Psalms 24

1 A PSALM OF DAVID. To YHWH [is] the earth and its fullness, The world and the inhabitants in it.

2 For He has founded it on the seas, And He establishes it on the floods.

3 Who goes up into the hill of YHWH? And who rises up in His holy place?

BAWIPA mon dawk apimaw ka luen thai han. A bawkim kathoung vah apimaw ka kâen thai han

4 The clean of hands, and pure of heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, Nor has sworn to deceit.

Tawksaknae hoi lungthin a thoung teh, kahrai ka bawk hoeh e, dumyennae lawkkamnae ka sak hoeh e naw hah a luen thai awh vaiteh a kâen thai awh han.

5 He carries away a blessing from YHWH, Righteousness from the God of his salvation.

BAWIPA ni yawhawinae a poe vaiteh, ahnimouh kaie rungngangnae Cathut ni na yon hoeh atipouh awh han.

6 This [is] a generation of those seeking Him. Seeking Your face, O Jacob! (Selah)

Hot patetlah, taminaw teh Cathut koe ka phat thai e taminaw doeh. Jakop e Cathut hmalah ka tâcawt thai e doeh.

7 Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O perpetual doors! And the King of Glory comes in!

Oe longkhanaw na lû loungouk awh haw. Yungyoe takhangnaw loungouk awh haw. Bawilennae Siangpahrang teh a kâen han.

8 Who [is] this—“the King of Glory?” YHWH—strong and mighty, YHWH, the mighty in battle.

Ka lentoe e Siangpahrang teh apimaw BAWIPA teh athakasai ni teh athakaawme, BAWIPA teh taran tuknae hmuen koe athakaawme doeh.

9 Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O perpetual doors! And the King of Glory comes in!

10 Who [is] He—this “King of Glory?” YHWH of hosts—He [is] the King of Glory! (Selah)
