1 TO THE OVERSEER. BY SONS OF KORAH. FOR GIRLS’ [VOICES]. A SONG. God [is] our refuge and strength, A most sure help in adversities.

2 Therefore we do not fear in the changing of earth, And in the slipping of mountains Into the heart of the seas.
Hatdawkvah, talai heh kampuen niteh, monnaw teh talî dawk ka bawt nakunghai, ka taket mahoeh.
3 Roar—troubled are its waters, Mountains shake in its pride. (Selah)
Tuinaw teh hramki laihoi ka phuen nakunghai, tuicapa ni mon totouh ka thaw nakunghai, ka taket mahoeh.
4 A river—its streams make glad the city of God, Your holy place of the dwelling places of the Most High.
Palang buet touh ao teh, a cakang teh Cathut khopui, Lathueng Poung onae koe totouh, ka konawmsakkung lah ao.
5 God [is] in her midst—she is not moved, God helps her at the turn of the morning!
Cathut teh a thung vah ao teh, kâhuen mahoeh. Khodai toteh Cathut ni a kabawp han.
6 Nations have been troubled, Kingdoms have been moved, He has given forth with His voice—earth melts.
Miphun pueng teh a hramki awh. Uknae pueng teh a kâhuet. Ahni ni a lawk a tho boteh, talai teh a kamyawt.
7 YHWH of Hosts [is] with us, The God of Jacob [is] a tower for us. (Selah)
Ransahu BAWIPA teh, maimouh koe ao teh, Jakop Cathut teh kânguenae doeh.
8 Come, see the works of YHWH, Who has done astonishing things in the earth,
Tho awh haw, BAWIPA ni a sak e naw hoi talai van e hno a raphoe e naw pueng hah khenhaw.
9 Causing wars to cease, To the end of the earth, He shatters the bow, And He has cut apart the spear, He burns chariots with fire.
Ama ni tarantuknae hah talai pout totouh a roum sak teh, licung hah a khoe. Tahroe hah a tâtueng teh, lengnaw hah hmai hoi koung a sawi.
10 Desist, and know that I [am] God, I am exalted among nations, I am exalted in the earth.
Duem awm awh nateh, Cathut lah ka o e heh panuek awh. Miphunnaw koe tawm lah ka o vaiteh, talai van vah tawm lah ka o han.
11 YHWH of hosts [is] with us, The God of Jacob [is] a tower for us! (Selah)
