Psalms 126

1 A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. In YHWH’s turning back [to] the captivity of Zion, We have been as dreamers.

Cuando Yavé devuelva a los cautivos de Sion, Seremos como los que sueñan.

2 Then our mouth is filled [with] laughter, And our tongue [with] singing, Then they say among nations, “YHWH did great things with these.”

Entonces nuestras bocas se llenarán de risa, Y nuestras lenguas de alabanza. Entonces dirán entre las naciones: ¡Grandes cosas hizo Yavé por éstos!

3 YHWH did great things with us, We have been joyful.

¡Yavé hizo grandes cosas por nosotros! ¡Estamos alegres!

4 Turn again, O YHWH, [to] our captivity, As streams in the south.

Devuelve a nuestros cautivos, oh Yavé, Como los torrentes en el Neguev.

5 Those sowing in tears, reap with singing,

Los que siembran con lágrimas Con regocijo segarán.

6 Whoever goes on and weeps, Carrying the basket of seed, Surely comes in with singing, carrying his sheaves!

El que va de un lado a otro llorando Y lleva el saco de semilla, Ciertamente volverá con regocijo Y traerá sus manojos.
