Psalms 77
1 TO THE OVERSEER. FOR JEDUTHUN. A PSALM OF ASAPH. My voice [is] to God, and I cry, My voice [is] to God, And He has given ear to me.
संगीत निर्देशक के लिये. यदूथून के लिए. आसफ का एक स्तोत्र. एक गीत. मैं परमेश्वर को पुकारता हूं—उच्च स्वर में परमेश्वर की दुहाई दे रहा हूं; कि वह मेरी प्रार्थना पर ध्यान दें.
2 I sought the Lord in a day of my distress, My hand has been spread out by night, And it does not cease, My soul has refused to be comforted.
अपनी संकट की स्थिति में, मैंने प्रभु की सहायता की कामना की; रात्रि के समय थकावट की अनदेखी कर मैं उनकी ओर हाथ बढ़ाए रहा किंतु, मेरे प्राण को थोडी भी सांत्वना प्राप्त न हुई.
3 I remember God, and make a noise, I meditate, and my spirit is feeble. (Selah)
परमेश्वर, कराहते हुए मैं आपको स्मरण करता रहा; आपका ध्यान करते हुए मेरी आत्मा क्षीण हो गई.
4 You have taken hold of the watches of my eyes, I have been moved, and I do not speak.
जब मैं संकट में निराश हो चुका था; आपने मेरी आंख न लगने दी.
5 I have reckoned the days of old, The years of the ages.
मेरे विचार प्राचीन काल में चले गए, और फिर मैं प्राचीन काल में दूर चला गया.
6 I remember my music in the night, I meditate with my heart, and my spirit searches diligently:
जब रात्रि में मैं अपनी गीत रचनाएं स्मरण कर रहा था, मेरा हृदय उन पर विचार करने लगा, तब मेरी आत्मा में यह प्रश्न उभर आया.
7 Does the Lord cast off for all ages? Does He add to be pleased no longer?
“क्या प्रभु स्थाई रूप से हमारा परित्याग कर देंगे? क्या हमने स्थाई रूप से उनकी कृपादृष्टि खो दी है?
8 Has His kindness ceased forever? The saying failed from generation to generation?
क्या उनका बड़ा प्रेम अब पूर्णतः शून्य हो गया? क्या उनकी प्रतिज्ञा पूर्णतः विफल प्रमाणित हो गई?
9 Has God forgotten [His] favors? Has He shut up His mercies in anger? (Selah)
क्या परमेश्वर की कृपालुता अब जाती रही? क्या अपने क्रोध के कारण वह दया नहीं करेंगे?”
10 And I say: “My weakness is, The changes of the right hand of the Most High.”
तब मैंने विचार किया, “वस्तुतः मेरे दुःख का कारण यह है: कि सर्वोच्च प्रभु परमेश्वर ने अपना दायां हाथ खींच लिया है.
11 I mention the doings of YAH, For I remember Your wonders of old,
मैं याहवेह के महाकार्य स्मरण करूंगा; हां, प्रभु पूर्व युगों में आपके द्वारा किए गए आश्चर्य कार्यों का मैं स्मरण करूंगा.
12 And I have meditated on all Your working, And I talk concerning Your doings.
आपके समस्त महाकार्य मेरे मनन का विषय होंगे और आपके आश्चर्य कार्य मेरी सोच का विषय.”
13 O God, Your way [is] in holiness, Who [is] a great god like God?
परमेश्वर, पवित्र हैं, आपके मार्ग. और कौन सा ईश्वर हमारे परमेश्वर के तुल्य महान है?
14 You [are] the God doing wonders. You have made Your strength known among the peoples,
आप तो वह परमेश्वर हैं, जो आश्चर्य कार्य करते हैं; समस्त राष्ट्रों पर आप अपना सामर्थ्य प्रदर्शित करते हैं.
15 You have redeemed Your people with strength, The sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
आपने अपने भुजबल से अपने लोगों को, याकोब और योसेफ़ के वंशजों को, छुड़ा लिया.
16 The waters have seen You, O God, The waters have seen You, They are afraid—also depths are troubled.
परमेश्वर, महासागर ने आपकी ओर दृष्टि की, महासागर ने आपकी ओर दृष्टि की और छटपटाने लगा; महासागर की गहराइयों तक में उथल-पुथल हो गई.
17 Thick clouds have poured out waters, The skies have given forth a noise, Also—Your arrows go up and down.
मेघों ने जल वृष्टि की, स्वर्ग में मेघ की गरजना गूंज उठी; आपके बाण इधर-उधर-सर्वत्र बरसने लगे.
18 The voice of Your thunder [is] in the spheres, Lightnings have lightened the world, The earth has trembled, indeed, it shakes.
आपकी गरजना का स्वर बवंडर में सुनाई पड़ रहा था, आपकी बिजली की चमक से समस्त संसार प्रकाशित हो उठा; पृथ्वी कांपी और हिल उठी.
19 Your way [is] in the sea, And Your paths in many waters, And Your tracks have not been known.
आपका मार्ग सागर में से होकर गया है, हां, महासागर में होकर आपका मार्ग गया है, किंतु आपके पदचिन्ह अदृश्य ही रहे.
20 You have led Your people as a flock, By the hand of Moses and Aaron!
एक चरवाहे के समान आप अपनी प्रजा को लेकर आगे बढ़ते गए. मोशेह और अहरोन आपके प्रतिनिधि थे.
