< Romans 10 >

1 Brothers, the pleasure indeed of my heart, and my supplication that [is] to God for Israel, is—for salvation;
Kakabsat, para ti pannakaisalakanda ti tarigagay ti pusok ken ti kiddawko iti Dios.
2 for I bear them testimony that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge,
Ta agsaksiak maipanggep kadakuada nga addaanda iti regta para ti Dios, ngem saan a maitutop iti pannakaammo.
3 for not knowing the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they did not submit to the righteousness of God.
Gapu ta saanda nga ammo ti kinalinteg ti Dios, ken pinadasda nga ipasdek ti bukodda a kinalinteg. Saanda a nagpaituray iti kinalinteg ti Dios.
4 For Christ is an end of law for righteousness to everyone who is believing,
Gapu ta ni Cristo iti nakatungpalan iti linteg para iti kinalinteg a maipaay kadagiti amin a namati.
5 for Moses describes the righteousness that [is] of the Law, that, “The man who did them will live in them,”
Gapu ta insurat ni Moises ti maipanggep iti kinalinteg nga agtaud iti linteg: “Agbiag ti tao nga agar-aramid iti kinalinteg ti linteg babaen iti daytoy a kinalinteg.”
6 and the righteousness of faith thus speaks: “You may not say in your heart, Who will go up to Heaven?” (that is, to bring Christ down)
Ngem ibagbaga daytoy iti kinalinteg a nagtaud iti pammati, “Saanyo nga ibaga dita pusoyo, 'Siasino iti umuli idiay langit?' (dayta ket, panangiyulog kenni Cristo).
7 or, “Who will go down to the abyss?” (that is, to bring up Christ out of the dead). (Abyssos g12)
Ken saanyo nga ibaga 'Siasino iti umulog sadiay yuyeng?”' (dayta ket, panangiyuli kenni Cristo manipud ti patay.) (Abyssos g12)
8 But what does it say? “The saying is near you—in your mouth, and in your heart”: that is, the saying of the faith that we preach;
Ngem ania iti ibagbagana? “Asideg ti sao kadakayo, iti ngiwatyo ken iti pusoyo.” Dayta ti sao ti pammati, nga iwarwaragawagmi.
9 that if you may confess with your mouth that Jesus [is] LORD, and may believe in your heart that God raised Him out of the dead, you will be saved,
Gapu ta no bigbigenyo kadagiti ngiwatyo ni Jesus a kas Apo, ken mamatikayo iti pusoyo a pinagungar isuna ti Dios manipud iti patay, maisalakankayonto.
10 for with the heart [one] believes to righteousness, and with the mouth is confession made to salvation;
Ta gapu iti puso a mamati ti tao iti kinalinteg, ken bigbigbigenna ti pannakaisalakan babaen iti ngiwat.
11 for the Writing says, “Everyone who is believing on Him will not be ashamed,”
Ta ibagbaga ti Nasantoan a Sursurat, “Saan a maibabain ti Amin a mamati kenkuana.”
12 for there is no difference between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord of all [is] rich to all those calling on Him,
Ta awan iti nagdumaan iti Judio ken Griego. Ti Apo met laeng ti Apo iti isu-amin, ken narang-ay isuna iti amin nga umaw-awag kenkuana.
13 for “Everyone who, if he may have called on the Name of the LORD, will be saved.”
Ta maisalakan amin nga umawag iti nagan ti Apo.
14 How then will they call on [Him] in whom they did not believe? And how will they believe [on Him] of whom they did not hear? And how will they hear apart from one preaching?
Kasano ngarud nga umawagda kenkuana, kenkuana a saanda a pinati? Ken kasanoda a mamati kenkuana, kenkuana a saanda pay a nangngegan? Ken kasanoda a makangngeg no awan iti mangasaba?
15 And how will they preach, if they may not be sent? According as it has been written: “How beautiful the feet of those proclaiming good tidings of peace, of those proclaiming good tidings of the good things!”
Ken kasanoda a mangasaba, malaksid no naibaonda? —Kas iti naisurat, “Anian a nagpintas dagiti saksaka dagiti mangiwaragawag iti naragsak a damdamag ti naimbag a banbanag!”
16 But they were not all obedient to the good tidings, for Isaiah says, “LORD, who gave credence to our report?”
Ngem saanda amin a dimngeg iti ebanghelio. Gapu ta kinuna ni Isaias, “Apo, siasino ti namati iti mensahemi?”
17 So then faith [is] by a report, and the report through a saying of God,
Ngarud, agtaud ti pammati manipud iti panagdengdengngeg, ken panagdengdengngeg iti sasao ni Cristo.
18 but I say, did they not hear? Yes, indeed, “their voice went forth to all the earth, and their sayings to the ends of the habitable world.”
Ngem kinunak, “Dida kadi nangngeg?” Wen, ken awan duadua. Naiwaras ti unida iti sangalubongan, ken dagiti sasaoda kadagiti pagpatinggaan ti lubong.”
19 But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says, “I will provoke you to jealousy by [that which is] not a nation, By an unintelligent nation I will anger you,”
Maysa pay, Ibagak, “Saankadi a naammoan ti Israel?” Umuna, ibagbaga ni Moises, “Paapalenkayo babaen iti maysa a saan a nasion. Babaen iti nasion nga awan pannakaawatna, pagpungtutenkayo.”
20 and Isaiah is very bold and says, “I was found by those not seeking Me; I became visible to those not inquiring after Me”;
Ken natured ni Isaias ken kinunana, “Nasarakandak dagiti saan a nangbiruk kaniak. Nagparangak kadagiti saan a nangdawat kaniak.”
21 and to Israel He says, “All the day I stretched out My hands to a people unbelieving and contradicting.”
Ngem iti Israel kunana, “Iti agmalem, inyunnato dagiti imak kadagiti saan a natulnog ken kadagiti managkedked a tattao.”
