Psalms 89
1 AN INSTRUCTION OF ETHAN THE EZRAHITE. Of the kind acts of YHWH, I sing for all time, From generation to generation I make known Your faithfulness with my mouth,

2 For I said, “Kindness is built for all time, The heavens! You establish Your faithfulness in them.”

3 I have made a covenant for My chosen, I have sworn to My servant David:

4 “Even for all time I establish your seed, And have built your throne to generation and generation.” (Selah)

5 And the heavens confess Your wonders, O YHWH, Your faithfulness [is] also in an assembly of holy ones.
Yahweh Pakai van mite jousen nakidan nahohi navahchoi diu ahi. Nakitahna ho jeh'a hi simjoulou vantilten navahchoi diu ahi.
6 For who in the sky, compares himself to YHWH? [Who] is like to YHWH among sons of the mighty?
Ajeh chu van gam a umho jouse koipen tah hi Yahweh Pakai toh tekah thei umbeh am? Vantil thupipen ho jengjong Yahweh Pakai toh tekah pithei um'am?
7 God is very terrible, In the secret counsel of His holy ones, And fearful over all surrounding Him.
Vantil thaneipen hojong Elohim Pathen ang'a kithing thinga ahibouve. Amahi alaltouna vel a dingho jousen jong agimnei na aphapouve.
8 O YHWH, God of Hosts, Who [is] like You—a strong YAH? And Your faithfulness [is] around You.
O Yahweh Pakai hatchungnung sepai ho! Hoilai mun a nang tobanga thanei a umbeh am Yahweh Pakai? Nanghi kitahna lhingset nahi.
9 You [are] ruler over the pride of the sea, In the lifting up of its billows You restrain them.
Twikhanglen jong nathanei na noia umma ahi. Nangin huipi le twipi kithoa twi kinong jong nasutang'in,
10 You have bruised Rahab, as one wounded. You have scattered Your enemies with the arm of Your strength.

11 The heavens [are] Yours, The earth [is] also Yours, The habitable world and its fullness, You have founded them.
Vanho jouse jong nanga ahin, leiset jong nanga ahi, vannoi a um thiljouse jong aboncha nanga ahin nangin nasem ahi.
12 North and south You have appointed them, Tabor and Hermon sing in Your Name.
Nangin sahlang lhanglang jong nasem ahin, Tabor Mol leh Hermon mol'in jong naming athangvah ahi.
13 You have an arm with might, Strong is Your hand—high Your right hand.
Nabantha hi iti hat hitam! Nakhut hi iti hat hitam! Najetlang jonghi nathahat loupitah'in adomsange.
14 Righteousness and judgment [Are] the fixed place of Your throne, Kindness and truth go before Your face.
Chonphat nale thudih chu nalaltouna khombul ahi. Longlou ngailutna le kitahna chu nalhachate bangin na ang sungah avahlen ahi.
15 O the blessedness of the people knowing the shout, O YHWH, they habitually walk in the light of Your face.
Elohim Pathen houna dinga kipa umtah kouna jaho chu anunnom ahiuve, ajeh chu Yahweh Pakai amahohi na umpina vah a chu lhalediu ahi.
16 They rejoice in Your Name all the day, And they are exalted in Your righteousness,
Naminthan na kidangtah hohi amahon nilhum kei keija akipapi diu ahi. Amahon nachon phatna hi akithang atpiu vin ahi.
17 For You [are] the beauty of their strength, And in Your good will is our horn exalted,

18 For our shield [is] of YHWH, And our king to the Holy One of Israel.
Ahi, keiho hoidohna hi Yahweh Pakai a kon ahi. Chuleh Israel Elohim Pathen hin lengjong eipeh u ahi.
19 Then You have spoken in vision, To Your saint, indeed, You say, I have placed help on a mighty one, Exalted a chosen one out of the people,
Masang lai in kitah tah a nangma jui namipite lah-a gaothu nana seijin ahi. Nangin nasei in, Keiman galsat ding kanalhengdoh'in keiman milhamho lah a kona lengding jong kanalhendoh ahi.
20 I have found My servant David, With My holy oil I have anointed him.
Keiman kasoh David kana mudoh'in chuleh kathaotheng kana nun ahi.
21 With whom My hand is established, My arm also strengthens him.
Keiman kakhut a kana dindoh sah a, kaban thahatna kahatdoh sahding ahi.
22 An enemy does not exact on him, And a son of perverseness does not afflict him.
Agal miten ajoloudiu ahilouleh miphalou honjong athajou loudiu ahi.
23 And I have beaten down his adversaries before him, And I plague those hating him,
Keiman akidoupi hohi amasang tah a kasuhlhuh ding ahin chuleh ama douho jouse jong kasuhmang ding ahi.
24 And My faithfulness and kindness [are] with him, And in My Name is his horn exalted.
Kakitahna leh kangailutna longlou hin aumpi jingding kathuneina jalla amahi atha kahatsah jingding ahi.
25 And I have set his hand on the sea, And his right hand on the rivers.
Keiman twikhanglen chunga jong athaneina kalhunlut ding vadungho chung jenga jong vai ahomding ahi.
26 He proclaims to Me: “You [are] my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.”
Chutengleh aman eihin kou intin, “Nangma kapa nahin ka Pathen Elohim, kasongpi le kasochatna nahi” atiding ahi.
27 I also appoint him firstborn, Highest of the kings of the earth.
Keiman Amahi kachapa masapen, leiset chunga leng thaneipen kahisah ding,
28 For all time I keep for him My kindness, And My covenant [is] steadfast with him.
Kangailut ding chuleh tonsot gei a kakhoto ding, amatoh kaki tepna hi angahtih umlouding ahi.
29 And I have set his seed forever, And his throne as the days of the heavens.
Keiman ama dinga ason apah ho kahoibit pehding, vangam'a nikhon beitih aneilou banga alaltounan jong beitih aneilouding ahi.
30 If his sons forsake My law, And do not walk in My judgments;
Ahinlah achilhahten kathuhil hohi apaidoh uva, kachedan hi ajuilou uva,
31 If they defile My statutes, And do not keep My commands,
ka Dan semhohi anit lou uva chuleh kathupeh hi angailou uleh,
32 I have looked after their transgression with a rod, And their iniquity with strokes,
keiman achonsetnao chunga gambol na mol kalap ding, chuleh athungailou naojeh-a kavoh diu ahi.
33 And I do not break My kindness from him, Nor do I deal falsely in My faithfulness.
Hijeng jongle kangailutna chu beideh louding kakitepna jong achunga kasuhmil deh louding ahi.
34 I do not profane My covenant, And I do not change that which is going forth from My lips.
Ahipoi, kakitepna chu kasuhkeh louding ahi; keiman kana seidoh saho chu changkhat jong kanung lahdoh louding ahi.
35 Once I have sworn by My holiness, I do not lie to David,
Keiman David kommah kihahselna khat kana nei in chule atheng kahi jeh in jou seiponge.
36 His seed is for all time, And his throne [is] as the sun before Me,
Ama chilhahte itihchan hijongleh chelha jingding alenggam jong nisa banga chelhumding ahi.
37 It is established as the moon for all time, And the witness in the sky is steadfast. (Selah)
Vantham jolla kahettohsah nachu lhavah banga kikheltih aneitah louding ahi.
38 And You, You have cast off, and reject, You have shown Yourself angry with Your anointed,
Ahinlah nangin tuhin amachu nakahdoh tan chuleh napaidoh tai. Tuhin Nangma nathaonu lengpa chungah nalunghang tan,
39 Have rejected the covenant of Your servant, You have defiled his crown to the earth,
nangin Ama toh nakitepna napaidohtan, nangin alal lukhuh jong vutvai lah-a nasep lhatai.
40 You have broken down all his hedges, You have made his fortifications a ruin.
Nangin akhopiu bangho navohlhah pehtan chuleh akulpiu jong khogem nasodohsah ahitai.
41 Everyone passing by the way has spoiled him, He has been a reproach to his neighbors,
Koi hileh ahin hopa jousen athilkeu u akichomgam hellun aheng akomho jousen anuisat'un ahi.
42 You have exalted the right hand of his adversaries, You have caused all his enemies to rejoice.
Nangin agal miteu galjona namusahin, abonchauvin nakipasah'in ahi.
43 Also—You turn back the sharpness of his sword, And have not established him in battle,
Nangin agal manchah u manmo naso'in chuleh galmunnah gal nalelsah'in ahi.
44 Have caused [him] to cease from his brightness, And have cast down his throne to the earth.
Nangin aleng tenggol nalahpehin chuleh alaltouna tolsenan naneipeh in ahi.
45 You have shortened the days of his youth, Have covered him over [with] shame. (Selah)
Nangin aphat achang louvin natehset sah'in chuleh jumthet in nalhan ahi.
46 Until when, O YHWH, are You hidden? Does Your fury burn as fire forever?
Yahweh Pakai nangma hi hitiahi kisel jing jingding nahi hitam? Ichangei nalunghanna meikong jing jeng dingham?
47 Remember how [short] my lifetime [is]. Why have You created in vain All the sons of men?
Kahinkho hi itihchom a hitam geldoh'in, keihohi thitei dinga neisem'u ahi ti geldoh'in!
48 Who [is] the man that lives, and does not see death? He delivers his soul from the hand of Sheol. (Selah) (Sheol h7585)
Mihing koihi athi theilou ding um'am? Mihem koipen ham lhan a kon a ahoidohthei dingah? (Sheol h7585)
49 Where [are] Your former kindnesses, O Lord, [Which] You have sworn to David in Your faithfulness?
Yahweh Pakai tumasanga neingailutnau chu ahet theina mudohthei ipi umam? David komma nakitepna hohi hoilang geija hitam?
50 Remember, O Lord, the reproach of Your servants, I have borne in my bosom all the strivings of the peoples,
Nasohpa keimahi ichan gei a jumna kato hitam? Hiche nangma hedohlou mitehin eisapsetnau ichan gei a kathoh hitam?
51 With which Your enemies reproached, O YHWH, With which they have reproached The steps of Your anointed.
O Yahweh Pakai nadeilhen nalengpa hi nangma dou miten nahsah loutah'in abollun ahi! Achena chan a asujum un ahi.
52 Blessed [is] YHWH for all time. Amen and amen!
