< Romans 10 >
1 Brothers, the pleasure indeed of my heart, and my supplication that [is] to God for Israel, is—for salvation;
Toronoo nggara e! Au hii-nau saa, fee neu atahori Israꞌel ra? Au hule-oꞌe fo ara nau Lamatuaꞌ fee masodꞌaꞌ neu se mia sala-kilu nara. Mete ma dadꞌi taꞌo naa, dei fo rala ngga feꞌe namahoꞌo ena!
2 for I bear them testimony that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge,
Au bisa ufadꞌe atahori ia ra tatao-nonoꞌi nara: ara manggate nau tungga Lamatuaꞌ.
3 for not knowing the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they did not submit to the righteousness of God.
Huu ara nda rahine dꞌala masodꞌa ndoo-tetuꞌ a sa, fo mana tao atahori maloleꞌ ro Lamatuaꞌ, naa de ara rae sangga dalaꞌ ao nara fo sobꞌa-sobꞌa maloleꞌ ro Lamatuaꞌ. No taꞌo naa, ara nda nau rena E sa.
4 For Christ is an end of law for righteousness to everyone who is believing,
Naeni de Kristus tao natetu basaꞌ e ena, fo ata bisa maloleꞌ to Lamatuaꞌ. Ma ia naa, basa atahori mana ramahere neu Kristus bisa maloleꞌ ro Lamatualain ena.
5 for Moses describes the righteousness that [is] of the Law, that, “The man who did them will live in them,”
Naa, dalahulun baꞌi Musa natudꞌu dalaꞌ sia Susura Meumareꞌ, fo atahori bisa maloleꞌ ro Lamatualain, sadꞌi ara tao tungga basa Lamatuaꞌ Hohoro-lalanen. Ana suraꞌ, nae “Atahori mana tao tungga basa Hohoro-lalaneꞌ ia ra, dei fo ara hambu rasodꞌa matetuꞌ.”
6 and the righteousness of faith thus speaks: “You may not say in your heart, Who will go up to Heaven?” (that is, to bring Christ down)
Te Lamatuaꞌ Susura Meumaren natudꞌu dalaꞌ laen fai nae, atahori bisa maloleꞌ ro Lamatualain sadꞌi ramahere neu Kristus. Nenesuraꞌ oi, “Sudꞌi mitane mae, ‘Seka bisa hene sorga neu?’” (Naa onaꞌ atahori rae reu rafadꞌe Kristus oi, hai atahori ra maeꞌ a doo bee fo Ana onda nema fee masoi-masodꞌaꞌ neu hai.)
7 or, “Who will go down to the abyss?” (that is, to bring up Christ out of the dead). (Abyssos )
Sia Susura Meumareꞌ a o nenesuraꞌ oi, “Sudꞌi boe mitane mae, “Seka nau onda nisiꞌ Ndola Neraka, sia mamana atahori mates ra?” (Naa onaꞌ atahori rae onda reu fo ro baliꞌ Kristus mia mamaten fo fee masoi-masodꞌaꞌ neu nggita.) (Abyssos )
8 But what does it say? “The saying is near you—in your mouth, and in your heart”: that is, the saying of the faith that we preach;
Sudꞌi taꞌo naa! Huu sia Lamatuaꞌ Susura Meumaren o nenesuraꞌ oi, “Lamatuaꞌ hehelu-fufulin sia matam ena! Huu hehelu-fufulin naa sia bafam no ralam.” Hehelu-fufuliꞌ fo hita tafadꞌe neu atahori tae, “Mete ma mae sangga masoi-masodꞌaꞌ, na, musi mumuhere Kristus!”
9 that if you may confess with your mouth that Jesus [is] LORD, and may believe in your heart that God raised Him out of the dead, you will be saved,
Mete ma mutaa sia bafam mae, “Yesus naa, au Lamatua ngga,” Ma mumuhere sia ralam mae, Lamatualain tao nasodꞌa baliꞌ Yesus Kristus mia mamaten, na, Lamatuaꞌ tefa-soi nggo mia sala-kilu mara.
10 for with the heart [one] believes to righteousness, and with the mouth is confession made to salvation;
Te mete ma ho pake ralam fo mumuhere neu Kristus, na Lamatuaꞌ cap nggo nae, atahori rala ndoos mana maloleꞌ no E. Ma mete ma ho pake bafam fo mutaa mae, Yesus dadꞌi Lamatuaꞌ ma, Lamatuaꞌ fee ambon neu sala-kilu mara.
11 for the Writing says, “Everyone who is believing on Him will not be ashamed,”
Sia Lamatuaꞌ Susura Meumaren nenesuraꞌ oi, “Atahori mana ramahere neu Lamatualain, nda hambu mamaet sa, huu Lamatuaꞌ nae tao natetu, basa saa fo Eni olaꞌ ra.”
12 for there is no difference between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord of all [is] rich to all those calling on Him,
Atahori Yahudi, ro atahori nda Yahudi ra sa, ona esaꞌ. Nda laen sa. Huu Lamatuaꞌ akaꞌ esaꞌ a, Ana dadꞌi Lamatuaꞌ neu basa nusaꞌ raꞌ. Ana nau natudꞌu rala malolen nae-nae neu basa atahori mana roꞌe tulu-faliꞌ mia E.
13 for “Everyone who, if he may have called on the Name of the LORD, will be saved.”
Te sia Susura Meumareꞌ nenesuraꞌ oi, “Basa atahori mana roꞌe tutulu-fafaliꞌ mbali Lamatuaꞌ, dei fo Ana fee ambon neu sala-kilu nara.”
14 How then will they call on [Him] in whom they did not believe? And how will they believe [on Him] of whom they did not hear? And how will they hear apart from one preaching?
Te taꞌo bee atahori bisa roꞌe tulu-fali mbali atahori esa, mete ma ara nda feꞌe ramahere e sa? Boe ma taꞌo bee ara bisa ramahere e, mete ma ara nda feꞌe rena rita dudꞌuin sa? Taꞌo bee ara rena dudꞌuin, mete ma esa o nda feꞌe dui se sa boe?
15 And how will they preach, if they may not be sent? According as it has been written: “How beautiful the feet of those proclaiming good tidings of peace, of those proclaiming good tidings of the good things!”
16 But they were not all obedient to the good tidings, for Isaiah says, “LORD, who gave credence to our report?”
Te hei mihine ena mae, hambu atahori Israꞌel ruma nda nau rena Lamatuaꞌ Hara-lii Malolen sa. Te Lamatuaꞌ mana ola-olan Yesaya sura nae, “Lamatuaꞌ, ee! Atahori nda nau ramahere hehelu-fufuliꞌ fo ara rena mia hai e!”
17 So then faith [is] by a report, and the report through a saying of God,
18 but I say, did they not hear? Yes, indeed, “their voice went forth to all the earth, and their sayings to the ends of the habitable world.”
Au utane sobꞌa, taꞌo ia: mbei ma hei duꞌa mae, atahori Israꞌel ra nda feꞌe rena rita soꞌal Kristus sa, do? Ara rena ena! Onaꞌ nenesuraꞌ sia Lamatuaꞌ Susura Meumaren mia lele uluꞌ a nae, “Lamatuaꞌ mana ola-ola nara hehelu-fufulin soꞌal Lamatuaꞌ nenedui-bꞌenggaꞌ ndule raefafoꞌ a; Dedꞌea-oꞌolan nara losa raefafoꞌ suun ena.”
19 But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says, “I will provoke you to jealousy by [that which is] not a nation, By an unintelligent nation I will anger you,”
Au ae utane dalaꞌ esa fai ae, “Atahori Israꞌel ra nda rahine Lamatuaꞌ dꞌalan sa, do?” Baꞌi Musa naa, atahori kaesan mana suraꞌ dalaꞌ naa nae, Lamatuaꞌ nafadꞌe atahori Israꞌel taꞌo ia: “Au ae tao dalaꞌ esa fee atahori nusaꞌ laen ra. Dei fo dalaꞌ naa tao rala mara mera. Ma Au ae tao dalaꞌ esa, fee atahori fo hei mae nggoaꞌ ra. Dei fo dalaꞌ naa tao nggi mingginggio.”
20 and Isaiah is very bold and says, “I was found by those not seeking Me; I became visible to those not inquiring after Me”;
21 and to Israel He says, “All the day I stretched out My hands to a people unbelieving and contradicting.”
Te ara nda nau rena Au sa, ma ara hiiꞌ a labꞌan Au.”
