< Psalms 144 >
1 BY DAVID. Blessed [is] YHWH my Rock, Who is teaching My hands for war, My fingers for battle.
Yahweh Pakai chu thangvah'un Amachu kasongpi ahi. Aman kakhut teni hi galsatje dan eihil in, chule kakhut jung hohi galsatna'a manchahje dan eihil ahi.
2 My kind one, and my bulwark, My tower, and my deliverer, My shield, and in whom I have trusted, Who is subduing my people under me!
Amahi eipanpi phapen leh kakulpi ahin, kahoidohna pal leh eihuhdohpa ahi. Chitin namtin anoijah akunsahji ahi.
3 YHWH, what [is] man that You know him? The son of man, that You esteem him?
O Yahweh Pakai, mihem hi ipi hija hibanga nagel-lut'a, mihem chapa jeng jong ipi hija hibanga nakhohsah hitam?
4 Man has been like a breath, His days [are] as a shadow passing by.
Ajeh chu mihem hi hai khatseh'a hing ahibouvin, ahin-nikho jong nisa-lep tobanga mangpai thei ahibouve.
5 YHWH, incline Your heavens and come down, Strike against mountains, and they smoke.
Yahweh Pakai vanho hinhong in hung kum lhan, molsang hohi tham'in lang meikhun len mangsah in.
6 Send forth lightning, and scatter them, Send forth Your arrows, and trouble them,
Kehchang len-dohsah inlang galmite thejalsah in! Nathalchang kap inlang jamsah soh hel in.
7 Send forth Your hand from on high, Free me, and deliver me from many waters, From the hand of sons of a stranger,
Vanna kon'in nakhut hin lhang in, twithuh lah'a konleh kagalmite thaneina'a kon in nei huhdoh in.
8 Because their mouth has spoken vanity, And their right hand [is] a right hand of falsehood.
Akam'un jou jeng aseijun, thudih kaseije atiuvin akihahsel un, hinlah jou jeng aseijun ahi.
9 O God, I sing to You a new song, I sing praise to You on a stringed instrument of ten strings.
O ka Pathen Elohim, na henga lathah khat sange; selangdah jangsom kibut chu mangchan na vahchoila sange.
10 Who is giving deliverance to kings, Who is freeing His servant David from the sword of evil.
Ajeh chu nangman lengho galjona napen! Nalhacha David jong athi nading chemjam'a kon in nahuhdoh jin ahi.
11 Free me, and deliver me From the hand of sons of a stranger, Because their mouth has spoken vanity, And their right hand [is] a right hand of falsehood,
Neihuhdoh'in! Kagalmite thaneina'a kon'in neihuhdoh'in, akam un jou jeng aseijun; thutah kaseiding ahi tin akihahsel-un, hinlah jou jengseh aseijun ahi.
12 Because our sons [are] as plants, Becoming great in their youth, Our daughters as hewn stones, Polished—the likeness of a palace,
Kachapateu akhandon laijun thingphung phatah bang in khanlhit sah in, ka chanuteu jong leng inpi jemhoi dinga kisem khompi hoitah ho bang u-hen.
13 Our granaries [are] full, bringing out from kind to kind, Our flocks are bringing forth thousands, Ten thousands in our out-places,
Ka chang pang jouseu jong lousoh jouse pum'in dimsoh hen, kalou jaova kagan chateu asang sang in, sangsom som chan geijin pung hen.
14 Our oxen are carrying, there is no breach, And there is no outgoing, And there is no crying in our broad places.
Kagancha teu gai pha hen, veiset le apengsol um hih hel hen! Ka khopi sung jenguva jong lung gim khoisat beihel hen.
15 O the blessedness of the people that is thus, O the blessedness of the people whose God [is] YHWH!
Hitobang thilpha achunga lhung ho kipah uhen! chule a Pathen'u Elohim, Yahweh Pakai hikha nam mite chu kipah cheh'u hen!
