Psalms 22
1 TO THE OVERSEER. [SET] ON “DOE OF THE MORNING.” A PSALM OF DAVID. My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me? Far from My salvation, The words of My roaring?
大卫的诗，交与伶长。调用朝鹿。 我的 神，我的 神！为什么离弃我？ 为什么远离不救我？不听我唉哼的言语？
2 My God, I call by day, and You do not answer, And by night, and am not silent.
我的 神啊，我白日呼求，你不应允， 夜间呼求，并不住声。
3 And You [are] holy, Sitting—the Praise of Israel.
但你是圣洁的， 是用以色列的赞美为宝座的。
4 In You our fathers trusted; They trusted, and You deliver them.
我们的祖宗倚靠你； 他们倚靠你，你便解救他们。
5 To You they cried, and were delivered, In You they trusted, and were not disappointed.
他们哀求你，便蒙解救； 他们倚靠你，就不羞愧。
6 And I [am] a worm, and no man, A reproach of man, and despised of the people.
但我是虫，不是人， 被众人羞辱，被百姓藐视。
7 All beholding Me mock at Me, They make free with the lip—shake the head,
凡看见我的都嗤笑我； 他们撇嘴摇头，说：
8 “Roll to YHWH, He delivers Him, He delivers Him, for He delighted in Him.”
他把自己交托耶和华，耶和华可以救他吧！ 耶和华既喜悦他，可以搭救他吧！
9 For You [are] He bringing Me forth from the womb, Causing Me to trust, On the breasts of My mother.
但你是叫我出母腹的； 我在母怀里，你就使我有倚靠的心。
10 On You I have been cast from the womb, From the belly of My mother You [are] My God.
我自出母胎就被交在你手里； 从我母亲生我，你就是我的 神。
11 Do not be far from Me, For adversity is near, for there is no helper.
求你不要远离我！ 因为急难临近了，没有人帮助我。
12 Many bulls have surrounded Me, Mighty ones of Bashan have surrounded Me,
有许多公牛围绕我， 巴珊大力的公牛四面困住我。
13 They have opened their mouth against Me, A lion tearing and roaring.
它们向我张口， 好像抓撕吼叫的狮子。
14 I have been poured out as waters, And all my bones have separated themselves, My heart has been like wax, It is melted in the midst of My bowels.
我如水被倒出来； 我的骨头都脱了节； 我心在我里面如蜡熔化。
15 My power is dried up as an earthen vessel, And My tongue is cleaving to My jaws.
我的精力枯干，如同瓦片； 我的舌头贴在我牙床上。 你将我安置在死地的尘土中。
16 And You appoint Me to the dust of death, For dogs have surrounded Me, A company of evildoers has surrounded Me, Piercing My hands and My feet.
犬类围着我，恶党环绕我； 他们扎了我的手，我的脚。
17 I count all My bones—they look expectingly, They look on Me,
我的骨头，我都能数过； 他们瞪着眼看我。
18 They apportion My garments to themselves, And they cause a lot to fall for My clothing.
他们分我的外衣， 为我的里衣拈阄。
19 And You, O YHWH, do not be far off, O My strength, hurry to help Me.
耶和华啊，求你不要远离我！ 我的救主啊，求你快来帮助我！
20 Deliver My soul from the sword, My only one from the paw of a dog.
求你救我的灵魂脱离刀剑， 救我的生命脱离犬类，
21 Save Me from the mouth of a lion And You have answered Me from the horns of the high places!
救我脱离狮子的口； 你已经应允我，使我脱离野牛的角。
22 I declare Your Name to My brothers, In the midst of the assembly I praise You.
我要将你的名传与我的弟兄， 在会中我要赞美你。
23 You who fear YHWH, praise Him, All the seed of Jacob, honor Him, And be afraid of Him, all you seed of Israel.
你们敬畏耶和华的人要赞美他！ 雅各的后裔都要荣耀他！ 以色列的后裔都要惧怕他！
24 For He has not despised, nor detested, The affliction of the afflicted, Nor has He hidden His face from Him, And in His crying to Him He hears.
因为他没有藐视憎恶受苦的人， 也没有向他掩面； 那受苦之人呼吁的时候，他就垂听。
25 Of You My praise [is] in the great assembly. I complete My vows before His fearers.
我在大会中赞美你的话是从你而来的； 我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。
26 The humble eat and are satisfied, Those seeking Him praise YHWH, Your heart lives forever.
谦卑的人必吃得饱足； 寻求耶和华的人必赞美他。 愿你们的心永远活着！
27 Remember and return to YHWH, Do all the ends of the earth, And bow themselves before You, Do all families of the nations,
地的四极都要想念耶和华，并且归顺他； 列国的万族都要在你面前敬拜。
28 For to YHWH [is] the kingdom, And He is ruling among nations.
因为国权是耶和华的； 他是管理万国的。
29 And the fat ones of earth have eaten, And they bow themselves, All going down to dust bow before Him, And he [who] has not revived his soul.
地上一切丰肥的人必吃喝而敬拜； 凡下到尘土中—不能存活自己性命的人 —都要在他面前下拜。
30 A seed serves Him, It is declared of the Lord to the generation.
他必有后裔事奉他； 主所行的事必传与后代。
31 They come and declare His righteousness, To a people that is born, that He has made!
他们必来把他的公义传给将要生的民， 言明这事是他所行的。
