< Psalms 43 >
1 Judge me, O God, And plead my cause against a nation not pious, You deliver me from a man of deceit and perverseness,
Ngʼadna bura makare, yaye Nyasaye, kendo chwaka e kind joma ok ongʼeyo Nyasaye; resa e lwet joma wuondore gi joma timbegi richo.
2 For you [are] the God of my strength. Why have You cast me off? Why do I go up and down mourning, In the oppression of an enemy?
In Nyasaye ma apondo kuome. Koro to ijwangʼa nangʼo? Angʼo momiyo nyaka asik ka akuyo, ka jawasigu sanda?
3 Send forth Your light and Your truth, They lead me, they bring me in, To Your holy hill, and to Your dwelling places.
Or lerni kod adierani, orgi mondo gitelna; yie mondo gikela nyaka godi maler, nyaka kama idakie.
4 And I go to the altar of God, To God, the joy of my rejoicing. And I thank You with a harp, O God, my God.
Eka anadhi e kendo mar misango mar Nyasaye, nyaka achopi e nyim Nyasaye, Nyasaye ma kelona mor kendo ilo. Abiro paki gi nyatiti, yaye Nyasaye kendo Nyasacha.
5 Why bow yourself, O my soul? And why are you troubled within me? Wait for God, for I still confess Him, The salvation of my countenance, and my God!
Angʼo momiyo ikuyo, yaye chunya? Angʼo momiyo inyosori, yaye chunya? Ket genoni kuom Nyasaye, nikech pod abiro pake, en e Jawarna kendo Nyasacha.
