Psalms 128

1 A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. O the blessedness of everyone fearing YHWH, Who is walking in His ways.

Ingoma yemiqanso. Babusisiwe bonke abamesabayo uThixo, abahamba ngezindlela zakhe.

2 You surely eat the labor of your hands, You [are] blessed, and good [is] to you.

Lizakudla izithelo zomsebenzi wenu; izibusiso lokuphumelela kuzakuba ngokwenu.

3 Your wife [is] as a fruitful vine in the sides of your house, Your sons as olive plants around your table.

Umkakho wesifazane uzakuba njengevini elithela kakhulu phakathi kwendlu yakho; amadodana akho azakuba njengamahlumela e-oliva esetafuleni yakho.

4 Behold, surely thus is the man blessed who is fearing YHWH.

Ibusisiwe kanjalo indoda eyesaba uThixo.

5 YHWH blesses you out of Zion, Look, then, on the good of Jerusalem, All the days of your life,

Sengathi uThixo angakubusisa eseZiyoni insuku zonke zokuphila kwakho; sengathi ungakubona ukuphumelela kweJerusalema,

6 And see the sons of your sons! Peace on Israel!
