahon gimbol theina thaneina aneiyu ahi. Amaho chu thilphalou bolho gimbol dinga Pathen in asol ahiuve.
5 For this reason it is necessary to be subject, not only because of the wrath, but also because of the conscience,
Hijeh a chu nangho amaho thuneina noija nakipehlut dingu ahi, na-engbollouna ding'u jengseh a bou hilouva, se-le-pha hetna lunggel neitheina dinga jong ahi.
6 for because of this you also pay tribute; for they are servants of God, on this very thing attending continually;
Hiche jehchun kaisum peuvin, ajehchu Solkal natong ho chun lhalo amudiu dol ahi. Amaho chu atoh nau lamdol'a Pathen lhacha natong hiuva ahi.
7 render, therefore, to all [their] dues; to whom tribute, the tribute; to whom custom, the custom; to whom fear, the fear; to whom honor, the honor.
Nangman bat nanei chu sadoh in. Nanghon Solkal kaisum dongho peuvin, chule thunei vaihom ho jabolna peuvin.
8 To no one owe anything, except to love one another; for he who is loving the other—he has fulfilled law,
Khat le khat kingailut tona tailouvin koimacha koma bat neihih un. Nangman naheng nakom chu nangailut a ahileh Pathen Dan thupeh in angeh chu nasuh bulhit ding ahi.
9 for, “You will not commit adultery, You will not murder, You will not steal, You will not bear false testimony, You will not covet”; and if there is any other command, in this word it is summed up, in this: “You will love your neighbor as yourself”;
Ajehchu thupeh chun, “Nanghon jou sei hih un, nang hon tolthat hih un, nangho gucha hih un, nanghon mi nei thangset bol hih'un” ati ahi. Hichengse chule hitobang adangho chu hiche thupeh khat, “Nangma nakingailut bangin naheng nakom ngailun” ti hin akaigom soh'e.
10 the love to the neighbor works no ill; the love, therefore, [is] the fullness of law.
Ngailutna hin midang alam louvin abolpoi, hijeh chun ngailut hi Pathen Danthu suhbulhitna ahi.
11 And this, knowing the time, that for us, the hour already [is] to be aroused out of sleep, for now our salvation [is] nearer than when we believed;
Ajehchu nanghon ichangeiya, phat bei dingkon kinona ding phat hitam ti naheuve. Khangun, ajehchu itahsan masatlai sanguvin tuhin huhhing ichanna dingu ahung naitai.
12 the night advanced, and the day came near; let us lay aside, therefore, the works of the darkness, and let us put on the armor of the light;
Jan hi kichai ding kon ahitai, huhdoh a iumna dingu chu hunglhung ding ahitai. Hijehchun, muthim natoh ponsenen tobang chu paidoh un. Chule chonphatna hinkho, khovah galvon chonphatna galvon vah-emsel chu kivon un.
13 as in daytime, let us walk properly; not in reveling and drunkenness, not in promiscuity and licentiousness, not in strife and jealousy;
Ajehchu eiho sunlai mi ihiuvin, mi jousen eimu theina dinguva kitup keicha hinkho iman dingu ahije. Muthim natohna ngolpithei kikhop khomna hoa jaolouvin, chule jukham jonthanhoina hinkho ahilouleh kinahna le kimit thipna hoa jaohih-un.
14 but put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and take no forethought for the flesh—for desires.
Chusangin, Pakai Yeshua Christa to hinkho mankhomna chu kivon'un. Chule nangho tahsa ngaichat suhbulhit nomna lunggel phalou ho a chun kipelut hih-un.
