Psalms 64
1 TO THE OVERSEER. A PSALM OF DAVID. Hear, O God, my voice, in my (meditation) You keep my life from the fear of an enemy,
संगीत निर्देशक के लिये. दावीद का एक स्तोत्र. परमेश्वर, मेरी प्रार्थना सुनिए, जब आपके सामने मैं अपनी शिकायत प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूं; शत्रु के आतंक से मेरे जीवन को सुरक्षित रखिए.
2 Hide me from the secret counsel of evildoers, From the tumult of workers of iniquity.
कुकर्मियों के षड़्यंत्र से, दुष्टों की बुरी युक्ति से सुरक्षा के लिए मुझे अपनी आड़ में ले लीजिए.
3 Who sharpened their tongue as a sword, They directed their arrow—a bitter word.
उन्होंने तलवार के समान अपनी जीभ तेज कर रखी है और अपने शब्दों को वे लक्ष्य पर ऐसे छोड़ते हैं, जैसे घातक बाणों को.
4 To shoot the perfect in secret places, Suddenly they shoot him, and do not fear.
वे निर्दोष पुरुष की घात में बैठकर बाण चलाते हैं; वे निडर होकर अचानक रूप से प्रहार करते हैं.
5 They strengthen an evil thing for themselves, They recount of the hiding of snares, They have said, “Who looks at it?”
वे एकजुट हो दुष्ट युक्तियों के लिए एक दूसरे को उकसाते हैं, वे छिपकर जाल बिछाने की योजना बनाते हैं; वे कहते हैं, “कौन देख सकेगा हमें?”
6 They search out perverse things, “We perfected a searching search,” And the inward part of man, and the heart, [are] deep.
वे कुटिल योजना बनाकर कहते हैं, “अब हमने सत्य योजना तैयार कर ली है!” इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं कि मानव हृदय और अंतःकरण को समझ पाना कठिन कार्य है.
7 And God shoots them [with] an arrow, Their wounds have been sudden,
परमेश्वर उन पर अपने बाण छोड़ेंगे; एकाएक वे घायल हो गिर पड़ेंगे.
8 And they cause him to stumble, Their own tongue [is] against them, Every looker on them flees away.
परमेश्वर उनकी जीभ को उन्हीं के विरुद्ध कर देंगे और उनका विनाश हो जाएगा; वे सभी, जो उन्हें देखेंगे, घृणा में अपने सिर हिलाएंगे.
9 And all men fear, and declare the work of God, And they have wisely considered His deed.
समस्त मनुष्यों पर आतंक छा जाएगा; वे परमेश्वर के महाकार्य की घोषणा करेंगे, वे परमेश्वर के महाकार्य पर विचार करते रहेंगे.
10 The righteous rejoice in YHWH, And have trusted in Him, And all the upright of heart boast!
धर्मी याहवेह में हर्षित होकर, उनका आश्रय लेंगे और सभी सीधे मनवाले उनका स्तवन करें!
