Psalms 126

1 A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. In YHWH’s turning back [to] the captivity of Zion, We have been as dreamers.

Quando o Senhor trouxe do captiveiro os que voltaram a Sião estavamos com os que sonham.

2 Then our mouth is filled [with] laughter, And our tongue [with] singing, Then they say among nations, “YHWH did great things with these.”

Então a nossa bocca se encheu do riso e a nossa lingua de cantico: então se dizia entre as nações: Grandes coisas fez o Senhor a estes.

3 YHWH did great things with us, We have been joyful.

Grandes coisas fez o Senhor por nós, pelas quaes estamos alegres.

4 Turn again, O YHWH, [to] our captivity, As streams in the south.

Traze-nos outra vez, ó Senhor, do captiveiro, como as correntes das aguas no sul.

5 Those sowing in tears, reap with singing,

Os que semeiam em lagrimas segarão com alegria.

6 Whoever goes on and weeps, Carrying the basket of seed, Surely comes in with singing, carrying his sheaves!

Aquelle que leva a preciosa semente, andando e chorando, voltará sem duvida com alegria, trazendo comsigo os seus molhos.
