Psalms 55

1 TO THE OVERSEER. WITH STRINGED INSTRUMENTS. AN INSTRUCTION OF DAVID. Give ear, O God, [to] my prayer, And do not hide from my supplication.

၁အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဆုတောင်း သော စကားကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အသနား တော်ခံသောအခါ ရှောင် ၍နေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။

2 Attend to me, and answer me, I mourn in my (meditation) and make a noise,

၂ကြည့်ရှုနားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ ရန်သူ ၏စကား သံကြောင့် ၎င်း၊ မတရား သောညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်းကြောင့် ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ညှိုးငယ် သောစိတ် နှင့် ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်း လျက်နေရပါ၏။

3 Because of the voice of an enemy, Because of the oppression of the wicked, For they cause sorrow to move against me, And in anger they hate me.

၃သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အပေါ် ၌ အပြစ် ကို သက်ရောက် စေ၍ ၊ ဒေါသ စိတ်နှင့် မုန်း ကြပါ၏။

4 My heart is pained within me, And terrors of death have fallen on me.

၄အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး သည် ကိုယ် အထဲ မှာ တုန်လှုပ် ၍ သေ ဘေးကို ကြောက် အားကြီးပါ၏။

5 Fear and trembling come to me, And horror covers me.

၅ကြောက်ရွံ့ တုန်လှုပ် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက် ၍ အလွန် ထိတ်လန့်ခြင်း၌ မွန်း လျက်ရှိရပါ၏။

6 And I say, “Who gives to me a pinion as a dove?” I fly away and rest,

၆ငါ သည် ချိုးငှက် ကဲ့ သို့အတောင် ကို ရပါစေ သော။ ထိုသို့ရ လျှင် အခြားသို့ပျံ သွား၍ ၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ် လျက် နေလိမ့်မည်။

7 Behold, I move far off, I lodge in a wilderness. (Selah)

၇ဝေး စွာသွား ၍ တော မှာ နေရာ ကျလိမ့်မည်။

8 I hurry escape for myself, From a rushing wind, from a whirlwind.

၈ပြင်းစွာ သော မိုဃ်းသက်မုန်တိုင်း နှင့် လွတ် ခြင်းငှါ ၊ အလျင် အမြန်ပြေးလိမ့်မည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ် ရှိပါ၏။

9 Swallow up, O Lord, divide their tongue, For I saw violence and strife in a city.

၉အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ သူ တို့စကား ကို ပပျောက် အောင် ကွဲပြား စေတော်မူပါ။ မြို့ တော်တွင် အနိုင် အထက်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် လုယူ ခြင်းကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြင် ပါပြီ။

10 By day and by night they go around it, on its walls. Both iniquity and perverseness [are] in its midst,

၁၀မြို့ရိုး ပေါ် မှာ နေ့ ညဉ့်မပြတ် သူတို့သည် လည် ကြပါပြီ။ မြို့ ထဲ မှာ ဆိုးညစ် သောအမှုနှင့် နှောက်ယှက် ခြင်း အမှုရှိကြပါ၏။

11 Mischiefs [are] in its midst. Fraud and deceit do not depart from its street.

၁၁အဓမ္မ တရားတို့သည် မြို့ အလယ် ၌ ရှိ၍ ၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်း နှင့် လှည့်စား ခြင်းသည် လမ်း တို့၌ နေရာ ကျကြပါ၏။

12 For an enemy does not reproach me, or I bear [it], He who is hating me Has not magnified himself against me, Or I hide from him.

၁၂ငါ့ ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့ သောသူသည် ငါ့ရန်သူ မ ဟုတ်။ ဟုတ် လျှင် သည်းခံ နိုင်၏။ ငါ့ ကိုရန် ဘက်ပြုသောသူသည် ငါ့ ကိုမုန်း သောသူမ ဟုတ်။ ဟုတ်လျှင် ထိုသူ ကို ငါရှောင် နိုင်၏။

13 But you, a man—as my equal, My familiar friend, and my acquaintance.

၁၃ထို သို့ပြုသောသူ သည် သင် ဖြစ်၏။ ငါ နှင့် ဘက် သောသူ၊ ငါ့ မိတ်ဆွေ ၊ ငါ အသိ အကျွမ်းဖြစ်၏။

14 When together we sweeten counsel, We walk into the house of God in company.

၁၄အချင်းချင်း သာယာ သော ဆွေးနွေး တိုင်ပင်ခြင်း ကို ပြုကြပြီ။ ဘုရား သခင်၏ အိမ် တော်သို့ လူ အစုအဝေးနှင့်အတူ သွား ကြပြီ။

15 Desolations [are] on them, They go down [to] Sheol—alive, For wickedness [is] in their dwelling, in their midst. (Sheol h7585)

၁၅သူ တို့ကို သေမင်း ဘမ်းဆီး ပါစေ။ အသက် ရှင်လျက် မရဏာ နိုင်ငံသို့ ဆင်းသက် ကြပါစေ။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ဒုစရိုက် တို့သည် သူ တို့နေရာ တွင် သူ တို့အထဲ ၌ ရှိကြ ၏။ (Sheol h7585)

16 I call to God, and YHWH saves me.

၁၆ငါ မူကား၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကို ပဌနာ ပြု၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူမည်။

17 Evening, and morning, and noon, I meditate, and make a noise, and He hears my voice,

၁၇ညဦး အချိန်၊ နံနက် အချိန်၊ မွန်းတည့် အချိန်တို့၌ ငါသည် ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်း၍ ၊ ငါ ၏အသံ ကို ကြား တော်မူ မည်။

18 He has ransomed my soul in peace From him who is near to me, For with the multitude they were with me.

၁၈ငါ့ ကို စစ်တိုက် ကြစဉ်တွင် ၊ ငါ့ အသက် ကို ရွေးနှုတ် ၍ ချမ်းသာ ပေးတော်မူမည်။ ငါ့ ဘက် ၌ နေသောသူ အများ ရှိ ကြ၏။

19 God hears and afflicts them, And He sits of old. (Selah) Because they have no changes, and do not fear God,

၁၉ရှေး ကာလမှစ၍ အမြဲစီရင် သော ဘုရား သခင် သည် နားထောင် ၍ သူ တို့ကို နှိမ့်ချ တော်မူမည်။ သူ တို့သည် ပြောင်းလဲ ခြင်းမ ရှိသောကြောင့် ဘုရား သခင် ကို မ ကြောက် မရွံ့ကြ။

20 He has sent forth his hands against his well-wishers, He has defiled his covenant.

၂၀ထိုသို့သောသူသည် မိတ်ဆွေ ဖြစ်သောသူ ကို ပြစ်မှား၍ သစ္စာ ပျက် တတ်၏။

21 His mouth has been sweeter than honey, And his heart [is] war! His words have been softer than oil, And they [are] drawn [swords].

၂၁သူ ၏စကား သည် ထောပတ် ထက် ချော သော်လည်း ၊ စစ်တိုက် မည်ဟုအကြံ ရှိ၏။ သူ ၏စကား သည် ဆီ ထက် ပြော့ သော်လည်း ၊ ထုတ် သော ထားဖြစ်၏။

22 Cast on YHWH that which He has given you, And He sustains you, He does not permit the moving of the righteous forever.

၂၂ထမ်းရွက်ရသောဝန် ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ချ ထား လော့။ သင့် ကို မစ တော်မူမည်။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူကို အစဉ် အမြဲလှုပ်ရှား စေ တော်မ မူရာ။

23 And You, O God, bring them down To a pit of destruction, Men of blood and deceit do not reach to half their days, And I trust in You!

၂၃အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အခြားသောသူ တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး ရာ တွင်း ထဲ သို့ချ တော်မူမည်။ လူ အသက်ကိုသတ် သောသူ နှင့် သစ္စာ ပျက်သောသူတို့သည် မိမိ အသက် တာတဝက် ခန့်မျှ မ ရှင်ရကြ။ အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၌ ခိုလှုံ ပါမည်။
