Revelation 8
1 And when He opens the seventh seal, there came silence in Heaven about half an hour,
Acunüng Toca naw msingnak akhyühnak a kphyan üng khankhaw avan üng naji acipcäp kba dipsiki.
2 and I saw the seven messengers who have stood before God, and there were given to them seven trumpets,
Acunüng Pamhnama ma ngdüikia khankhawngsä khyüh üng kpun khyüh jah pe u se ka jah hmuh.
3 and another messenger came, and he stood at the altar, having a golden censer, and there was given to him much incense, that he may give [it] to the prayers of all the holy ones on the golden altar that [is] before the throne,
Khankhawngsä akce mat ng'uinghnam mkhihnaka xüi kbe kpawm lü lawki cun kphyawnkung peia ngdüi lawki. Pamhnama khyang hea ktaiyünak jah mkhah pe lü, Bawingawhnaka ma ngdüikia xüi kphyawnkunga khana acun mkhih khaia ani üng ng’uinghnam khawjah ami pet.
4 and the smoke of the incenses, with the prayers of the holy ones, went up before God out of the hand of the messenger;
Ng'uinghnam mkhiha meikhu cun Pamhnama khyang hea ktaiyünak mah mah am atänga, Pamhnama ma ngdüikia khankhawngsäa kut üngka naw Pamhnama ma tho lü jeng kaiki.
5 and the messenger took the censer, and filled it out of the fire of the altar, and cast [it] to the earth, and there came voices, and thunders, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
Acunüng khankhawngsä naw ng'uinghnam mkhihnaka kbe lo lü, kphyawnkung üngka mei am kbe lü khawmdeka khana a tawn. Acunüng khaw nghmüm law lü, kthaih ng’yüng law lü, khaw mlaih law lü, mkhyü ngsün law ktäihki.
6 And the seven messengers who are having the seven trumpets prepared themselves that they may sound the trumpets;
Acunüng kpun khyüh kpawmki hea khankhawngsä khyüh he cun tum khai hea ngtünki he.
7 and the first messenger sounded the trumpet, and there came hail and fire, mingled with blood, and it was cast to the earth, and the third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.
Khankhawngsä akcüknak naw kpun a han tum la thisen am ngcawkia yen la mei khawmdek khana kya lawki. Acunüng khawmdek kthum üngka mat cun meia däiki, thing he pi kthum üngka mat cun meiha däiki, msai kxüng naküt pi meiha däi bäihki he.
8 And the second messenger sounded the trumpet, and [something] like a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea, and the third of the sea became blood,
Acunüng khankhawngsä anghnginak naw kpun tumki. Khawmcungnu meikdäi üngka mäih cun mliktui üng ami tawn. Acunüng mliktui kthum üngka mat cun thisena kya lawki.
9 and the third of the creatures that [are] in the sea died, those having life, and the third of the ships were destroyed.
Mliktui üng awmkia xüngksei naküt kthum üngka mat thiki he. Mlawng he pi kthum üngka mat pyehki he.
10 And the third messenger sounded the trumpet, and there fell out of the sky a great star, burning as a lamp, and it fell on the third of the rivers, and on the fountains of waters,
Khankhawngsä akthumnak naw kpun a tum. Meikdäia kba däikia aisi angbaü cun khan üngka naw kya law lü mliktui la tuilawng kthum üngka mat a jah sip.
11 and the name of the star is called Wormwood, and the third of the waters become wormwood, and many of the men died [because] of the waters, because they were made bitter.
(Aisia ngming cun “Akha”) tia kyaki. Tui kthum üngka mat cun kha lawki. Acuna tui kha awkia khyang he cun thiki he. Isetiakyaküng tui kha a nglata phäha kyaki.
12 And the fourth messenger sounded the trumpet, and the third of the sun was struck, and the third of the moon, and the third of the stars, that the third of them may be darkened, and that the day may not shine—the third of it, and the night in like manner.
Acunüng khankhawngsä akphyünak naw a kpun a tum. Khawnghngi kthum üngka mat, khya thum üngka mat, aisi he kthum üngka mat cun cimpyeh u lü nghmüp lawki he. Khawmhmüp kthum üngka mat, khawmthan kthum üngka mat akvai am awm.
13 And I saw, and I heard one messenger, flying in midair, saying with a great voice, “Woe, woe, woe, to those dwelling on the earth because of the rest of the voices of the trumpet of the three messengers being about to sound trumpets.”
Acunüng teng ni se, nghmunu mat khankhaw ak'hlüng üng jawng hü lü angsanga, “Khankhawngsä he kthuma tum law vaia kpuna ng’yüna phäh khawmdek khyang he phäha kyühkse ve kyühkse ve” a ti cun hmu lü ka ngjak.
