< Psalms 132 >

1 A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. Remember, YHWH, for David, all his afflictions;
Wer ma ji wero kadhi e hekalu. Parie Daudi, yaye Jehova Nyasaye, parie Daudi gi chandruok duto moseneno.
2 Who has sworn to YHWH, He has vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob:
Ne okwongʼore kane osingore ne Jehova Nyasaye, kendo ne okwongʼore ne Nyasaye Maratego mar Jakobo kama:
3 “If I enter into the tent of my house, If I go up on the couch of my bed,
“Ok anadonji e oda, kata dhi e kitandana,
4 If I give sleep to my eyes, To my eyelids—slumber,
Ok anayie nindo tera, kata ayula wangʼ lo wengena,
5 Until I find a place for YHWH, dwelling places for the Mighty One of Jacob.”
kapok aloso ne Jehova Nyasaye kare, kapok ayudo ne Nyasaye Maratego mar Jakobo kar dak.”
6 Behold, we have heard it in Ephratah, We have found it in the fields of the forest.
Ne wawinjo wachno Efratha, ee, ne wayude e puothe mag Jaar:
7 We come into His dwelling places, We bow ourselves at His footstool.
“Wadhiuru kare modakie; wadhiuru mondo walame e nyim kom duongʼne, ka wawacho niya,
8 Arise, O YHWH, to Your rest, You, and the Ark of Your strength,
‘Aa malo, yaye Jehova Nyasaye, aa malo ibi kari mar yweyo, in kaachiel gi Sandug Muma ma en kido mar tekoni.
9 Your priests put on righteousness, And Your pious ones cry aloud.
Mad jodolo magi rwakre gi tim makare, kendo mad jogi maler wer gi mor.’”
10 For the sake of Your servant David, Do not turn back the face of Your anointed.
Nikech Daudi jatichni, kik idagi ngʼati miseyiero.
11 YHWH has sworn truth to David, He does not turn back from it: “Of the fruit of your body, I set on the throne for you.
Jehova Nyasaye nokwongʼore kendo osingore ne Daudi, kendo ne en kwongʼruok ma ok enoloki ngangʼ; nokwongʼorene niya, “Abiro keto achiel kuom kothi e lochni,
12 If your sons keep My covenant, And My testimonies that I teach them, Their sons also forever and ever Sit on the throne for you.”
ka yawuoti orito singruokna kod chike ma apuonjogi, eka yawuotgi nobedi, e lochni nyaka chiengʼ kendo nyaka chiengʼ.”
13 For YHWH has fixed on Zion, He has desired [it] for a seat to Himself,
Nimar Jehova Nyasaye oseyiero Sayun, osehere kaka kar dakne, osewacho ni,
14 “This [is] My rest forever and ever, Here I sit, for I have desired it.
Ma e kar yweyona mochwere manyaka chiengʼ, kae ema abiro betie kom lochna, nimar asehere,
15 I greatly bless her provision, I satisfy her poor [with] bread,
abiro gwedhe gi gik moko mogundho, kendo joge modhier abiro romo gi chiemo.
16 And I clothe her priests [with] salvation, And her pious ones sing aloud.
Abiro rwako jodolo mage gi warruok kendo jomaler modak e iye biro siko ka wero wende mor.
17 There I cause a horn to spring up for David, I have arranged a lamp for My Anointed.
“Ka eni ema abiro miyo tung moro donge ne Daudi kendo abiro chungo taya ne ngʼata mowir.
18 I clothe His enemies [with] shame, And His crown flourishes on Him!”
Abiro bako wasike gi wichkuot, to en osimbo manie wiye biro medo rieny.”
