Psalms 87

1 A PSALM OF THE SONS OF KORAH. A SONG. His foundation [is] in holy mountains.

A los hijos de Coré: Salmo de Canción. Su cimiento es en montes de santidad.

2 YHWH is loving the gates of Zion Above all the dwelling places of Jacob.

El SEÑOR ama las puertas de Sion más que todas las moradas de Jacob.

3 Honorable things are spoken in You, O city of God. (Selah)

Cosas ilustres son dichas de ti, ciudad de Dios. (Selah)

4 I mention Rahab and Babel to those knowing Me, Behold, Philistia, and Tyre, with Cush! This [one] was born there.

Yo me acordaré de Rahab y de Babilonia entre los que me conocen; he aquí Palestina, y Tiro, con Etiopía; éste nació allá.

5 And of Zion it is said: Each one was born in her, And He, the Most High, establishes her.

Y de Sion se dirá; este y aquel varón es nacido en ella; y el mismo Altísimo la fortificará.

6 YHWH recounts in the describing of the peoples, “This [one] was born there.” (Selah)

El SEÑOR contará al inscribir a los pueblos: Este nació allí. (Selah)

7 Also singers as players on instruments, All my fountains [are] in You!

Y cantores y músicos con flautas en ella dirán: Todas mis fuentes están en ti.
