Revelation 1
1 A revelation of Jesus Christ that God gave to Him to show to His servants what things must quickly come to pass; and He signified [it], having sent through His messenger to His servant John,
யத் ப்ரகாஸி²தம்’ வாக்யம் ஈஸ்²வர: ஸ்வதா³ஸாநாம்’ நிகடம்’ ஸீ²க்⁴ரமுபஸ்தா²ஸ்யந்தீநாம்’ க⁴டநாநாம்’ த³ர்ஸ²நார்த²ம்’ யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டே ஸமர்பிதவாந் தத் ஸ ஸ்வீயதூ³தம்’ ப்ரேஷ்ய நிஜஸேவகம்’ யோஹநம்’ ஜ்ஞாபிதவாந்|
2 who testified [to] the word of God, and the testimony of Jesus Christ, as many things as he also saw.
ஸ சேஸ்²வரஸ்ய வாக்யே க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய ஸாக்ஷ்யே ச யத்³யத்³ த்³ரு’ஷ்டவாந் தஸ்ய ப்ரமாணம்’ த³த்தவாந்|
3 Blessed is he who is reading, and those hearing the words of the prophecy, and keeping the things written in it, for the time is near!
ஏதஸ்ய ப⁴விஷ்யத்³வக்த்ரு’க்³ரந்த²ஸ்ய வாக்யாநாம்’ பாட²க: ஸ்²ரோதாரஸ்²ச தந்மத்⁴யே லிகி²தாஜ்ஞாக்³ராஹிணஸ்²ச த⁴ந்யா யத: ஸ கால: ஸந்நிகட: |
4 John, to the seven assemblies that [are] in Asia: Grace to you, and peace, from Him who is, and who was, and who is coming, and from the Seven Spirits that are before His throne,
யோஹந் ஆஸி²யாதே³ஸ²ஸ்தா²: ஸப்த ஸமிதீ: ப்ரதி பத்ரம்’ லிக²தி| யோ வர்த்தமாநோ பூ⁴தோ ப⁴விஷ்யம்’ஸ்²ச யே ச ஸப்தாத்மாநஸ்தஸ்ய ஸிம்’ஹாஸநஸ்ய ஸம்முகே² திஷ்ட²ந்தி
5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn out of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth; to Him loving us and having released us from our sins in His blood,
யஸ்²ச யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டோ விஸ்²வஸ்த: ஸாக்ஷீ ம்ரு’தாநாம்’ மத்⁴யே ப்ரத²மஜாதோ பூ⁴மண்ட³லஸ்த²ராஜாநாம் அதி⁴பதிஸ்²ச ப⁴வதி, ஏதேப்⁴யோ (அ)நுக்³ரஹ: ஸா²ந்திஸ்²ச யுஷ்மாஸு வர்த்ததாம்’|
6 [He] has also made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him—the glory and the power through the ages of the ages! Amen. (aiōn g165)
யோ (அ)ஸ்மாஸு ப்ரீதவாந் ஸ்வருதி⁴ரேணாஸ்மாந் ஸ்வபாபேப்⁴ய: ப்ரக்ஷாலிதவாந் தஸ்ய பிதுரீஸ்²வரஸ்ய யாஜகாந் க்ரு’த்வாஸ்மாந் ராஜவர்கே³ நியுக்தவாம்’ஸ்²ச தஸ்மிந் மஹிமா பராக்ரமஸ்²சாநந்தகாலம்’ யாவத்³ வர்த்ததாம்’| ஆமேந்| (aiōn g165)
7 Behold, He comes with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him, and all the tribes of the land will wail because of Him. Yes! Amen!
பஸ்²யத ஸ மேகை⁴ராக³ச்ச²தி தேநைகைகஸ்ய சக்ஷுஸ்தம்’ த்³ரக்ஷ்யதி யே ச தம்’ வித்³த⁴வந்தஸ்தே (அ)பி தம்’ விலோகிஷ்யந்தே தஸ்ய க்ரு’தே ப்ரு’தி²வீஸ்தா²: ஸர்வ்வே வம்’ஸா² விலபிஷ்யந்தி| ஸத்யம் ஆமேந்|
8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, beginning and end, says the LORD, who is, and who was, and who is coming—the Almighty.”
வர்த்தமாநோ பூ⁴தோ ப⁴விஷ்யம்’ஸ்²ச ய: ஸர்வ்வஸ²க்திமாந் ப்ரபு⁴: பரமேஸ்²வர: ஸ க³த³தி, அஹமேவ க: க்ஷஸ்²சார்த²த ஆதி³ரந்தஸ்²ச|
9 I, John, who [am] also your brother, and fellow-partner in the tribulation, and in the kingdom and endurance of Jesus Christ, was in the island that is called Patmos, because of the word of God, and because of the testimony of Jesus Christ;
யுஷ்மாகம்’ ப்⁴ராதா யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய க்லேஸ²ராஜ்யதிதிக்ஷாணாம்’ ஸஹபா⁴கீ³ சாஹம்’ யோஹந் ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய வாக்யஹேதோ ர்யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய ஸாக்ஷ்யஹேதோஸ்²ச பாத்மநாமக உபத்³வீப ஆஸம்’|
10 I was in the Spirit on the LORD’s Day, and I heard a great voice behind me, as of a trumpet, saying,
தத்ர ப்ரபோ⁴ ர்தி³நே ஆத்மநாவிஷ்டோ (அ)ஹம்’ ஸ்வபஸ்²சாத் தூரீத்⁴வநிவத் மஹாரவம் அஸ்²ரௌஷம்’,
11 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last,” and, “Write what you see in a scroll, and send [it] to the seven assemblies that [are] in Asia: to Ephesus, and to Smyrna, and to Pergamos, and to Thyatira, and to Sardis, and to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.”
தேநோக்தம், அஹம்’ க: க்ஷஸ்²சார்த²த ஆதி³ரந்தஸ்²ச| த்வம்’ யத்³ த்³ரக்ஷ்யஸி தத்³ க்³ரந்தே² லிகி²த்வாஸி²யாதே³ஸ²ஸ்தா²நாம்’ ஸப்த ஸமிதீநாம்’ ஸமீபம் இபி²ஷம்’ ஸ்முர்ணாம்’ து²யாதீராம்’ ஸார்த்³தி³ம்’ பி²லாதி³ல்பி²யாம்’ லாயதீ³கேயாஞ்ச ப்ரேஷய|
12 And I turned to see the voice that spoke with me, and having turned, I saw seven golden lampstands,
ததோ மயா ஸம்பா⁴ஷமாணஸ்ய கஸ்ய ரவ: ஸ்²ரூயதே தத்³த³ர்ஸ²நார்த²ம்’ முக²ம்’ பராவர்த்திதம்’ தத் பராவர்த்ய ஸ்வர்ணமயா: ஸப்த தீ³பவ்ரு’க்ஷா த்³ரு’ஷ்டா: |
13 and in the midst of the seven lampstands, [One] like a Son of Man, clothed to the foot, and having been girded around at the breasts with a golden girdle,
தேஷாம்’ ஸப்த தீ³பவ்ரு’க்ஷாணாம்’ மத்⁴யே தீ³ர்க⁴பரிச்ச²த³பரிஹித: ஸுவர்ணஸ்²ரு’ங்க²லேந வேஷ்டிதவக்ஷஸ்²ச மநுஷ்யபுத்ராக்ரு’திரேகோ ஜநஸ்திஷ்ட²தி,
14 and His head and hairs [were] white, as if white wool—as snow, and His eyes as a flame of fire;
தஸ்ய ஸி²ர: கேஸ²ஸ்²ச ஸ்²வேதமேஷலோமாநீவ ஹிமவத் ஸ்²ரேதௌ லோசநே வஹ்நிஸி²கா²ஸமே
15 and His feet like to frankincense-colored brass, as having been fired in a furnace, and His voice as a sound of many waters;
சரணௌ வஹ்நிகுண்டே³தாபிதஸுபித்தலஸத்³ரு’ஸௌ² ரவஸ்²ச ப³ஹுதோயாநாம்’ ரவதுல்ய: |
16 and having seven stars in His right hand, and out of His mouth a sharp two-edged sword is proceeding, and His countenance—as the sun shining in its might.
தஸ்ய த³க்ஷிணஹஸ்தே ஸப்த தாரா வித்³யந்தே வக்த்ராச்ச தீக்ஷ்ணோ த்³விதா⁴ர: க²ங்கோ³ நிர்க³ச்ச²தி முக²மண்ட³லஞ்ச ஸ்வதேஜஸா தே³தீ³ப்யமாநஸ்ய ஸூர்ய்யஸ்ய ஸத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’|
17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead, and He placed His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last,
தம்’ த்³ரு’ஷ்ட்வாஹம்’ ம்ரு’தகல்பஸ்தச்சரணே பதிதஸ்தத: ஸ்வத³க்ஷிணகரம்’ மயி நிதா⁴ய தேநோக்தம் மா பை⁴ஷீ: ; அஹம் ஆதி³ரந்தஸ்²ச|
19 Write the things that you have seen, and the things that are, and the things that are about to come after these things;
அதோ யத்³ ப⁴வதி யச்சேத: பரம்’ ப⁴விஷ்யதி த்வயா த்³ரு’ஷ்டம்’ தத் ஸர்வ்வம்’ லிக்²யதாம்’|
20 the secret of the seven stars that you have seen on My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: the seven stars are messengers of the seven assemblies, and the seven lampstands that you have seen are seven assemblies.”
மம த³க்ஷிணஹஸ்தே ஸ்தி²தா யா: ஸப்த தாரா யே ச ஸ்வர்ணமயா: ஸப்த தீ³பவ்ரு’க்ஷாஸ்த்வயா த்³ரு’ஷ்டாஸ்தத்தாத்பர்ய்யமித³ம்’ தா: ஸப்த தாரா: ஸப்த ஸமிதீநாம்’ தூ³தா: ஸுவர்ணமயா: ஸப்த தீ³பவ்ரு’க்ஷாஸ்²ச ஸப்த ஸமிதய: ஸந்தி|
