Revelation 2
1 “To the messenger of the Ephesian assembly write: These things says He who is holding the seven stars in His right hand, who is walking in the midst of the seven golden lampstands:
“ನೀನು ಎಫೆಸದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶಕನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಏಳು ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು, ಏಳು ಚಿನ್ನದ ದೀಪಸ್ತಂಭಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ನಡೆದಾಡುವವರು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ:
2 I have known your works, and your labor, and your endurance, and that you are not able to bear evil ones, and that you have tried those saying themselves to be apostles and are not, and have found them liars,
ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು. ಪ್ರಯಾಸ, ಸಹನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು. ನೀನು ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಲಾರೆ. ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರನ್ನು ನೀನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಾರರೆಂದು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿರುವೆ.
3 and you bore, and have endurance, and have toiled because of My Name, and have not been weary.
ನೀನು ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಬಾಧೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬೇಸರಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.
4 But I have against you that you left your first love!
ಆದರೂ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೊದಲಿನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ ಎಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
5 Remember, then, from where you have fallen, and convert, and do the first works; and if not, I come to you quickly, and will remove your lampstand from its place—if you may not convert;
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದೀಯೋ, ಅದನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಡು. ನೀನು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡು. ನಿನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಹೊಂದದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ದೀಪಸ್ತಂಭವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವೆನು.
6 but this you have, that you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, that I also hate.
ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು ಒಂದುಂಟು. ಅದೇನೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡುವ ನಿಕೊಲಾಯಿತರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೀನೂ ಸಹ ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ.
7 He who is having an ear—let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies: To him who is overcoming—I will give to him to eat of the Tree of Life that is in the midst of the paradise of God.
ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮ ದೇವರು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನು, ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವರು ಕೇಳಲಿ. ಯಾರು ಜಯ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ದೇವರ ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜೀವವೃಕ್ಷದ ಹಣ್ಣನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಲು ಕೊಡುವೆನು.
8 And to the messenger of the assembly of the Smyrneans write: These things says the First and the Last, who became dead and lived:
“ಸ್ಮುರ್ನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶಕನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಮೊದಲನೆಯವರೂ ಕೊನೆಯವರೂ ಮರಣಹೊಂದಿ, ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು ಬಂದವರು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ:
9 I have known your works, and tribulation, and poverty—yet you are rich—and the slander of those saying themselves to be Jews, and are not, but [are] a synagogue of Satan.
ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಕಟವನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾರಿದ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಬಲ್ಲೆನು. ಆದರೂ ನೀನು ಸಿರಿವಂತನೇ! ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೇ ಅವರು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ದೂಷಿಸುವುದನ್ನೂ ಬಲ್ಲೆನು. ಅವರು ಸೈತಾನನ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದವರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
10 Do not be afraid of the things that you are about to suffer; behold, the Devil is about to cast [some] of you into prison, that you may be tried, and you will have tribulation ten days; become faithful to death, and I will give to you the garland of life.
ನಿನಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಬಾಧೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡ. ಇಗೋ, ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು, ಸೈತಾನನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಹಾಕುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ. ಹತ್ತು ದಿವಸಗಳ ತನಕ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಂಕಟವಿರುವುದು. ನೀನು ಸಾಯುವವರೆಗೆ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತನಾಗಿರು. ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಜೀವದ ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು.
11 He who is having an ear—let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies: He who is overcoming may not be injured of the second death.
ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮ ದೇವರು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವರು ಕೇಳಲಿ. ಜಯ ಹೊಂದುವವನಿಗೆ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಮರಣದಿಂದ ಕೇಡಾಗುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
12 And to the messenger of the assembly in Pergamos write: These things says He who is having the sharp two-edged sword:
“ಪೆರ್ಗಮದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶಕನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಹರಿತವಾದ ಇಬ್ಬಾಯಿಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದವರು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ:
13 I have known your works, and where you dwell—where the throne of Satan [is]—and you hold fast My Name, and you did not deny My faith, even in the days in which Antipas [was] My faithful witness, who was put to death beside you, where Satan dwells.
ನೀನು ವಾಸಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು, ಅದು ಸೈತಾನನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿದೆ. ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬಿಡದೇ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ. ನೀನು ಇರುವ ಸೈತಾನನ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದ ಅಂತಿಪನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಲಾದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀನು ಅಲ್ಲಗಳೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.
14 But I have a few things against you: that you have there those holding the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a stumbling-block before the sons of Israel, to eat idol-sacrifices, and to commit whoredom;
ಆದರೂ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳು ನನಗಿವೆ. ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಗೆ ನೈವೇದ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವುದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರು ಮುಗ್ಗರಿಸಿ ಬೀಳುವಂತೆ ಬಿಳಾಮನು ಬಾಲಾಕನಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿದ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವವರು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
15 so have you, even you, those holding the teaching of the Nicolaitans—which thing I hate.
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ನಿಕೊಲಾಯಿತರ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವವರೂ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
16 Convert! And if not, I come to you quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of My mouth.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೋ! ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಇಬ್ಬಾಯಿ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವೆನು.
17 He who is having an ear—let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies: To him who is overcoming, I will give to him to eat from the hidden manna, and will give to him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written, that no one knew except him who is receiving [it].
ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮ ದೇವರು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವರು ಕೇಳಲಿ. ಯಾರು ಜಯ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಮನ್ನಾವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಳಿಕಲ್ಲನ್ನೂ ಆ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೆತ್ತಿದ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ಆ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವನಿಗೇ ಹೊರತು, ಅದು ಮತ್ತಾರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಯದು.
18 And to the messenger of the assembly of Thyatira write: These things says the Son of God, who is having His eyes as a flame of fire, and His feet like to frankincense-colored brass:
“ಥುವತೈರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶಕನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಜ್ವಾಲೆಯಂತಿರುವ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳೂ ಹೊಳೆಯುವ ತಾಮ್ರದಂತಿರುವ ಪಾದಗಳುಳ್ಳ ದೇವಪುತ್ರ ಆಗಿರುವವರು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ:
19 I have known your works, and love, and ministry, and faith, and your endurance, and your works—and the last [are] more than the first.
ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ಬಲ್ಲೆನು. ನೀನು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಈಗ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವೆ.
20 But I have a few things against you: that you allow the woman Jezebel, who is calling herself a prophetess, to teach, and to lead astray, My servants to commit whoredom, and to eat idol-sacrifices;
ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ಯೆಜೆಬೇಲೆಂಬ ಆ ಹೆಂಗಸು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿನಿಯೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಬಹುದೆಂದೂ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಗೆ ನೈವೇದ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬಹುದೆಂದೂ ನನ್ನ ದಾಸರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ನೀನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯದೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು.
21 and I gave to her a time that she might convert from her whoredom, and she did not convert;
ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು. ಆದರೆ ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಲು ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲ.
22 behold, I will cast her into a bed, and those committing adultery with her into great tribulation—if they may not convert from her works,
ಇಗೋ, ಅವಳು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಧೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲೂ ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಟ್ಟು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡದೆ ಹೋದರೆ, ಮಹಾ ಸಂಕಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
23 and I will kill her children in death, and all the assemblies will know that I am He who is searching affections and hearts; and I will give to you—to each—according to your works.
ಅವಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವೆನು. ಆಗ ನಾನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಅಂತರಿಂದ್ರಿಯವನ್ನೂ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನೂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆಂಬುದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಬರುವುದು. ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೂ ಅವನವನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಹಾಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು.
24 And to you I say, and to the rest who are in Thyatira, as many as do not have this teaching, and who did not know the depths of Satan, as they say—I will not put on you another burden,
ಥುವತೈರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉಳಿದವರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನಂದರೆ: ಅವಳ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೈತಾನನ ಆಳವಾದ ರಹಸ್ಯ ಬೋಧನೆಗಳು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
25 but hold that which you have, until I may come;
ನೀವು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬರುವ ತನಕ ಭದ್ರವಾಗಿ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನೇ ಹೊರತು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಭಾರವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದೇ.
26 and he who is overcoming, and who is keeping My works to the end, I will give to him authority over the nations,
ಯಾರು ಜಯಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೂ ಯಾರು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾರೋ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವೆನು.
27 and he will rule them with a rod of iron—they will be broken as the vessels of the potter—as I have also received from My Father;
ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಂತೆ, ‘ಅವರು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಕೋಲಿನಿಂದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಆಳುವರು. ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಮಡಿಕೆಗಳು ಒಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಬಲ ಮುರಿದು ಹೋಗುವುದು.’
28 and I will give to him the morning star.
ನಾನು ಅಂಥವರಿಗೆ ಉದಯಸೂಚಕ ತಾರೆಯನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.
29 He who is having an ear—let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.”
ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮ ದೇವರು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಇಷ್ಟ ಉಳ್ಳವರು ಕೇಳಲಿ.
