< Psalms 126 >

1 A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. In YHWH’s turning back [to] the captivity of Zion, We have been as dreamers.
Ɔsoroforɔ dwom. Ɛberɛ a Awurade de Sion firi nnommum sane baeɛ no, yɛyɛɛ sɛ nnipa a wɔasoso adaeɛ.
2 Then our mouth is filled [with] laughter, And our tongue [with] singing, Then they say among nations, “YHWH did great things with these.”
Sereɛ hyɛɛ yɛn anomu ma, anigyeɛ nnwom yɛɛ yɛn tɛkrɛma so ma. Na wɔkaa wɔ amanaman no mu sɛ, “Awurade ayɛ nneɛma akɛseɛ ama wɔn.”
3 YHWH did great things with us, We have been joyful.
Awurade ayɛ nneɛma akɛseɛ ama yɛn na anigyeɛ ahyɛ yɛn ma.
4 Turn again, O YHWH, [to] our captivity, As streams in the south.
Ao Awurade, sane fa yɛn ahonya ma yɛn, te sɛ nsuwa nsuwa a ɛwɔ Negeb no.
5 Those sowing in tears, reap with singing,
Wɔn a wɔdua no nisuo mu no de anigyeɛ nnwom bɛtwa.
6 Whoever goes on and weeps, Carrying the basket of seed, Surely comes in with singing, carrying his sheaves!
Deɛ ɔde osu firi adie na ɔsoa aba kɔdua no, ɔde anigyeɛ nnwom bɛsane aba a ɔso nnɔbaeɛ afiafi.
