Psalms 103
1 BY DAVID. Bless, O my soul, YHWH, And all my inward parts—His Holy Name.

2 Bless, O my soul, YHWH, And do not forget all His benefits,

3 Who is forgiving all your iniquities, Who is healing all your diseases,

4 Who is redeeming your life from destruction, Who is crowning you [with] kindness and mercies,
rawk kahmanae koehoi na hringnae karatangkung hoi ngai kaawm e lungmanae hoi lungpatawnae bawilakhung na kamuksakkung,
5 Who is satisfying your desire with good, Your youth renews itself as an eagle.

6 YHWH is doing righteousness and judgments For all the oppressed.
BAWIPA ni kângingnae hah a kangdue sak teh, repcoungroenae pueng hanelah, kângingnae lah a kangdue sak.
7 He makes His ways known to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel.
A lamthung hah Mosi koe a panue sak teh, a sak e naw hah Isarelnaw koe a panue sak.
8 YHWH [is] merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in mercy.
BAWIPA teh lungmanae hoi pahrennae lah ao. A lungsaw teh, lungpatawnae hoi a kawi.
9 He does not strive forever, Nor does He watch for all time.

10 He has not done to us according to our sins, Nor according to our iniquities Has He conferred benefits on us.

11 For as the height of the heavens [is] above the earth, His kindness has been mighty over those fearing Him.
Bangkongtetpawiteh, kalvan teh talai hlak a rasang e patetlah, ama kataketnaw koe vah a lungmanae teh a len.
12 He has put our transgressions far from us—as the distance of east from west.
Kanîtho hoi kanîloum a kâhla e patetlah, kâtapoenae teh maimouh koehoi ahla poungnae koe na ta pouh awh.
13 As a father has mercy on sons, YHWH has mercy on those fearing Him.
Na pa ni canaw a lungma e patetlah, BAWIPA ni ama kataketnaw hah a lungma.
14 For He has known our frame, Remembering that we [are] dust.
Bangkongtetpawiteh, maimae tak heh a panue teh vaiphu lah o awh e hah pahnim hoeh.
15 Mortal man! His days [are] as grass, He flourishes as a flower of the field;
Tami e ahninnaw teh pho kahring patetlah ao teh kahrawng e a pei patetlah doeh ao.
16 For a wind has passed over it, and it is not, And its place does not discern it anymore.
Bangtelah tetpawiteh, kahlî ni a palek teh a pei a kahma, a onae hmuen hai panuek hoeh toe.
17 And the kindness of YHWH [Is] from age even to age on those fearing Him, And His righteousness to sons’ sons,
Hatei, BAWIPA lungmanae teh a ma taketnaw lathueng vah, a yungyoe hoi a yungyoe totouh a kangning.
18 To those keeping His covenant, And to those remembering His precepts to do them.
A lawkkam tarawi kangainaw hoi kâpoelawk kapâkuemnaw teh, a lannae hoi catounnaw totouh a kangning han.
19 YHWH has established His throne in the heavens, And His kingdom has ruled over all.
BAWIPA ni kalvan vah a bawitungkhung a caksak teh, a uknaeram ni bangpuengpa koung a uk.
20 Bless YHWH, you His messengers, Mighty in power—doing His word, To listen to the voice of His word.
Kalvantaminaw BAWIPA teh pholen awh. A lawk ka ngai ni teh katarawinaw hoi acawilah thaonae hoi pathoup e lah na o awh.
21 Bless YHWH, all you His hosts, His ministers—doing His pleasure.
Nangmouh ransahu pueng, a thaw katawkkungnaw hoi, a ngainae kasaknaw BAWIPA teh pholen awh,
22 Bless YHWH, all you His works, In all places of His dominion. Bless, O my soul, YHWH!
