Psalms 97
1 YHWH has reigned, The earth is joyful, many islands rejoice.
Jehová reinó, regocíjese la tierra: alégrense las muchas islas.
2 Cloud and darkness [are] around Him, Righteousness and judgment the basis of His throne.
Nube y oscuridad al rededor de él: justicia y juicio es el asiento de su trono.
3 Fire goes before Him, And burns around His adversaries.
Fuego irá delante de él: y abrasará al rededor a sus enemigos.
4 His lightnings have lightened the world, The earth has seen, and is pained.
Sus relámpagos alumbraron el mundo: la tierra vio, y angustióse.
5 Hills, like wax, melted before YHWH, Before the Lord of all the earth.
Los montes se derritieron como cera delante de Jehová: delante del Señor de toda la tierra.
6 The heavens declared His righteousness, And all the peoples have seen His glory.
Los cielos denunciaron su justicia: y todos los pueblos vieron su gloria.
7 All servants of a carved image are ashamed, Those boasting themselves in idols, Bow yourselves to Him, all you gods.
Avergüéncense todos los que sirven a la escultura, los que se alaban de los ídolos: todos los dioses se encorven a él.
8 Zion has heard and rejoices, And daughters of Judah are joyful, Because of Your judgments, O YHWH.
Oyó Sión, y alegróse: y las hijas de Judá se regocijaron por tus juicios, o! Jehová.
9 For You, YHWH, [are] Most High over all the earth, You have been exalted greatly over all gods.
Porque tú, Jehová, eres alto sobre toda la tierra: eres muy ensalzado sobre todos los dioses.
10 You who love YHWH, hate evil, He is keeping the souls of His saints, He delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
Los que amáis a Jehová, aborreced el mal: él guarda las almas de sus piadosos: de mano de los impíos los escapa.
11 Light [is] sown for the righteous, And joy for the upright of heart.
Luz está sembrada para el justo: y alegría para los rectos de corazón.
12 Rejoice, you righteous, in YHWH, And give thanks at the remembrance of His holiness!
Alegráos justos en Jehová: y alabád la memoria de su santidad.
