Psalms 38
1 A PSALM OF DAVID. “TO CAUSE TO REMEMBER.” YHWH, do not reprove me in Your wrath, Nor discipline me in Your fury.
O Jeova, chamoyo lumalálatde nu y lalalomo, ni uncastigayo nu y binibumo.
2 For Your arrows have come down on me, And You let down Your hand on me.
Sa y flechamo cheton guiya guajo: ya y canaemo macat gui jilojo.
3 Soundness is not in my flesh, Because of Your indignation, Peace is not in my bones, Because of my sin.
Taya jinemlo gui catneco pot y binibumo: ya taya pas gui telangjo pot causa y isaojo.
4 For my iniquities have passed over my head, As a heavy burden—too heavy for me.
Sa y tinaelayeco malofan gui jilo ilujo: sija sen macat guiya guajo taegüije y catga macat.
5 Stunk—my wounds have become corrupt, Because of my folly.
Y chetnotto manmutung yan manpotlilo, pot causa y binabajo.
6 I have been bent down, I have been bowed down—to excess, I have gone mourning all the day.
Pinite yo yan gostumecon yo: todotdia jumajanaoyo yan umuugong yo.
7 For my flanks have been full of drought, And soundness is not in my flesh.
Sa y atayojo bula sinenggue: ya taya jinemlo gui catneco.
8 I have been feeble and struck—to excess, I have roared from disquietude of heart.
Manyafaeyo yan gosmamuteyo: cumate yo pot y atboroto gui corasonjo.
9 Lord, all my desire [is] before You, And my sighing has not been hid from You.
Jeova, y menamo nae gaegue todo y tinangajo: ya y inigongjo tiunaatog guiya jago.
10 My heart [is] panting, my power has forsaken me, And the light of my eyes, Even they are not with me.
Y corasonjo bobongbong, y minetgotto malingo: ya y minalag y atadogjo fatta esta.
11 My lovers and my friends stand aloof from before my plague. And my neighbors have stood far off.
Y gumaeya yo yan y mangachongjo manotojgue chago gui chetnotto; ya parientesso manotojgue gui chago.
12 And those seeking my soul lay a snare, And those seeking my evil Have spoken mischievous things, And they meditate [on] deceits all the day.
Ayosija ni y umaliligao y antijo manmaplanta laso para guajo; ya y umaliligao y dañujo manguecuentos tinaelaye: ya todotdia manmanajaso ni y finababa.
13 And I, as deaf, do not hear. And as a mute one who does not open his mouth.
Lao guajo, calang tanga, ti jujungog: ya guajo calang udo ni ti ubaba y pachotña.
14 Indeed, I am as a man who does not hear, And in his mouth are no reproofs.
Magajet na guajo calang un taotao ni ti manjujungog: ya taya linalatde gui pachotña.
15 Because for You, O YHWH, I have waited, You answer, O Lord my God.
Sa iya jago, O Jeova, junanangga: jago unfanope, O Jeova, Yuusso.
16 When I said, “Lest they rejoice over me, In the slipping of my foot they magnified themselves against me.”

17 For I am ready to halt, And my pain [is] continually before me.
Sa guajo cana na ugadon: ya y pinitijo gaegue siesiempre gui menajo.
18 For I declare my iniquity, I am sorry for my sin.
Sa bae jusangan y tinaelayeco; bae jutriste pot y isaojo.
19 And my enemies [are] lively, They have been strong, and those hating me without cause, Have been multiplied.
Sa y enimigujo manlâlâ ya manmetgot: ya mumemegaeja y chumatlieyo sin jafa.
20 And those paying evil for good accuse me, Because of my pursuing good.
Ayosija locue ni y jaapapase y mauleg pot y taelaye, sija contrarionjo, sa judadalalag y mauleg.
21 Do not forsake me, O YHWH, My God, do not be far from me,
Chamo dumidingoyo, O Jeova: O Yuusso, chamo chachago guiya guajo.
22 Hurry to help me, O Lord, my salvation!
Laguse ya unayudayo, O Jeova y satbasionjo.
