Psalms 121

1 A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. I lift up my eyes to the hills, From where does my help come?

၁ငါ​သည်​တောင်​ရိုး​များ​သို့​မျှော်​ကြည့်​၏။ အ​ဘယ်​မှ​ကူ​ညီ​မ​စ​မှု​ကို​ငါ​ရ​ပါ​မည်​နည်း။

2 My help [is] from YHWH, Maker of the heavens and earth,

၂ကောင်း​ကင်​နှင့်​ကမ္ဘာ​မြေ​ကြီး​ကို​ဖန်​ဆင်း​တော် မူ​သော ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​၏​ထံ​တော်​မှ​ရ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။

3 He does not permit your foot to be moved, He who is preserving you does not slumber.

၃ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​သင့်​အား​ခြေ​ချော်​၍ လဲ​စေ​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်​မ​ဟုတ်။ သင့်​ကို​ကွယ်​ကာ​စောင့်​ရှောက်​တော်​မူ​သော အ​ရှင်​သည်​အိပ်​တော်​မ​မူ။

4 Behold, He does not slumber, nor sleep, He who is preserving Israel.

၄ဣ​သ​ရေ​လ​အ​မျိုး​သား​တို့​ကို​ကွယ်​ကာ စောင့်​ရှောက်​တော်​မူ​သော​အ​ရှင်​သည် အ​ဘယ်​အ​ခါ​၌​မျှ​ငိုက်​မျည်း​အိပ်​စက်​ခြင်း ရှိ​တော်​မ​မူ။

5 YHWH [is] He who is preserving you, YHWH [is] your shade on your right hand,

၅ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​သင့်​ကို​စောင့်​ကြပ်​တော် မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​သင်​၏​အ​နီး​တွင်​ရှိ​သော​သင့်​ကို ကွယ်​ကာ​ရာ​အ​ရိပ်​ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ​၏။

6 By day the sun does not strike you, Nor the moon by night.

၆နေ​သည်​နေ့​အ​ခါ​၌​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ လ​သည်​ညဥ့်​အ​ခါ​၌​လည်း​ကောင်း သင့်​ကို​ဥ​ပဒ်​ပေး​လိမ့်​မည်​မ​ဟုတ်။

7 YHWH preserves you from all evil, He preserves your soul.

၇ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​ဘေး​အန္တ​ရာယ်​အ​ပေါင်း တို့​မှ သင့်​ကို​ကွယ်​ကာ​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။ သင့်​ကို​ဘေး​မဲ့​လုံ​ခြုံ​စွာ​ထား​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။

8 YHWH preserves your going out and your coming in, From now on—even for all time!

၈ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​ယ​ခု​မှ​စ​၍​ကာ​လ​အ​စဉ်​မ​ပြတ် သင်​သွား​လာ​လေ​ရာ​တို့​၌​သင့်​အား ကွယ်​ကာ​စောင့်​ရှောက်​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။
