Psalms 30

1 A PSALM. A SONG OF THE DEDICATION OF THE HOUSE OF DAVID. I exalt You, O YHWH, For You have drawn me up, And have not let my enemies rejoice over me.

၁ဒါဝိဒ် သည်အိမ် တော်ကိုသန့်ရှင်း စေသောအခါ၊ အသံညှိ၍ဆို သောဆာလံ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဆယ်နှုတ် တော်မူ၏။ ရန်သူ တို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အကြောင်း ကြောင့်၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရသောအခွင့်ကိုပေး တော်မ မူ။

2 My God YHWH, I have cried to You, And You heal me.

၂အိုအကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ချမ်းသာ ပေးတော်မူ၏။

3 YHWH, You have brought up my soul from Sheol, You have kept me alive, From going down [to] the pit. (Sheol h7585)

၃အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဝိညာဉ် ကို မရဏာ နိုင်ငံထဲက နှုတ် ယူတော်မူပြီ။ သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်း ထဲသို့ မဆင်း စေဘဲ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက် ချမ်းသာပေးတော်မူပြီ။ (Sheol h7585)

4 Sing praise to YHWH, you His saints, And give thanks at the remembrance of His holiness,

၄ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ သန့်ရှင်း သူ တို့၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ သန့်ရှင်း သောနာမ တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။

5 For—a moment [is] in His anger, Life [is] in His goodwill, At evening remains weeping, and at morning singing.

၅အမျက် တော်သည် ခဏ ထွက်၏။ ကျေးဇူး တော်မူကား၊ တသက်လုံး တည်၏။ ညဦး ယံ၌ ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းသည် လာ၍တည်းခို ၏။ နံနက် ယံ၌ ကား ၊ သီချင်း ဆိုရသော အခွင့် ရှိ၏။

6 And I have said in my ease, “I am not moved for all time.

၆ငါသည် လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ် ကင်းလွတ် လိမ့်မည် ဟု ကောင်းစား စဉ်အခါ အကျွန်ုပ်အောက်မေ့ ပါ၏။

7 O YHWH, in Your good pleasure, You have caused strength to remain for my mountain,” You have hidden Your face—I have been troubled.

၇အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကျေးဇူး တော်အားဖြင့် သာ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏တောင် သည် ခိုင်ခံ မြဲမြံပါ၏။ မျက်နှာ လွှဲ တော်မူ သောအခါ ဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းသို့ ရောက် ပါ၏။

8 To You, O YHWH, I call, And to YHWH I make supplication.

၈အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အသက် ဆုံး၍၊

9 “What gain [is] in my blood? In my going down to corruption? Does dust thank You? Does it declare Your truth?

၉သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်းထဲ သို့ဆင်း လျှင် အဘယ် အကျိုး ရှိပါ အံ့နည်း။

10 Hear, O YHWH, and favor me, O YHWH, be a helper to me.”

၁၀မြေမှုန့် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည် လော။ သစ္စာ တော်ကို ဘော် ပြပါမည်လော။ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ၊ နားထောင် ၍ ကယ် မသနားတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုစောင့်မ တော်မူပါဟု ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ် ၍ ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို တောင်း လျှောက်ပါ၏။

11 You have turned my mourning to dancing for me, You have loosed my sackcloth, And gird me [with] joy.

၁၁ထိုအခါ အကျွန်ုပ် ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်းခြင်းကို ကခုန် ခြင်းဖြစ်စေ တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ဝတ်သော လျှော်တေ အဝတ်ကိုချွတ် ၍ ၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်း ခါးပန်းနှင့် စည်း တော်မူ၏။

12 So that glory praises You, and is not silent, O YHWH, my God, I thank You for all time!

၁၂သို့ဖြစ်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဝိညာဉ် သည် တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာမ နေ။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို သီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။ အိုအကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကျေးဇူးတော် ကို အစဉ် အမြဲချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။
