Psalms 28
1 BY DAVID. To You, O YHWH, I call, My rock, do not be silent to me! Lest You are silent to me, And I have been compared With those going down to the pit.
Von David. - Ich rufe, Herr, zu Dir. Sei doch nicht taub vor mir, mein Hort! Wenn Du vor mir verstummst, dann gleiche ich ins Grab Gesunkenen.
2 Hear the voice of my supplications, In my crying to You, In my lifting up my hands toward your holy oracle.
Mein lautes Flehen hör, wenn ich, zu Dir um Hilfe rufend, zu Deinem Allerheiligsten die Hände breite!
3 Do not draw me with the wicked, And with workers of iniquity, Speaking peace with their neighbors, And evil in their heart.
Nicht lange laß mich sein bei Frevlern und nicht bei Übeltätern! Sie reden freundlich mit dem Nächsten; doch sinnen sie im Herzen Böses.
4 Give to them according to their acting, And according to the evil of their doings. Give to them according to the work of their hands. Return their deed to them.
Vergilt Du ihnen ihrer Tat gemäß, nach ihrer bösen Art! Nach ihrer Hände Werk belohne sie! Behandle sie, wie sie's verdienen!
5 For they do not attend to the doing of YHWH, And to the work of His hands. He throws them down, And does not build them up.
Sie achten nimmer auf des Herren Taten und nicht auf seiner Hände Werk; sie reißen sie herab und bauen sie nicht auf, -
6 Blessed [is] YHWH, For He has heard the voice of my supplications.
Gepriesen sei der Herr, wenn er mein lautes Flehen hört!
7 YHWH [is] my strength, and my shield, In Him my heart trusted, and I have been helped. And my heart exults, And I thank Him with my song.
Der Herr ist mir ein Schutz und Schild; auf ihn vertraut mein Herz. Mir wird geholfen; mein Herz frohlockt. Ich danke ihm mit meinem Liede.
8 YHWH [is] strength to him, Indeed, the strength of the salvation of His anointed [is] He.
Der Herr ist seines Volkes Schutzgott, ein Zufluchtsort, wo sein Gesalbter Hilfe findet.
9 Save Your people, and bless Your inheritance, And feed them, and carry them for all time!
Zuhilfe Deinem Volk! Den ewig Deinen spende Segen! Und weide sie und sorge ewiglich für sie!
