< Psalms 104 >
1 Bless, O my soul, YHWH! YHWH, my God, You have been very great, You have put on splendor and majesty.
Rumbidza Jehovha, mweya wangu. Haiwa Jehovha Mwari wangu, muri mukuru kwazvo; makashongedzwa nokubwinya noumambo.
2 Covering Himself [with] light as a garment, Stretching out the heavens as a curtain,
Iye anozviputira muchiedza seanozviputira nenguo; anotatamura matenga kunge tende
3 Who is laying the beam of His upper chambers in the waters, Who is making thick clouds His chariot, Who is walking on wings of wind,
uye anogadzika matanda edzimba dzake dzapamusoro pamusoro pemvura yadzo zhinji. Anoita makore ngoro dzake, uye anokwira pamapapiro emhepo.
4 Making His messengers—the winds, His ministers—the flaming fire.
Anoita mhepo nhume dzake, namazhenje omoto varanda vake.
5 He has founded earth on its bases, It is not moved for all time and forever.
Akamisa nyika pamusoro penheyo dzayo; haingatongozungunuswi.
6 The abyss! You have covered it as with clothing, Waters stand above hills.
Makaifukidza nokwakadzika somunofukidza nenguo; mvura zhinji yakamira pamusoro pamakomo.
7 They flee from Your rebuke, They hurry away from the voice of Your thunder.
Asi pakutsiura kwenyu mvura zhinji yakatiza, pakunzwa kutinhira wenyu yakatiza;
8 They go up hills—they go down valleys, To a place You have founded for them.
yakayerera napamusoro pamakomo, ikadzika nomumipata, ichienda kunzvimbo yamakairayira.
9 You have set a border, they do not pass over, They do not turn back to cover the earth.
Makatara muganhu waisingadariki; haichazombofukidzizve nyika.
10 He is sending forth fountains in valleys, They go on between hills.
Anoita kuti matsime adire mvura mumipata; inoyerera napakati pamakomo.
11 They water every beast of the field, Wild donkeys break their thirst.
Anonwisa mhuka dzose dzesango mvura; mbizi dzinopedza nyota yadzo.
12 The bird of the heavens dwells by them, From between the branches They give forth the voice.
Shiri dzedenga dzinovaka matendere adzo pedyo nemvura; dzinorira dziri pakati pamatavi.
13 Watering hills from His upper chambers, The earth is satisfied from the fruit of Your works.
Anodiridza makomo ari padzimba dzake dzapamusoro; nyika inogutswa nezvibereko zvebasa rake.
14 Causing grass to spring up for livestock, And herb for the service of man, To bring forth bread from the earth,
Anomeresa uswa hwemombe, nembeu kuti vanhu vasakure, achibudisa zvokudya kubva pasi:
15 And wine—it makes the heart of man glad, To cause the face to shine from oil, And bread—it supports the heart of man.
iyo waini inofadza mwoyo womunhu, namafuta anopenyesa chiso chake, nechingwa chinosimbisa mwoyo wake.
16 The trees of YHWH [are] satisfied, Cedars of Lebanon that He has planted,
Miti yaJehovha inodiridzwa zvakanaka, iyo misidhari yeRebhanoni yaakasima.
17 Where birds make nests, The stork—the firs [are] her house.
Shiri dzinoruka matendere adzo ipapo; dambiramurove rakaita imba yaro mumiti yomupaini.
18 The high hills [are] for wild goats, rocks [are] a refuge for hyraxes,
Makomo marefu ndeengururu; mapako ndiwo utiziro hwembira.
19 He made the moon for seasons, The sun has known his place of entrance.
Mwedzi unotara nguva, uye zuva rinoziva nguva yokuvira kwaro.
20 You set darkness, and it is night, Every beast of the forest creeps in it.
Munouyisa rima, usiku hugovapo, uye zvikara zvose zvesango zvinobuda kundovhima.
21 The young lions are roaring for prey, And to seek their food from God.
Shumba dzinoomba dzichitsvaka nyama, uye dzinotsvaka zvokudya zvadzo kubva kuna Mwari.
22 The sun rises, they are gathered, And they crouch in their dens.
Kana zuva robuda, idzo dzinoenda kure; dzinodzokera dzondovata mumapako adzo.
23 Man goes forth to his work, And to his service—until evening.
Ipapo munhu anobuda oenda kubasa rake, kumushando wake kusvikira madekwana.
24 How many have been Your works, O YHWH, You have made all of them in wisdom, The earth is full of your possessions.
Haiwa Jehovha, mabasa enyu manganiko! Makaaita ose nenjere; nyika izere nezvisikwa zvenyu.
25 This, the sea, great and broad of sides, There [are] moving things—innumerable, Living creatures—small with great.
Hero gungwa, rakakura uye rakapamhama, rine zvisikwa zvisingagoni kuverengwa, zvipenyu zvikuru nezviduku.
26 There ships go—[and] leviathan, That You have formed to play in it.
Hezvo zvikepe zvinofamba-famba, nengwena, yamakaumba kuti itambemo.
27 All of them look to You, To give their food in its season.
Zvose izvi zvinotarira kwamuri kuti muzvipe zvokudya zvazvo nenguva yakafanira.
28 You give to them—they gather, You open Your hand—they [are] satisfied [with] good.
Pamunozvipa, zvinozviunganidza; pamunozarura ruoko rwenyu, izvo zvinogutswa nezvinhu zvakanaka.
29 You hide Your face—they are troubled, You gather their spirit—they expire, And they return to their dust.
Pamunovanza chiso chenyu, izvo zvinovhundutswa; pamunozvitorera mweya, izvo zvinofa uye zvinodzokera kuguruva.
30 You send out Your Spirit, they are created, And You renew the face of the ground.
Pamunotuma Mweya wenyu, izvo zvinosikwa, uye munovandudza chiso chenyika.
31 The glory of YHWH is for all time, YHWH rejoices in His works,
Kubwinya kwaJehovha ngakugare nokusingaperi; Jehovha ngaafare nebasa rake,
32 Who is looking to earth, and it trembles, He comes against hills, and they smoke.
iye anotarira nyika, yobva yabvunda, iye anobata makomo obva apwititika utsi.
33 I sing to YHWH during my life, I sing praise to my God while I exist.
Ndichaimbira Jehovha upenyu hwangu hwose; ndichaimbira Mwari wangu nziyo dzokurumbidza ndichiri mupenyu.
34 My meditation on Him is sweet, I rejoice in YHWH.
Kurangarira kwangu ngakumufadze, pandinofara muna Jehovha.
35 Sinners are consumed from the earth, And the wicked are no more. Bless, O my soul, YHWH. Praise YAH!
Asi vatadzi ngavaparadzwe panyika, uye vakaipa ngavarege kuzovapozve. Rumbidza Jehovha, mweya wangu. Rumbidzai Jehovha.
