< Psalms 3 >
1 A PSALM OF DAVID, IN HIS FLEEING FROM THE FACE OF HIS SON ABSALOM. YHWH, how my distresses have multiplied! Many are rising up against me.
O IEOWA, ai imwintiti me toto, o ir me toto, me kangudi ong ia!
2 Many are saying of my soul, “There is no salvation for him in God.” (Selah)
Me toto kin inda duen ngen i, me dene sota sauas pa i ren Kot. (Sela)
3 And You, O YHWH, [are] a shield for me, My glory, and lifter up of my head.

4 My voice [is] to YHWH: I call and He answers me from His holy hill, (Selah)
I kin likwiri ong Ieowa ki ngil laud; o a kotin mangi ai ngidingid sang ni sapwilim a dol saraui. (Sela)
5 I have lain down, and I sleep, I have awoken, for YHWH sustains me.
I kin wonon, o mamair, o pirida, pwe Ieowa kin kotin kolekol ia.
6 I am not afraid of myriads of people, That they have set against me all around.
I sota kin masak saunpei nen pak toto, me kin kapil ia pena.
7 Rise, O YHWH! Save me, my God! For You have struck all my enemies [on] the cheek. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.
Kom kotida Maing, Ieowa o sauasa ia, ai Kot! Pwe kom kotin pikir ai imwintiti karos, o kawelar ngi en me sapung kan.
8 This salvation [is] of YHWH; Your blessing [is] on Your people! (Selah)
Ieowa me sauas patail. Kom kotin kamauiada sapwilim omui aramas akan! (Sela)
