Psalms 118
1 Give thanks to YHWH, For [He is] good, for His kindness [is] for all time.
Amah kah sitlohnah he kumhal duela a then dongah BOEIPA te uem uh lah.
2 Now let Israel say, His kindness [is] for all time.
A sitlohnah he kumhal due ham ni tila Israel loh thui laeh saeh.
3 Now let the house of Aaron say, His kindness [is] for all time.
A sitlohnah he kumhal due ham ni tila Aron imkhui loh thui uh laeh saeh.
4 Now let those fearing YHWH say, His kindness [is] for all time.
A sitlohnah he kumhal due ham ni tila BOEIPA aka rhih rhoek loh thui uh laeh saeh.
5 I called YAH from the narrow place, YAH answered me in a broad place.
Longcaek ah khaw BOEIPA ka khue tih BOEIPA loh a hoengpoeknah la kai n'doo.
6 YHWH [is] for me, I do not fear what man does to me.
BOEIPA he kai taengah a om dongah ka rhih mahpawh. Hlang loh kai taengah balae a saii thai eh?
7 YHWH [is] for me among my helpers, And I look on those hating me.
BOEIPA tah kai taengah kai aka bom la a om dongah kai loh ka lunguet rhoek te ka sawt pueng ni.
8 Better to take refuge in YHWH, Than to trust in man,
Hlang dongah pangtung lakah BOEIPA dongah ying te then ngai.
9 Better to take refuge in YHWH, Than to trust in princes.
Hlangcong dongah pangtung lakah BOEIPA dongah n'ying te then ngai.
10 All nations have surrounded me, In the Name of YHWH I surely cut them off.
Namtom boeih loh kai m'vael uh coeng dae amih te BOEIPA ming neh ka tloek uh.
11 They have surrounded me, Indeed, they have surrounded me, In the Name of YHWH I surely cut them off.
Amih loh kai m'vael khaw m'vael uh ngawn dae BOEIPA ming neh ka tloek van.
12 They surrounded me as bees, They have been extinguished as a fire of thorns, In the Name of YHWH I surely cut them off.
Khoi bangla kai te m'ven uh cakhaw amih te BOEIPA ming neh ka tloek dongah hling hmai bangla thi uh.
13 You have severely thrust me to fall, And YHWH has helped me.
Kai he cungku sak hamla nan tulh khaw nan tulh uh dae BOEIPA loh kai m'bom.
14 YAH is my strength and song, And He is to me for salvation.
BOEIPA tah ka sarhi neh ka laa la om tih kai ham khangnah la om.
15 A voice of singing and salvation, [Is] in the tents of the righteous, The right hand of YHWH is doing valiantly.
BOEIPA bantang ah thadueng aka khueh, hlang dueng kah dap khuiah tamlung ol neh khangnah om.
16 The right hand of YHWH is exalted, The right hand of YHWH is doing valiantly.
BOEIPA loh bantang kut a thueng. BOEIPA kah bantang kut loh caem a saii.
17 I do not die, but live, And recount the works of YAH,
Ka duek pawt vetih ka hing pueng ni. Te dongah BOEIPA kah bibi te ka doek ni.
18 YAH has severely disciplined me, And has not given me up to death.
BOEIPA loh kai n'toel khaw n'toel coeng. Tedae dueknah dongah kai n'khueh moenih.
19 Open gates of righteousness to me, I enter into them—I thank YAH.
Kai ham duengnah vongka hang ong lah. Te long te ka kun saeh lamtah BOEIPA ka uem eh.
20 This [is] the gate to YHWH, The righteous enter into it.
He tah BOEIPA kah vongka ni. Anih he aka dueng rhoek loh paan uh saeh.
21 I thank You, for You have answered me, And are to me for salvation.
Kai nan doo tih kai ham khangnah la na om dongah namah te ka uem ni.
22 A stone the builders refused Has become head of a corner.
Im aka sa rhoek loh a hnawt uh lungto te bangkil soi la pawk.
23 This has been from YHWH, It [is] wonderful in our eyes,
He he BOEIPA taeng lamkah ni halo. Te khaw mamih mikhmuh ah khobaerhambae la om.
24 This [is] the day YHWH has made, We rejoice and are glad in it.
He he BOEIPA kah a saii khohnin ni, omngaih uh sih lamtah amah dongah kohoe sak uh lah sih.
25 Ah, now, O YHWH, please save, Ah, now, O YHWH, please prosper.
Aw BOEIPA n'khang laeh. Aw BOEIPA n'thaihtak sak laeh.
26 Blessed [is] He who is coming In the Name of YHWH, We blessed you from the house of YHWH,
BOEIPA ming neh aka lo tah a yoethen pai. BOEIPA im lamkah nangmih te yoethen kam paekuh.
27 God [is] YHWH, and He gives light to us, Direct the festal-sacrifice with cords, To the horns of the altar.
BOEIPA tah Pathen ni. Mamih taengah ha sae tih khotue hmueih te hmueihtuk ki dongah rhuivaeh neh a khih uh.
28 You [are] my God, and I confess You, My God, I exalt You.
Nang tah ka Pathen ni. Te dongah ka Pathen namah te kang uem vetih kan pomsang ni.
29 Give thanks to YHWH, For [He is] good, for His kindness [is] for all time!
