< Psalms 66 >

1 TO THE OVERSEER. A SONG. A PSALM. Shout to God, all the earth.
Pou direktè koral la; yon chan, yon Sòm Rele fò ak lajwa a Bondye, tout latè a!
2 Praise the glory of His Name, Make honorable His praise.
Chante glwa a non Li! Ranpli lwanj Li ak laglwa!
3 Say to God, “How fearful Your works—By the abundance of Your strength, Your enemies feign obedience to You.
Di Bondye: “Zèv Ou yo mèvèye”! Akoz grandè a pwisans Ou, menm, lènmi Ou yo va soumèt a Ou.
4 All the earth bows to You, They sing praise to You, they praise Your Name.” (Selah)
Tout latè va fè adorasyon a Ou menm. Li va chante lwanj Ou. Tout va chante lwanj a non Ou; Tan
5 Come, and see the works of God, Fearful acts toward the sons of men.
Vini pou wè zèv Bondye yo. Zèv etonnan anvè fis a lòm yo.
6 He has turned a sea to dry land, Through a river they pass over on foot, There we rejoice in Him.
Li te chanje lanmè a an tè sèch. Yo te pase travèse rivyè apye. La menm, nou te rejwi nan Li!
7 Ruling by His might for all time, His eyes watch among the nations, The stubborn do not exalt themselves. (Selah)
Li renye ak pwisans pou tout tan. Zye Li veye sou nasyon yo. Pa kite rebèl yo egzalte kont Li.
8 Bless our God you peoples, And sound the voice of His praise,
Beni Bondye nou an, O pèp yo! Fè lwanj Li sone,
9 Who has placed our soul in life, And has not permitted our feet to be moved.
ki kenbe nou pami vivan yo, e ki pa kite pye nou glise.
10 For You have tried us, O God, You have refined us as the refining of silver.
Paske Ou te fè nou pase a leprèv, O Bondye. Ou te rafine nou tankou ajan konn rafine.
11 You have brought us into a net, You have placed pressure on our loins.
Ou te rale nou antre nan filè a. Ou te mete yon fado lou sou ren nou.
12 You have caused man to ride at our head. We have entered into fire and into water, And You bring us out to a watered place.
Ou te fè moun monte sou tèt nou. Nou te pase nan dife ak nan dlo, men Ou te fè nou sòti antre yon kote avèk anpil abondans.
13 I enter Your house with burnt-offerings, I complete my vows to You,
Mwen va vini lakay Ou avèk Ofrann brile. Mwen va peye Ou ve mwen yo,
14 For my lips were opened, And my mouth spoke in my distress:
ki te sòti nan lèv mwen, ke bouch mwen te pale lè m te nan gwo twoub yo.
15 “I offer to You burnt-offerings of fatlings, With incense of rams, I prepare a bullock with male goats.” (Selah)
Mwen va ofri a Ou menm yon ofrann brile nan grès a bèt gra yo, avèk lafimen a belye yo. Mwen va fè ofrann a towo yo avèk mal kabrit yo.
16 Come, hear, all you who fear God, And I recount what He did for my soul.
Vin tande, nou tout ki gen lakrent Bondye e mwen va pale ou tout sa Li te fè pou nanm mwen.
17 I have called to Him [with] my mouth, And exaltation [is] under my tongue.
Mwen te kriye a Li menm avèk bouch mwen. Ak lang mwen, mwen te leve Li wo.
18 Iniquity, if I have seen in my heart, The Lord does not hear.
Si mwen gade inikite nan kè m, Senyè a p ap koute mwen.
19 But God has heard, He has attended to the voice of my prayer.
Men anverite, Bondye te tande. Li te teni kont de vwa a priyè mwen.
20 Blessed [is] God, Who has not turned aside my prayer, And His loving-kindness, from me!
Beni se Bondye, ki pa t refize koute lapriyè mwen, ni ki pa t kache lanmou dous Li a sou mwen.
