Psalms 111

1 Praise YAH! [ALEPH-BET] I thank YHWH with the whole heart, In the secret meeting of the upright, And of the congregation.

याहवेह का स्तवन हो. मैं संपूर्ण हृदय से याहवेह का स्तवन करूंगा, सीधे मनवालों की समिति और सभा में.

2 Great [are] the works of YHWH, Sought out by all desiring them.

अति उदात्त हैं याहवेह के कृत्य; वे उनकी प्रसन्‍नता का कारण हैं, जो इनको मनन करते हैं.

3 Splendid and majestic is His work, And His righteousness is standing forever.

महिमामय और भव्य हैं याहवेह के ये कृत्य, उनकी धार्मिकता सर्वदा है.

4 He has made a memorial of His wonders, YHWH [is] gracious and merciful.

याहवेह ने अपने इन कृत्यों को अविस्मरणीय बना दिया है; वह उदार एवं कृपालु हैं.

5 He has given prey to those fearing Him, He remembers His covenant for all time.

अपने श्रद्धालुओं के लिए वह आहार का प्रबंध करते हैं; वह अपनी वाचा सदा-सर्वदा स्मरण रखते हैं.

6 He has declared the power of His works to His people, To give to them the inheritance of nations.

उन्होंने अपनी प्रजा पर इन कृत्यों की सामर्थ्य प्रकट कर दी, जब उन्होंने उन्हें अन्य राष्ट्रों की भूमि प्रदान की.

7 The works of His hands [are] true and just, All His appointments [are] steadfast.

उनके द्वारा निष्पन्‍न समस्त कार्य विश्वासयोग्य और न्याय के हैं; विश्वासयोग्य हैं उनके सभी उपदेश.

8 They are sustained forever and for all time. They are made in truth and uprightness.

वे सदा-सर्वदा के लिए अटल हैं, कि इनका पालन सच्चाई एवं न्याय में किया जाए.

9 He has sent redemption to His people, He has appointed His covenant for all time, His Name [is] holy and fearful.

याहवेह ने अपनी प्रजा का उद्धार किया; उन्होंने अपनी वाचा सदा-सर्वदा के लिए स्थापित कर दी है. उनका नाम सबसे अलग तथा पवित्र और भय-योग्य है.

10 The fear of YHWH [is] the beginning of wisdom, Good understanding have all doing them, His praise [is] standing forever!

याहवेह के प्रति श्रद्धा बुद्धि का मूल है; उन सभी में, जो इसे मानते हैं, उत्तम समझ रहते है. याहवेह ही हैं सर्वदा वंदना के योग्य.
