Psalms 105
1 Give thanks to YHWH—call on His Name, Make His acts known among the peoples.
Hvalite Gospoda; glasite ime njegovo; javljajte po narodima djela njegova.
2 Sing to Him—sing praise to Him, Meditate on all His wonders.
Pjevajte mu i slavite ga; kazujte sva èudesa njegova.
3 Boast yourselves in His Holy Name, The heart of those seeking YHWH rejoices.
Hvalite se svetijem imenom njegovijem; nek se veseli srce onijeh koji traže Gospoda.
4 Seek YHWH and His strength, Seek His face continually.
Tražite Gospoda i silu njegovu, tražite lice njegovo bez prestanka.
5 Remember His wonders that He did, His signs and the judgments of His mouth.
Pamtite èudesa njegova koja je uèinio, znake njegove i sudove usta njegovijeh.
6 O seed of Abraham, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.
Sjeme Avramovo sluge su njegove, sinovi Jakovljevi izbrani njegovi.
7 He [is] our God YHWH, His judgments [are] in all the earth.
On je Gospod Bog naš, po svoj su zemlji sudovi njegovi.
8 He has remembered His covenant for all time, The word He commanded to one thousand generations,
Pamti uvijek zavjet svoj, rijeè, koju je dao na tisuæu koljena,
9 That He has made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac,
Što je zavjetovao Avramu, i za što se kleo Isaku.
10 And establishes it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel—a perpetual covenant,
To je postavio Jakovu za zakon, i Izrailju za zavjet vjeèni,
11 Saying, “I give the land of Canaan to you, The portion of your inheritance,”
Govoreæi: tebi æu dati zemlju Hanansku u našljedni dio.
12 In their being few in number, But a few, and sojourners in it.
Tada ih još bijaše malo na broj, bijaše ih malo, i bjehu došljaci.
13 And they go up and down, from nation to nation, From a kingdom to another people.
Iðahu od naroda do naroda, iz jednoga carstva k drugome plemenu.
14 He has not permitted any to oppress them And He reproves kings for their sakes.
Ne dade nikome da im naudi, i karaše za njih careve:
15 “Do not strike against My anointed, And do no evil to My prophets.”
“Ne dirajte u pomazanike moje, i prorocima mojim ne èinite zla.”
16 And He calls a famine on the land, He has broken the whole staff of bread.
I pusti glad na onu zemlju; i potr sav hljeb što je za hranu.
17 He has sent a man before them, Joseph has been sold for a servant.
Posla pred njima èovjeka; u roblje prodan bi Josif.
18 They have afflicted his feet with chains, Iron has entered his soul,
Okovima stegoše noge njegove, gvožðe tištaše dušu njegovu,
19 Until the time of the coming of His word The saying of YHWH has tried him.
Dok se steèe rijeè njegova, i rijeè Gospodnja proslavi ga.
20 The king has sent, and looses him, The ruler of the peoples, and draws him out.
Posla car i odriješi ga; gospodar nad narodima, i pusti ga.
21 He has made him lord of his house, And ruler over all his possessions.
Postavi ga gospodarem nad domom svojim, i zapovjednikom nad svijem što imaše.
22 To bind his chiefs at his pleasure, And he makes his elderly wise.
Da vlada nad knezovima njegovijem po svojoj volji, i starješine njegove urazumljuje.
23 And Israel comes into Egypt, And Jacob has sojourned in the land of Ham.
Tada doðe Izrailj u Misir, i Jakov se preseli u zemlju Hamovu.
24 And He makes His people very fruitful, And makes it mightier than its adversaries.
I namnoži Bog narod svoj i uèini ga jaèega od neprijatelja njegovijeh.
25 He turned their heart to hate His people, To conspire against His servants.
Prevrnu se srce njihovo te omrznuše na narod njegov, i èiniše lukavstvo slugama njegovijem.
26 He has sent His servant Moses, Aaron whom He had fixed on.
Posla Mojsija, slugu svojega, Arona izbranika svojega.
27 They have set among them the matters of His signs, And wonders in the land of Ham.
Pokazaše meðu njima èudotvornu silu njegovu i znake njegove u zemlji Hamovoj.
28 He has sent darkness, and it is dark, And they have not provoked His word.
Pusti mrak i zamraèi, i ne protiviše se rijeèi njegovoj.
29 He has turned their waters to blood, And puts their fish to death.
Pretvori vodu njihovu u krv, i pomori ribu njihovu.
30 Their land has teemed [with] frogs, In the inner chambers of their kings.
Provre zemlja njihova žabama, i klijeti careva njihovijeh.
31 He has commanded, and the beetle comes, Lice into all their border.
Reèe, i doðoše bubine, uši po svijem krajevima njihovijem.
32 He has made their showers hail, A flaming fire [is] in their land.
Mjesto dažda posla na njih grad, živi oganj na zemlju njihovu.
33 And He strikes their vine and their fig, And shatters the trees of their border.
I pobi èokote njihove i smokve njihove, i potr drveta u krajevima njihovijem.
34 He has commanded, and the locust comes, And the cankerworm—innumerable,
Reèe, i doðoše skakavci i gusjenice nebrojene;
35 And it consumes every herb in their land, And it consumes the fruit of their ground.
I izjedoše svu travu po zemlji njihovoj, i pojedoše rod u polju njihovu.
36 And He strikes every firstborn in their land, The first-fruit of all their strength,
I pobi sve prvence u zemlji njihovoj, prvine svakoga truda njihova.
37 And brings them out with silver and gold, And there is not a feeble one in its tribes.
Izvede Izrailjce sa srebrom i zlatom, i ne bješe sustala u plemenima njihovijem.
38 Egypt has rejoiced in their going forth, For their fear had fallen on them.
Obradova se Misir izlasku njihovu, jer strah njihov bješe na nj pao.
39 He has spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to enlighten the night.
Razastrije im oblak za pokrivaè, i oganj da svijetli noæu.
40 They have asked, and He brings quails, And satisfies them [with] bread of the heavens.
Moliše, i posla im prepelice, i hljebom ih nebeskim hrani.
41 He has opened a rock, and waters flow, They have gone on in dry places—a river.
Otvori kamen i proteèe voda, rijeke protekoše po suhoj pustinji.
42 For He has remembered His holy word, With His servant Abraham,
Jer se opominjaše svete rijeèi svoje k Avramu, sluzi svojemu.
43 And He brings forth His people with joy, His chosen ones with singing.
I izvede narod svoj u radosti, izbrane svoje u veselju.
44 And He gives to them the lands of nations, And they possess the labor of peoples,
I dade im zemlju naroda i trud tuðinaca u našljedstvo.
45 That they may observe His statutes, And may keep His laws. Praise YAH!
Da bi èuvali zapovijesti njegove, i zakone njegove pazili. Aliluja.
