< Psalms 148 >

1 Praise YAH! Praise YHWH from the heavens, Praise Him in high places.
¡Hallelú Yah! Alabad a Yahvé desde los cielos, alabadlo en las alturas.
2 Praise Him, all His messengers, Praise Him, all His hosts.
Ángeles suyos, alabadlo todos; alabadle todos, ejércitos suyos.
3 Praise Him, sun and moon, Praise Him, all stars of light.
Alabadle, sol y luna; lucientes astros, alabadle todos.
4 Praise Him, heavens of heavens, And you waters that are above the heavens.
Alabadle, cielos de los cielos y aguas que estáis sobre los cielos:
5 They praise the Name of YHWH, For He commanded, and they were created.
alaben el Nombre de Yahvé, porque Él lo mandó, y fueron creados.
6 And He establishes them forever and for all time, He gave a statute, and they do not pass over.
Él los estableció para siempre y por los siglos; dio un decreto que no será transgredido.
7 Praise YHWH from the earth, Dragons and all deeps,
Alabad a Yahvé desde la tierra, monstruos marinos y todos los abismos;
8 Fire and hail, snow and vapor, Whirlwind doing His word;
fuego y granizo, nieve y nieblas, vientos tempestuosos, que ejecutáis sus órdenes;
9 The mountains and all heights, Fruit tree, and all cedars,
montes y collados todos, árboles frutales y todos los cedros;
10 The wild beast, and all livestock, Creeping thing, and winged bird,
bestias salvajes y todos los ganados, reptiles y volátiles;
11 Kings of earth, and all peoples, Chiefs, and all judges of earth,
reyes de la tierra y pueblos todos, príncipes y jueces todos de la tierra;
12 Young men, and also maidens, Aged men, with youths,
los jóvenes y también las doncellas, los ancianos junto con los niños.
13 They praise the Name of YHWH, For His Name alone has been set on high, His splendor [is] above earth and heavens.
Alaben el Nombre de Yahvé, porque solo su Nombre es digno de alabanza; su majestad domina la tierra y los cielos.
14 And He exalts the horn of His people, The praise of all His saints, Of the sons of Israel, A people near Him. Praise YAH!
Él ha encumbrado el cuerno de su pueblo. Para Él es la alabanza de todos sus santos, los hijos de Israel, el pueblo familiar suyo. ¡Hallelú Yah!
